I rented a space and they gave me the last storage all the way in the back . A few months into renting this storage they let us know that they had broken into it and we had to come see what they had taken. The people that broke in made a hole big enough for them to fit and mind you they broke concrete! to get in. I was in disbelief when I open the unit and noticed they took all of my stuff and my sons as well. I WAS SHOCKED and heartbroken I couldn't believe the employees had no idea what was going on. They took every single box even my family pictures among a lot of other valuables they wiped us clean. They only left the bed frames and my mattress because that didn't fit through the hole they had made and some kitchenware they couldn't get to. For what I seen these people probably stayed in there for a few days. I found a cat's skull and its lower jaw it was gross among other disgusting things. There was also a bucket with human feces in it. After we confronted the employees they laughed it off and one of them told me "this happens way more than you would think" as if it was supposed to make me feel better.In other words on their end it was completely normal to them and no big deal. I would NEVER recommend these storage units to anyone. This place needs to be renovated. They are not enough cameras to cover all areas properly, doors are uneven and slide latches to lock the doors are rusted. Please do your research before renting a storage unit.

One week later, I received an email saying, "Vehicles stored in your parking space are in violation of one or more of the stated terms and conditions of the Addendum to Rental Agreement for Parking Spaces that states: I agree to keep the vehicle in [...] "roadworthy" condition." As any other storage unit customer we expect to have peace of mind and clarity when it comes to stealing and it being resolved in the appropriate manner. Stealing is unacceptable and has no place in this world. The part that really concerns me is they have video of the persons doing it and are not doing anything about it. What happened: I booked a storage unit to store items and I'll be honest it was a very smooth process applying and obtaining it. However it turned into a total mess the very first day I stored my items. I was placing items through an elevator and didn't fit a couple of things so I left it near the elevator. It's important to note my items were inside the premises and also had a camera facing them. Any person with common courtesy would kindly ask if the items were being thrown away or if I would still be needing them. However that wasn't the case when two persons took our items and were gone by the time we were back. I talked to the manager the next day (she was gone the day of) about it and she got back to me stating that they had footage of the persons who did it and were going to reach out to them to get our stuff back or have them pay for it.
