Sorry! I didn't like this location as much as the gables one. The place is tiny and cramped. Although the service was friendly, it was slow. My party of 4 got their food and I didn't get mine until they had almost finished theirs. I ordered a shrimp salad. The others ordered burgers, fries, chicken bowl and and chicken pinchos. My salad was small, tasty but more like a side salad. My kids' burgers just didn't seem as big as the ones at gables. So, I called this placed 7 times and went through the automated voice prompts and asked for the "manager" each time, as instructed, when paying cash. Each time someone picked up the phone and hung up! Since I live literally 2 blocks away, I decided to walk here and place my order. I walked in and discovered my "aha" moment. The first thing that I noticed was 4 people in line and 6 guests sitting; 2 eating, and 4 just waiting at the tables for their orders. 1 guy cooking, 1 kid floating around (looked lost) and the cashier that seemed confused on the register. She really knows her job she was very attentive to the movements of all the customers there. She kept the floor moving and flowing. This is the place to go in the Westchester area. I always look forward to coming here to eat their burgers. They have different specials monthly and the best one I have had is the Quesadilla burger (it has two thin quesadillas as the buns and a juicy burger with guac and other toppings) it's literally to die for!! If that's not the burger of the month the regular pincho burger is still a must have!! I recommend this place to everyone I know and you have to try the Cajun fries while you are there! My first time experience I ordered the famous Toston Burger. I heard about it all over the internet & while visiting Florida I wanted to go the whole time. On my last day I tried it. When I finally had my first, savory bight, I was expecting it to be juicy & life changing, however it was more dry tasting than I expected. Throughout the experience the burger needed lots of condiments to have the dryness taken out of it. Except, the thought of the whole experience was so amazing! The cutest and best girlfriend in the history of western civilization was shocked when she found out I'd never been here. So the first order of business was allowing me the pleasure of driving her there last night. She'd hear about an amazing limited-edition burger they were serving for just this week. I'd heard that they had bottles of Southern Tier 2X IPA. Basically, we were motivated. So she ordered the Buffalo Burger. Delicious burger patty topped with buffalo wing sauce, crumbled blue cheese, and kettle chips. I had a couple on account of my gf's generosity and it was da bomb. I ordered the pincho dog with The Mix, cucumber, cilantro sauce, and topped with crunchy fries. Without reservation, I can say that it's the best dog I've ever had. It was incredible and flavorful in ways that I didnt know a dog could be. The beer is where the 5th star was lost. Our beers were stored in a freezer and they were, predictably, frozen. They thawed out over the course of our meal. I'm certain that they've remedied this issue since then but since this review is for that visit, 4-stars is what they get. I cruised into Pincho Factory to meet up with the Burger Beast as I am a long time stalker of his. Upon arriving at Pincho Factory, I noticed the place is spick and span and modernly equipped with a Flat screen TV and as I was told, Free Wi- Fi. Since I am a hot dog whore, I was going to order the regular hot dog but settled on the Pincho Dog instead and an order of french fries, fried in delicious peanut oil! The Pincho Dog is a beef pincho on a bun, I added banana peppers and grilled onions at the suggestion of the nice girl at the counter. The Pincho Dog was Oh so juicy! It had that char-grilled flavour. Smokey, hot and juicy- to- the- lucy. I sampled several of their home-made sauces ( there are actually two that are not home made). Cilantro- yummy but not my jam Aioli- Loved it as I am a big garlic lover Sweet and Spicy- very nice proportions of both Pincho BBQ- very tasty. The french fries were deelish. just the right amount of crunch and salt. I can't wait to return and try the Pincho Burger and their new Brazilian style hot dog! I heard these hot dogs wear those and dance the samba in your mouth! Oh wait! Fried Cheesecake! While I told myself I would not have more than a couple of bites, I could not put it down. Battered. Let me tell you, I have been on the search for a good burger joint and have been open to different concepts. This, so far, is one of the most brilliant burgers you will eat. If you are a Hispanic, and pretty much raised on Tostones (or Patacon) you totally understand the feeling of finding this heavenly combination together. It was sooooooooo good! The restaurant itself is hidden in the Miami and it did not lack service, ambiance and speed. Been to this location twice and was pleased both times. The food is fresh, (I believe the beef there is organic, but don't quote me) with just the right portions and seasonings. I have tried both the queso frito dog and the burger version. (Yes I am a fatty) lol. This place also carries a lot of craft beers, and usually two on draft from Funky Buddah or Miami Brewery. Usually my friend of mine will always choose whatever is on the 'specials board' for her meal, and that seems to be a great choice every time. Last time I believe it was some type of Hawaiian chicken burger with the works, and last night was this delicious pinchonette pita. The pinchos were tender and juicy on the inside, and crispy on the outside, just the way I like it. Definitely worth a visit if you are looking for a change in your typical lunch/dinner. Met up with a friend here for dinner a couple months back. He honestly had me at Tostone Burger because the idea of a burger with tostones as buns blew my mind. It also confused me as to why no one had really thought of that already. (Probably in the back of our minds the whole time). Anyway, I ordered the burger with a side of fries and a Maduro Ale. Wait time was a little long but everything is made to order, and sometimes waiting a little longer assures attention to quality. Which it did. The burger was everything I had hoped for and more. Big, round, crispy tostones with a well-cooked tender beef patty in between. Some amazing tangy sauce with lettuce and tomatoes. Just an absolutely amazing burger and one of my favorite burgers in Miami. The fries were okay. A little too thin cut for my tastes. The sweet potato tater tots are excellent, though. Especially with that maple sauce. I'm giving the spot 4 stars because I haven't had anything but the Tostone Burger, but my next menu item is that Fritanga Burger. I can only imagine it'll get the 5-star rating with that trip. Pincho Factory rules and it's very close to my job. They're open late on weekends and they have a great beer selection.
