The burger was made just the way I like it, with a tasty toasted bun, slices of fresh tomato and lettuce, a wonderful aioli sauce, and big juicy fresh beef patty. This is a tiny little restaurant with a couple of tables inside. Staff are friendly and accommodating. The cheeseburger is amazing and so are their fries. You won't be disappointed. My husband had the Philly and he loved it. We are definitely going back. read more

After reading all of the rave reviews coupled with a recommendation, we tried this place ( a few months ago so this might not still be completely relevant ) I was in the mood for a burger so I got the PigFish burger and my wife got the fish tacos. My wife tells me that her fish tacos were awesome. Unfortunately, my burger kind of was a sucky dry hockey puck and NOT GREAT. The fries were greasy and not cooked all of the way through. +1 Back patio area +1 Serves (good) beer +1 Wifey's tacos -1 Dry boring burger that even carries the "PigFish" name. -1 Greasy uncooked fries -1 Fairly unprofessional staff (at least that day) I will give this place one more shot as I know several people that love it. The reviews are true! These are likely to be some of the best burgers you'll have in your life (and frankly, the best burgers we've ever had hands down). I prefer their burgers over the ones at bateau, el gaucho, uneeda burger, 8 oz., eden hill provisions, Loretta's, and all the other burger places in Seattle. If you try one thing, you have to get the pigfish burger medium rare. It is their signature burger. It has their house aioli, bacon, and a generous patty and bun with a side of fries and a pickle. They are focused on local, high quality ingredients and it shows. It is incredible! They also have great fish tacos and fish and chips, too. If you get the opportunity to try some of their specials, I recommend the salmon burger (divine - best fish-based burger I've ever had), and I also recommend their fish balls. Last, the couple that runs this place are some of the nicest people in the world. I don't understand why people aren't going here more often. They should have lines out the door! read more

We order the caramelized onions & swiss burger and the cajun chicken sandwich. They're both cooked and seasoned very well and come with fries, a pickle and chipotle mayo sauce. Cute place, good food, attentive service. Landed at Sea-Tac and was wanting something different than airport food. This place is a relatively short drive and was well worth it. Very nice casual restaurant. Every day they have different specials. The day I was there I had the Poblano Burger and it was amazing. I also upgraded my fries and got the garlic and Asiago fries. I recently moved to the area and have been trying local favorites. I stopped by with my mom who was visiting and got two orders of fish and chips for carryout. Super friendly and nice staff, I really like that they cook and prepare the food fresh, right there in front of you. I saw the cook take out fresh pieces of fish, batter/coat them and everything, so you know it's fresh. I only live 8 minutes away so the food did not sit a long time. Food : Fries - absolutely amazing, I'd go back just for an order of those! Coleslaw - The most tart and bitter coleslaw I've ever tasted, I couldn't finish more than 3 bites. Fish - The pieces are HUGE, I mean like 10 inches x 3 inches. I personally like smaller thinner pieces but maybe you can request that? My biggest complaint with our meal was the fish and batter. The batter is extremely thick, and the inner most batter layer that touches the fish was so extremely soggy, soft, slimy, and just ruined the entire meal. I also have no idea what kind of fish it was, but I didn't like the taste, consistency, or texture. I will definitely return to try other entrees and options, but their fish is just not for me. read more

We love Pigfish! We have eaten in the restaurant and gotten takeout, and it is consistent, delicious, and the food is fresh and lovingly made. My husband always gets the fish and chips and I have gotten many burgers (all tasty), but just tried the fish tacos and they are DELICIOUS. The fish was flavorful and perfectly cooked. We also feel really good giving our toddler food from this restaurant. Kid meals come with fruit, and their fruit always looks and tastes very fresh, like they just sliced it this morning (unlike other restaurants where the fruit had been sliced and in the fridge for 2 days). This place is lovely, cozy, quaint and friendly. I came here after the recommendation of a friend citing their fish tacos as a must try. They were smothered in delectable tarter-esque sauce, fried to perfection and paired with the pigfish house white-wine. Sometimes there are places that are simple and exactly what you want. This is hands down the best sandwich place in Washington!!!! The kind lady at the register suggested the fish and chips, fish tacos or their signature burger. I saw on the specials board that they had a cubano so I was sold right away!!! The pork is roasted in house with house made pickled jalapeños which as far as I'm concerned makes this cubano the best I have had in a looooooong time!!!!
