The service was great. Loved the sushi tacos, you mix and match, had shrimp, crab and salmon. Ordered the sushi burger with salmon. OK but felt the "buns" or some aspect id thr burger lacked the flavor the other things we ordered had. The sushingon was amazing, I don't like spicy but this had the fla or without the intensity of the heat in serranos. The ambiance for a Tuesday was quiet and not busy. Got the Alaskan roll. It wasn't that good. I would compare the quality to that you get from a grocery store.

I was craving some sushi and had an uber eats gift card, so I decided to try this place. They were having an awesome BOGO deal for certain rolls and appetizers, so I ordered the gyoza and the alaskan roll and got another set of those for free! The food arrived pretty quickly. The gyoza tasted good but was very soggy (I know that this is mostly due to my food being delivered but it would be nice if they poked some holes in the containers to help it stay crispy), and the alaskan roll was just OK. The fish was not super fresh tasting and the rice was kind of mushy. I ate the roll with some kazami wasabi I had at home, which helped drown out the fishy flavor. Disclaimer: I have definitely been spoiled with some of the AMAZING sushi omakase/handroll places that have opened in Dallas recently, so it's hard for me to appreciate more run-of-the-mill sushi restaurants now. read more

We stopped in during a house hunting trip in the area. It was a weird time, 3:30, but they were open and serving. We were the only customers so got terrific service! I ordered a Poke bowl and my husband got a dragon roll. Both were well made, exactly as we ordered, and tasted great. The price was average sushi prices. It was really tasty!I had sticky rice, mixed greens, cucumber, shredded carrot, avocado, edamame, sesame seeds, with spicy tuna & salmon with poke' sauce. every component was fresh and flavorful on its own, together, a really nice taste explosion! The tuna and salmon were very fresh, not fishy at all and the color on both was spot on. The tuna had a great spice to it. The only negative for me was I'd have liked more than one small chunk of avocado so it's a really minor thing. Absolutely were worth trying. read more

It was our first night in Dallas and we found this place by accident. It's a food court of sorts with Picazo's, El Calle, and a bar. We ordered sushi and overall it was pretty good. We had a Mexican roll-spicy; Stars roll-yum; Cajun roll-too much rice; California roll-my kid liked it, and unfortunately I can't remember the name of the last roll but it was surprisingly good. It had cream cheese and I am anti-cream cheese in sushi. We also ordered some Casa Madero wine from the bar. We had a bottle of the 3V and a bottle of the Merlot. I recommend the Merlot with the sushi. Overall for such a low key strip mall place it was tasty and not too expensive. I would come back again. read more

Great place with casual ambiance in a food hall that includes a Mexican taqueria and a bar. The food hall seems new (used to be a furniture shop) and so there could be more vendors, but it's new. It sucks that yelp's algorithm will always bring up the most highly rated place depending on your search so it's easy to miss out on cool spots like this. The food court had a lot of chairs and tables around and I could see this being a good spot to catch soccer game. The food is great! I had the wow roll (and subbed soy paper with nori) and really like the Mexican flair and flavor the chef brings to the roll. It had a spicy and crunchy Picazzo sauce and everything tasted fresh. This is not your large sushi stuff with crab meat type roll which i can appreciate - so you have room too splurge on additional rolls if needed. I also had the salmon skin cucumber salad and really enjoyed it. If you are looking for a nice spot to gather with friends over good food prepared by budding chef and want to support local, go here! Easy and spacious parking is also a plus. Shout out to the chef / owner who recommended the rolls and preparing it so well.
