Horrible trays.. I bought 11 drinks and they gave me ripped trays. As I was walking out of the store I dropped 3 drinks as the trays weren't stable. Even when they gave me new trays, they were still ripped. I left with 8 drinks and even when I confronted them about the trays they didn't apologize or offer any repayment. I don't usually give reviews whether good or bad but today was their 2nd strike which we're not coming back again. 1st was ordering brown sugar milk tea was nothing like the picture. The drink was all milk and they refused to add the brown sugar. Today I asked for cup holder so wouldn't spill while I'm driving but they refused again because I ordered only 2 drinks so got a plastic bag instead. I usually never write reviews, if anything, this is my first ever review. I've been here 3 times, and all 3 times left disappointed. I ordered a Phuc Long Milk tea, with 50% ice. You would think with half the cup being iced, the fill line would be more than half a cup. WRONG. It was below the half line. All the drinks I ordered was iced, but came out warm? Does "iced" mean "leave room for your own ice from your own home"? Because I sure did have 3/4 of space for ice. Service was inefficient, they have 2 registers but only 1 is open for orders.. why while there are workers standing around in the back. The wait at night isn't as long, around 20 minutes. The wait for the drink post order is a tad bit odd..? You get a pager which vibrates and beep in order to let you know once your order is ready. As every other person, you know who orders before/after you. I've noticed all 3 times I've been here there's groups that have ordered after me that received their drinks first, unfair, especially to those who are in a rush/have limited time. Interior is nice, but crowded. The way the store is set up is inconvenient to get from one side to another. The bathroom is in a corner, which is hard to get in and out of during a long line. Random table in the middle with decorations, a space that could be used more effectively to improve wait time. Although the quality of the tea is pretty good for the most part. It is not worth $7.25 for 1/4 of the cup. Also, boba is +$1.25. Where have you seen boba addon that expensive. read more

I never write reviews for stores but this is the first time I feel like enough is enough. For such a high profile store (originated from Vietnam), how is it possible to drop the ball so hard? They charge about 8$ for a TEA which is pretty expensive. Better yet, if you ask for less ice, they basically give you 1/2 a drink. It's not coffee. It's not a heavy drink. It's literally water soaked in leaves and sugar. Yea with all the tea locations in the Bay area, this place drinks were a little above average but the prices would suggest they are the best in the bay. They are far from it. Not only that but they skimp on you if you decide to get less ice. Never have I felt so cheated. This is the first drink place where I will actively shoot down if someone asked me to go. I rarely write Yelp reviews, but I feel compelled to this time. This place is a RIPOFF. I tried to order Jasmine Milk Tea, a favorite of mine from Phuc Long in Vietnam, but the staff informed me they didn't have it. Instead, I opted for the Cloudy Jasmine Tea with no ice. The staff didn't mention anything until I saw the cup, and then she explained they only do 25% ice. The tea filled only 1/4 of the cup, with the "cloudy" salted cream cheese taking up almost as much space as the tea. Their customer service claimed, "The policy regarding a minimum tea level is designed to maintain the integrity of our beverages' flavors, with or without ice, and to standardize drinks." This is just like an excuse!!! I've been to many boba shops and always request no ice, and even the worst ones fill at least half the cup. I paid $7 for this drink plus $1 for the boba itself. I will never return and do NOT recommend this place AT ALL! read more

They are doing their soft opening. No complaint about service. I ordered the Pina Jasmine Pinapple Tea ( Trà Đác) and Oreo Frap. Taste was off with the tea. The Oreo Frap still had powder at the bottom of the drink, and the ice wasn't blended well so you would have pieces of ice as you drink. Canned peaches. Black milk tea is also just mid, taste is not smooth. The service is fine and the place itself is cute, has stools outside and feels like Vietnam street stall.
