We traveled from Nevada to visit for Holidays and had to grab the Won Ton Soup (which is our favorite!) before heading home. Staff was very helpful and nice. Food was of course was great! Manager on Duty Edward (Caucasian male, middle age, around 5 ft 8in, brown hair, brown eyes). Since we arrived, trying to place an order to go. Edward was rude from the beginning. Tried to confirm he heard what I asked since he didn't respond stating what I ordered. I asked again to ensure he heard and he said I heard you, where I then replied I asked again because I didn't hear you respond acknowledging the request. Then extremely rude from there on. Blatantly being rude, confrontational in front of my wife and two young daughters. He then threw the crunchy noodles at me when we asked for a couple extra. Don't think Customer service is for this guy. If you read more reviews, it's like he repeatedly does this and some how still has a job there. Poor customers don't deserve to spend money there and get treated like trash. Hopefully the owners fix this problem or you will most likely see more bad posts on this location. I love Chinese food. My kids love Chinese food. That's why we came to this Pick Up Sticks location. I had to send a good review because of the service. Edward and his employees nailed it. He got everything right. And that's hard to do, especially when a costumer is ordering for his kids. He got two of everything, with plates and two fortune cookies. This makes the process of ordering food with kids a lot easier for me and my family. I really appreciate how quick everything was made too. And you get a lot. Sometimes, you need to change the sauces on a dish to make it vegan. For example, you can order the Kung Pao Tofu and switch the sauce to the house sauce to make it vegan. It's delicious! I can't believe I just paid $11 for five little shrimp and the smallest amount of noodles. It took me 4 bites to eat it. When you go to Panda Express they literally heap the noodles, rice with whatever entree you've picked and I can never finish one combo entree by myself. I literally just walked next door to Rubio's to get a taco after eating this miniscule portion lunch!!! The shrimp were okay.
