I got my ears pierced here for the first time by a girl who works here and it was uneven. It really bothered me so I had to take them out and when I went back to get it repierced Hannah helped me out. She was so patient and kind in helping me to mark the spot so that it would be even this time. Unlike the 1st time the only pain I had was during the piercing but right after it there was no more pain. The 1st time the other girl did it it was swollen and warm for a couple hours. While I was walking in the mall I saw some of the jewelry. A pair of earrings caught my eye and I bought them for my moms birthday. I also decided to treat myself to a bracelet and the price was unbelievable. So I had a few more bucks to spare and I decided to purchase a necklace for my fiance. The price for all three items were really good and the service was amazing the sales rep Maydel helped me with my purchase she was great when explaining all the details of the gold earrings and the gold necklace as well. Even though I was questioning if the silver bracelet was a good buy, the sales rep helped me out by informing me what not to do with silver material so that it lasts a very long time and so it keeps it's nice look and shine. Got my second set of lobe piercings here. Bridgette was super awesome she was chatting with me so I wouldn't be too nervous. I'm super indecisive so I took a really long time just picking out some earrings, but she had some really insightful comments and suggestions about the different selections so I was finally able to decide on some. She also made sure I was satisfied with the dot placements before she pierced my ear. She was courteous enough to ask if I wanted a count down or to just do it but I was nervous so I was like just do it . The actual piercing part was fast and painless and I was super satisfied with how it looked in the end. I was really thankful for her patience and input especially with the prep work to make sure it would come out as desired. Employees are Scammers Beware! Bought 2 pairs of earrings yesterday and as I picked them out the employee helping me told me their earrings included a warranty that covered everything except loss or theft. Great not something I really need but thought if they want to include fine. When she rings me up the total didn't make sense was too high so I question it and she rolls her eyes and says it's the total including the warranty. When I told her she had said the warranty was included and that I didn't ask for it, she rolled her eyes again and sighed heavily and snapped "fine I'll just take it off". Thinking that I maybe misheard her, I asked " didn't you tell me it was included?" She replied she did and then quickly added "if you purchase the warranty". I asked her again if she mentioned that part to which she admitted she did not and again rolled her eyes at me: Had I not been paying attention I would have paid $6 more without realizing. The $ is not a huge deal to me but the dishonesty and shadiness is. I will not purchase from here ever again. read more
