Great Service. The people are great. Then again, every visit at Pieology is a great time. The vibe is great, you could either watch the tv or enjoy time with who ever you came with. The place is not too loud, it just the right amount of conversation with a slight background noise of music. When coming in you are greeted, and getting treated with respect during your visit, rather your ordering, waiting, or enjoying your meal there. Today David and Ethan, were such good workers. They were nice, asked if my food was correct, and checked to see if I needed anything, then came back to see how it was going. When I left they said have a great day! today i came into pieology for the first time ever, and was pretty happy with the experience. to start off the menu was not difficult at all to read since they have some pre built pizzas to order from for those first timers that dont know what to add to their order. the staff was very friendly and instead of being treated like "just a customer" i was treated like part of the wolf pack. instant connection and very happy talkative crew that checked up on us frequently to make sure we enjoyed our visit. the best part of the experience is the encouragement to add whatever to our order and other customization options. my whole experienced is a perfect 5/5 thanks you pieology crew. read more

Absolutely delicious! I was very impressed with the quality of the food, the price point but ESPECIALLY the staff. My son and I were greeted at the counter then shown how to customize our pie. The pizza toppings were excellent quality, and while at first glance the crust looked too thin it was actually perfect. Crisp but not crunchy. The energy of the place was very inviting, and the Manager appeared to be overseeing everything in the kitchen. We didn't know it was their 1st day open, and the staff appeared to be working very efficiently for a new kitchen. Great job guys, we look forward to returning! read more

Pieology was great as usual but the service was PHENOMENAL. The was a pizza maker named "Big Kevin" and his customer service and guest skills are phenomenal. He made us feel so special from the second we walked in. He elevated our experience from good to EXTRAORDINARY!!!! In fact, I think he raises the bar for the whole company and when I pointed out his phenomenal service, all the other kids stepped up those service too. It was enlightening. I created an account just to write this review. All I have to say is great job to everyone! I went a couple days ago with my girlfriend and the service was awesome. (I think he was one of the managers...if not, he should be) Israel was very attentive to my girlfriend and I. He checked on us periodically to ensure we were doing okay, talked business, food, and general things. One of the girls working was very nice and did a great job of putting our pizza together. I would have given a 5 star review because I truthfully very much enjoy the pizza and the overall environment here but due to my very unpleasant experience with the employee Heather I have to lower my rating. During the whole time I was getting my pizza made she was very disrespectful towards me and my elderly mother. The other employees were very pleasant however. I had to go out of my way to write this review because of Jessica and Zak and their service that was awesome. I hadn't been to Pieology in over a year and craved it bad, I had gotten there 15min before closing, which I hate doing because I know it sucks when that happens, yet Zak and Jessica were quick and helpful, super positive and made me feel less guilty for getting there so late. Great atmosphere, customer service is always friendly and they make sure I don't leave hungry. The management is always on top of things, cleanliness, making sure I have everything I need. My pizza is always hot when I receive it and it's not to crunchy but doesn't flop over when I pick up a slice. My favorite time to go in is when Miranda (manager) is running the shift. First time eating at Pieology Pizzeria. We had a party of 7, service was excellent!!! Felt welcomed by the entire staff. Manager came to our table a couple of times to make sure everything was good. I had the cauliflower crust and it was the best I've ever had. Others at the table had the 3 cheese crust and regular crust and they both said their pizza was delicious. This place is great! We love coming here for a quick and easy dinner on Friday nights. Even when they are super busy they always seem to keep the line moving and get you in and out. All of the staff members are so nice and friendly. Hayley is our absolute favorite, she remembered us even after a few times of coming in. Place used to be so good! Staff is not friendly! It's filthy! No one in the building but me and a friend every table was dirty. Dust all over everything floor drains have not been cleaned moldy!
