I tried out Black Forest cheesecake. It's good but a tiny bit too sweet for me. If they have an option for less sweet cheesecake, I would be a regular here.

My family loves Pie Bar! Cream pies are their specialty, but we also love the big cookies and fruit pies. My favorite is the banana pudding pie. Service is very friendly. It's a nice spot to sit and enjoy your dessert. It's cozy, with multiple seating options. And there are board games!

OMPie!!!!! Holy poo do they produce delicious deserts. If you have a sweet tooth like me, this place has your name written all over it. I love that you can basically custom-make your own little treasures with available add-ons and toppings. It's located in kind of a strip mall but once inside you're transcended into a completely different vibe because of the fireplace and seating. It's really cozy and decorated cute too.

If you want an after dinner desert, "treat yourself" dessert, or anything in between this is your spot. I enjoyed my time at pie bar. Pie is usually not my desert of choice. The customer service was good and the employees were able to explain the process well. They employees also were well knowledgeable about the menu and gave good suggestions. There are so many combinations of a pie that you can do with the options available. How I built my pie: Blonde crust Cookie dough mousse Pretzel crumbs Chocolate chip cookie crumbs Everything was soooo tasty. It definitely was a good sweet treat.! I will definitely go back again!!! Get creative and try something different. Surprisingly the pretzel crumbs were amazing on my pie. They also have games in the sitting area. Grab some friends, grab your pie, and grab a game while you're at it!

I love this place! I can get a gluten-free crust and fillings. Always lots of yummy choices to make. And the coffee is great too. The only downside is that the flavors change and I haven't been able to get my favorite in a long time. But there's always something new to try, and ready-to-go options as well as the DIY pie. Also note they close at 9 during the week. I found that out the hard way.

We had pie bar delivered by way of DoorDash and very much enjoyed it. Ordering online was easy. And their desserts were delicious! I got the small mousse cup with Oreo and rainbow sprinkles which was very good. My fiancé also liked the fact they had gluten free options for her as well for her small Italian cream cake/sugar free mousse pie, that she also really enjoyed. Another five star experience for us!

After dinner at the sushi restaurant next door, I stopped by Pie Bar and was impressed by the variety of customization options and the helpful staff. I ordered a Key Lime pie and a chocolate chip cookie (both without extra toppings). The cookie was the standout--warm and delicious. The Key Lime pie had the classic tart flavor but a mousse-like texture rather than the denser, cheesecake-like consistency I expected. The cracker crust was also a bit underwhelming. That said, I'm excited to come back and try it with some toppings next time!

This is hands-down one of the best pies I've ever had!! The crust is so flaky and buttery. It tastes so fresh and is packed with flavor. Can't wait to come back!!

So good!! Small little shop, has seating and games and smells amazing. I was greeted by a nice lady who walked me through the whole process and gave me samples just cause. Got a 4 pack choose your own of their pies for my mom for her birthday and they were wonderful.

Pie Bar Review Pie Bar is a sweet tooth's dream come true. The build-your-own pie concept is fun and creative--you get to pick your crust, filling, and toppings just the way you like it. Everything I tried was delicious, so much so that I couldn't resist going back for seconds. If you're craving dessert with a personal touch, Pie Bar is a must-visit.

Stumbled upon this cute little pie shop while out of town. There's other well known pie shops in Austin, but what drew me to this place were the options to customize and build your own pies. There's a variety of cold mousse pie fillings at the counter that looks just like an ice cream display, and you can fill either a personal sized chocolate or blonde pie crust with up to two scoops of your choice. There are also options for warm cobbler fillings, or classic premade desserts if you don't want to go through the trouble of making your own. I went with a cookie dough mousse pie filling with pb cups on top, and it was tasty but did start to melt since I eat slowly. The server was really friendly and personable, and the dining area is a great place to hang out with plenty of seating, a fireplace, and boardgames. I'll be stopping by again the next time I'm in town. - Service: 5/5 - Ambiance: 4/5 - Cookie Dough Mousse: 4/5 - Apple Cobbler: 3/5

Are there eggs, nuts, or other allergens in the gluten-free options? Is the mousse vegetarian? Is anything vegan?

I was craving Ube and might have gone a bit overboard on ordering dessert because they had so many Ube options. The building is colorful and decorated in bright pink with fun artwork and decor for an uplifting vibe. The line moved quickly and the service was friendly fast and efficient. I was able to place my order and pay with Apple Pay. I ordered the Taiyaki Sundae with black sesame and ube swirl soft serve served in a fish shaped mochi Belgian style waffle with Oreo dust on top. You can customize your sundae with filling like organic red sweet beans, Nutella or custard and toppings like Oreo dust, fruity pebbles or rainbow sprinkles. I ate this on site and the nutty black sesame balanced the sweet ube perfectly, and the Oreo topping added the best crunch. They had a variety of mochi donut flavors. Lucky for me, nothing was sold out today. I ordered the Oreo ube mochi donut and ube milk tea to-go. I ate the mochi donut later that day and it was probably my least favorite item from my order. It had the chewy mochi texture however I didn't get enough of the rich ube flavor. It had somewhat of a bitter aftertaste and the Oreo overpowered the ube. I drank the ube milk tea the next day and it was creamy, smooth, and not overly sweet. I really enjoyed the flavor profile of the beverage and would order it again. Overall, enjoyed my selections and will be back to try more dessert options and flavors from one of the most unique Asian dessert spots in Austin!

Even so, the ambience seems like the decorations were cute, but very cheap and damaged overtime with little to no repairs. But I didn't come here for aesthetics. I came here for great Boba tea and sweet treats. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. What looked like a traditional milk toast dessert, was literally four pieces of stale bread, toasted and stacked on top of each other. that tasted freezer burnt with lots of sauce on top. No topping between each layer so it was not flavorful or tasty and all you could taste was a weird chemical flavor from the bread. Same thing with the ice cream, so freezer burnt that it tasted of chemicals, cardboard, and didn't even melt despite sitting on the plate for 15+ minutes. The Taro tea itself was fine with the crème brûlée topping, but the brown sugar Boba had the same chemical "going bad" flavor to it. It was super hard and bitter tasting instead of sweet. The soufflé pancakes were fine, but the ice cream was terrible on that too. It's hard to mess up Ice Cream, but somehow they managed.

The Green Goddess salad looked pretty good but expect to pay extra to add a protein. I did like the ambiance. The waitstaff was helpful and informative. The kitchen and bar took a while, even with just a few tables occupied.
