Tiny pies is hands down our favorite place for pie in Austin. We go back again and again and they never disappoint. What we love most is their seasonal menus. They switch things up often and always have great options around the holidays. You can go in for Easter, Thanksgiving, or Christmas and know there will be something new to try, not just the same menu year-round. Everything is consistently high quality and genuinely delicious. There are times I think about a pie from a past season and wish I could get it again, but then their current seasonal menu comes out and immediately reminds me why we keep going back. Somehow they always have something just as good, if not better. If you are ordering for the holidays, they have convenient holiday ordering pick up hours too!! It is one of those places you trust. You know whatever you pick is going to be great, and that is why it has become a regular stop for us.

Grabbed dessert at this cute pie store after dinner last night. They got good reviews so why not! I loved the vintage artwork outside of the store which grabbed my attention. It was cozy inside which was great because it was cold outside. We ordered a tart cherry crumb, key lime and Texan pecan pie. The pies were small and cute and great good flavor. They were $6.95 each which is a little steep for me. The service was good. The girl behind the counter was cheerful and nice. Oh their bathroom was clean.

I stopped by Tiny Pies recently and it reminded me why I loved it so much the first time I tried it years ago. It had been a while, so I grabbed a few different flavors to get a little taste of everything. Honestly, every single one was good. My favorites were definitely the key lime and the strawberry base pies. The strawberry one tasted so fresh, like real strawberries instead of that overly sweet artificial flavor you sometimes get. The key lime had the perfect balance of tart and sweet and was super refreshing. The best part is how fun they are to eat since they're tiny. You get the satisfaction of a whole pie but without feeling too guilty about it afterwards. It's the perfect little treat if you want dessert but don't want something huge. Tiny Pies never disappoints!!

This place has been on my list to try for over a year now. Finally made it back to Austin so we decided to stop in and get a few pies. The shop is small but the pies are on display so you can see exactly what you are buying. The young lady serving us was quick and efficient. They have a wide variety of pies. We ordered 7 different flavors (coconut cream, banana cream, chocolate cream, key lime, lemon meringue, strawberry rhubarb and blueberry). The banana cream pie was tasteless. Did not taste like banana at all. The only reason we knew the coconut cream was coconut was because it had flakes of coconut otherwise it was pretty tasteless as well. The others were all mediocre except the strawberry rhubarb. It was the best of them all. The rhubarb was very tart and the pie itself wasn't overly sweet. So overall, the pies are definitely not worth the $6.95 price tag.

Ordered: Strawberry Rhubarb Tiny Pie (~$6): fresh strawberries & rhubarb filling in a Tiny Pies crust topped with a brown sugar crumb Banana Pudding Tiny Pie (~$6): bananas, homemade vanilla wafers, vanilla pastry cream in a Tiny Pies crust topped with whipped cream and vanilla wafer Aya's take: I like the idea of Tiny Pies but the execution is lacking, in my opinion. We tried 2 of their tiny pies - the Strawberry Rhubarb Tiny Pie & Banana Pudding Tiny Pie. The pie crust for both was a bit chewy, kind of stale, and thicker than the actual filling. I like that it's a small sweet treat that can satisfy your dessert craving but the ratio of pie crust to filling needs to be better. The flavor of both fillings were actually great but slightly overpowered by the crust. Other than that, I can see a box of these being a cute gift for an event or occasion.

Y U M! We went for the seasonal new pie freeze and it was to die for. Their homemade custard is so light and creamy, and you can choose which pie to blend. We did one Oreo and one s'mores and both were great. Smores was super rich and chocolately and the Oreo was lighter almost like a McFlurry (but way better). Tiny little space and tiny little pies which is fitting for the name but we loved every bit of it! They have sweet & savory offerings plus can cater events! Services was quick & their is plenty of parking out front of the stor

Oh my gosh, best pies I have ever had. I am extremely picky when it comes to pecan pies, but from the crust to the filling and the quality of pecans used was amazing.

Tiny Pies is another Austin staple, definitely bringing something different to the Austin dessert scene. A fun catering treat for different events, too, like weddings! Without a doubt the pumpkin chai spice is a favorite, as well as the Texas pecan. Sometimes the Texas pecan is designed in the shape of Texas. Recently tried their new Pie Freeze when they rolled out the new dessert, and entirely thankful for the free giveaway! The Peach Cobbler freeze is exactly what you think it would be -- slices of peach, the crumble and spice, and the crust stirred into an ice cream "blizzard" (like DQ). Only comment - super sweet. No need to worry about a brain freeze, but maybe a sugar high for sure.

My husband ordered the Campfire with added ice cream, which was rich and very chocolaty. The charred marshmallow on top was a great touch and made it extra indulgent. Overall, a great late night dessert stop with solid flavors and friendly service. Definitely worth checking out when you're craving something sweet!

The outside is a little boring, but the interior is dressed up a bit with a chandelier and bright shiny display cases full of baklava and other desserts. I may be guilty of falling for the "Dubai Chocolate" trend, but I chose a few pieces of baklava that had chocolate pistachio flavor profiles. I also took a risk on a nest shaped pastry filled with lemon filling, and I think it was my favorite of them all! They have tables where you can eat your treats there, and wash your hands afterwards, which is important because there's almost no way to do it without getting sticky fingers. Parking is limited -- only a few narrow spots outside. Okay wow. The ube ice cream here is out-of-this-world. What looked like a traditional milk toast dessert, was literally four pieces of stale bread, toasted and stacked on top of each other. that tasted freezer burnt with lots of sauce on top. No topping between each layer so it was not flavorful or tasty and all you could taste was a weird chemical flavor from the bread. Same thing with the ice cream, so freezer burnt that it tasted of chemicals, cardboard, and didn't even melt despite sitting on the plate for 15+ minutes. The Taro tea itself was fine with the crème brûlée topping, but the brown sugar Boba had the same chemical "going bad" flavor to it. It was super hard and bitter tasting instead of sweet. The soufflé pancakes were fine, but the ice cream was terrible on that too. It's hard to mess up Ice Cream, but somehow they managed.
