    Large poke bowl
    Margo F.

I ordered door dash so I can only review the food. I got the large bowl with 2x salmon and 1x tofu. I got rice and salad, mango, avocado, cucumber, garlic, poke sauce and ponzu sauce. I got heavy sauce and am really glad I did. I like the ponzu to get to the rice and it barely did. It was not overly sauced. The fish was fresh. I wish there was more salad, it was not half the base. So I did really enjoy it and would go back. I asked for utensils and they sent a fork.

Cozy and comfortable setting. Friendly and helpful counter service. Answering all questions as I walked through step-by-step in making my own personalized poke bowl. Fresh tasting Spicy Ahi and Spicy Salmon; a variety of textures of toppings including Cucumbers and Fried Onions; a bit clumpy but glad Pokeworks offer Brown Rice as a base. Generous regular portion. Nicely priced. A request to management, please include hot tea on menu! CHEERS!

Absolutely amaziiiiing quality ingredients! Overall seriously impressed, especially being a Californian. It's always a bit of a risk going for Seafood in non coastal spots. Pokeworks is the real deal. The price point does reflect the quality of ingredients and is pretty standard for poke places. Yes, avocado is extra. Plenty of street parking on a weekday. I love that you can choose to do either a bowl or a sushiburrito. I was super intrigued by their kale noodles as an option for a base, although sadly they were out when I dropped in. HIGHLY recommend the mango haupia dessert, I would return for this alone - it literally melts in your mouth! Incredible. I would happily come here again for a poke fix.

Wasn't planning to do a review so soon but thank you to the young lady who helped us tonight! I forgot to ask for her name - she has pink hair! As soon as we walked into the store, we could see that she was busy with an online order. She still acknowledged and greeted us with a smile on her face and told us it'll be a quick second. When we ordered, she was patient & was filled with a positive attitude since it was our first time there. While we were eating, at least 10 customers came in. She was kind to each and every customer. Greeted them, asked how they were doing, and then wished them a good night. This gesture is so simple, yet lately I've yet to experience it anywhere I go. Thanks for the great customer service! Food was great. You can taste the fresh ingredients and toppings! I like poke but I don't like to eat raw anything. The torch is def a great idea!

Is this two scoops of protein? Seriously?

Ordered uber eats here because they had a bogo deal and was very disappointed. Portion sizes were extremely small. They gave us a healthy amount of rice, however, it wasn't fully cooked and was stale as if it had been sitting with an open pot for a while. I'm not one to enjoy dry, al dente rice with my poke bowl. Will just go to poke bop moving forward as they give you great portions and fresh ingredients for every bowl you get.

Service was fast and they were nice overall. The actual restaurant is clean and small. There is street parking almost always too! The poke was delicious and very filling for the normal size! Most of the items were included in price but they do have some premium toppings like avocado. Would go again!

The first thing I noticed was how beautiful everything is. The décor is warm, inviting, and thoughtfully designed. And yes...those are real trees. That actually matters to me. I love restaurants with a beautiful aesthetic because it makes the whole experience feel special. Good food is wonderful, but good food in a beautiful space? That's even better. The menu is perfect if you're dining with friends because there are so many things to share. We ordered the traditional sampler, and it was such a fun way to try several Guatemalan dishes. Every plate that came out looked fresh, colorful, and made with care. The cheese pupusa was delicious, and the cotija cheese was the perfect finishing touch. Then there were the plantains. I actually stopped our server to ask, "Do y'all make the plantains from scratch?" They do. And it shows. They were fresh, perfectly cooked, and so good that I kept reaching for another one. Honestly, they may have been my favorite thing on the table. The steak was cooked exactly medium, had a great char, and was full of flavor. Portions were generous across the board, which is always a win because leftovers are basically tomorrow's gift to yourself. The spinach artichoke dip surprised me. If you're someone who genuinely loves spinach, you'll probably be very happy because spinach definitely got top billing in that relationship. It tasted incredibly fresh, and it made me realize I apparently prefer my artichokes to be just a little more competitive. The service was warm and welcoming all evening. I ordered a red sangria that never quite found its way to the table, but honestly, by the end of the meal I was so full that my stomach had already voted "maybe next time." One of my favorite parts of the evening was learning more about San Martín's history. Knowing it began in Guatemala and is especially known for its bakery and breakfast immediately put breakfast on my "I need to come back for this" list. By the end of the meal, we were full, happy, and already talking about what we'd order next time. That's usually the sign of a restaurant I'll happily recommend. Beautiful atmosphere. Fresh food. Generous portions. Outstanding plantains. I'd give San Martín a solid 9 out of 10, and I'm already looking forward to coming back.

I was instantly reminded why it is such a Dallas GEM! I did not pop in to eat this time, but to find a nice spot to work with a friend on our laptops and yap over a coffee! And while we weren't planning to do much, the experience was still a 10/10! I ended up ordering a White Chocolate latte and it was AMAZING! You can tell they actually put time and effort into their coffee and lattes! Everything is also brewed fresh! Which I love! My friend ordered a artesian hot chocolate and wow! It was probably some of the best hot chocolate I have ever had! It was def made with real cocoa! We did end up splurging on some pastries, because DUH! It's it so hard to ignore the bakery section when it is so stunning and filled with beautiful baked goods! I got a oreo croissant and tortuga concha! I did not eat them (My bf did) but they looked so great! I did try my friends banana custard filled bread and that was great! I would go back for it! Overall, we ended up sitting inside of their beautiful space for hours, just talking and catching up! It was amazing and comfy! We def want to return for some of their dinner and drink specials too! Highly recommend!

I remember the gourmet Eatzi's phenomenon when the chain had a Houston location, which has been closed for almost 20 years. Although I've read Eatzi's may in fact return to Houston, I'll believe it when I see it. What I've always liked about Eatzi's is the high quality and variety of cuisine on offer. For some reason, this time I settled on hummus, but also saw lots of other cool choices, including sushi. Bread is baked in-house and lots of people seem to like the made to order sandwiches and prepared foods. Service here was really good, although I was a bit put off by the long line wrapped around the inside of the store. However, I was able to walk right past it to an easy checkout. Parking here, in my opinion, was easy. Overall, I really enjoyed my visit to this Eatzi's location in Dallas, and also hope Eatzi's returns to Houston one of these days.
