I had all 4 tires replaced on my 2018 Audi Q7, and Moe took the time to go over several different options depending on budget and brand. I really appreciated that he didn't try to push anything unnecessary--he simply explained the choices and helped me decide what worked best. The tires were ordered and delivered within a few days, and when I came in for the appointment the service was incredibly fast. From start to finish it took about 35-45 minutes to remove the old tires, mount and balance the new ones, and torque everything properly. One thing I really respected is that they torque the lug nuts to factory specifications using an actual torque wrench, not just an air gun like many places do. No scratches Or damage to the wheels. That attention to detail shows professionalism. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with the service. Everything was done correctly--no warning lights, tire pressure issues, or problems afterwards. The new shop manager recently helped me find a basically brand-new set of used Bridgestone tires for just over $400, installed, balanced, and out the door (Even still have the new "tire spikes". I usually go with Michelin, but these Bridgestones helped me save a few bucks and still feel like a great set of tires. The team here is always super friendly, easy to talk to, and really knowledgeable. Every time I come in, they get me taken care of and back out the door without any hassle. It's the kind of place where you feel comfortable recommending it to family and friends, and I do all the time. If I had one wish for this shop, it would be that they offered alignments -- and if I'm really pushing it, maybe oil changes too -- just to make it a one-stop shop.
