Mmmmmmm yummy! I eat pincho normally for lunch as it has lighter options or heavier options compared to other places around the office! They have exquisite flavors!! Latin, greek, cajun etc. its all up to your preference (yay for options). I usually get the latin chicken rice bowl. Everything tastes sooo homey and each part of the dish has its unique flavor! The fritanga chicken sandwhich is TO DIE FOR!! It's chicken with a piece of fried cheese, cole slaw and crema! Super delicious and i enjoy every bite. 5/7/2016- The word "Pincho" brings me back to my childhood in Puerto Rico. As you drive or walk the streets you see a pincho cart in almost every corner. Around 5-6 pieces of pork on a stick and a slice of puertorican bread with buttery garlic at the end. This Pincho Factory was very busy on a Saturday afternoon. This was our first time here. When you walk in, it is a spacious area, mostly every seat was taken. There is no one to greet you at the front so we just followed the crowd to the register. The menu is above the register but the description of the food (what comes with it) isn't. As we get to the front to order, we see a menu. It took us a bit to order. During this visit, I had the Toston Burger with cajun fries and their 627 Ale on draft. The young man at the register asked if we wanted to add bacon (no), queso frito (no). Then he continued to ask me why not? that I should. I appreciate his enthusiasm but at $8.49 for the burger as is, I didn't feel like paying an extra $3.00 or so for add ons. I believe the queso frito alone was $2.50! They give you a number and they come by with the food as it is prepared. It came out hot! The tostones were right out of the frier. Once you take a bite, with the lettuce and tomato, it becomes pretty sloopy, moving around, so I took those out. The burger comes out WELL-DONE. I prefer medium rare but you do not get a choice, at least I wasn't asked. It was a bit too heavy handed with the salt and pepper for my taste. The cajun fries were good, again a little too heavy handed on the salt. I ended up eating about half of the food. read more

Ok...I hate to be the one who gives Pincho Factory less than 5 stars...but until they work out the kinks I just can't give more than 3 stars. I have heard a lot of great things about PIncho so when I saw they were opening in pines I was beyond excited. We went for lunch and they weren't crazy busy (yet). After we sat down and until we left the line was out the door. They are an order at the counter...they bring you the food concept. I asked for pickles...no pickles for me (don't have any). Asked for soda water...was told the machine was not working for water...however soda was working. Ummm the carbonated water gets mixed with the syrup and that is what makes soda. How is that not working, but the soda is? Settle on a luke warm bottle of water. I ordered a veggie burger and the sweet potato tots. What came out was a veggie burger with double cheese. Not sure how that happened but we had waited so long for our food that I just told them I would live with the cheese. The runner told me that they never placed the tots, he brought them to me anyway. The veggie burger was okay. It was a little mushy and not super hot. The tots were delicious. My husband had the special...it was a steak sandwich which he enjoyed. He also had the bacon ranch Cajun style. They seasoned the fries and gave him a side of seasoning. Food was super slow coming out. The servers/runners were very good and checked in us multiple times. They only had 1 register open with the huge line. We will be back once they get their groove. read more

If you love burgers and tostones then you must try. I've been here a lot and I do love it here. They offer a variety of burgers and kebabs. We usually try the new special they have every month. The employees are patient the restaurant is clean. If your eating in you order your food at the counter and they bring it to you. They also take care of the trash for you. Everything on their menu is good, I've been there so much I've pretty much tried most of it. It does come out pricey if your buying for 2 people a little over 20$ by time your done ordering 2 menu items and a side. I wish they had a dessert option they had it once but no more. read more

Clearly something is wrong with there leadership. In the past when I have visited this location you can tell the restaurant tables look filthy and the cooks to the cashiers don't care. This particular order I placed is the last straw. We ordered two burgers, fries and a steak kebab it was all delivery. The moment we opened the bag it smelled rancid and spoiled. It was the steak kebab it was so bad you could smell it through the wrapper it was in. You can tell something is wrong with this location and there leadership to allow something that could potentially put someone in the hospital leave the kitchen. I will not recommend this place. I emailed the location got a response to ask for the location I responded and still have heard nothing back. CLEARLY they don't care. Don't waste your time being sent to the ER. Update* the only email I received was to ask what location it was and I responded by saying it was the Pembroke Pines location. Vivienne Smith was the person that asked the question in the email and nothing else ever happened. So I am not sure what your talking about "waiting for a response"the only question was what location it was. read more

I dropped by after the gym a bit hungry and decided to give them my business for the first time. I traditionally prefer to eat at home but wanted a quick bite instead. I ordered the Latin American bowl and a side of sweet potato fries. The fries were scrumptious and prepared well. They came with a sweet guava-like jam which added to the delight. The Latin American bowl (or whatever it was named) was a missed. The rice was soggy and too generous as compared to the other ingredients. The major disappointment was the chicken. I couldn't believe that they only gave me 6 small dry pieces. I would think most people would agree the protein makes the meal. In this case, the bowl was a major disappointment. I hate to say it but you're better off spending your money at Chipotle, Bolay, another restaurant. Without a proper helping of protein it simply isn't a good value for your money. read more

I've only been here once or twice but I would definitely recommend the sandwiches and burgers over anything (this is what I've liked so far). I tried a steak bowl and it was good but I wouldn't order it again. The toston burger is delicious but the portion is too small in my opinion, and you also have to order a side of fries because they don't come with it. For my first time , that food was great. I thank the cooks for the fresh food. Customer service was a 3/10 .. Upon observation, I noticed that there were a surplus of survey cards in front of me while ordering . One was given to me so I was guided here to share my experience . My cashier , not even worthy to remember her name but she took it upon herself to beg for a survey, continuously looking at me in my face while I eat like a lost child . Even walking out , she proceeds to tell me, " I'll be waiting on your survey " . So here it is. You were ok , you did entirely too much for a survey that was only placed on my table and I couldn't even enjoy my whole experience . I hope this helps you as much as you wanted it to love . Came down from West Palm Beach and took kids out for lunch. We have been following them on IG so we couldn't wait to try it. Unfortunately disappointed as it was average or maybe below average. The size certainly was not what i expected. It was freshly made but th patty was ordinary just blah. Actually the patty taste like a frozen patty with black pepper and salt. I had pincho burger ($7.49) added bacon $2 extra. My niece had the burger with blue cheese she liked but again nothing special. Taste just was not there. Size was smaller side for the price. Chose this place over Bolay which was right next door, big mistake. I wanted a good salad, my bf and I both chose the Mediterranean. I got chicken and he got steak. First, his salad came out like 10 minutes before mine and looked less than impressive. Then mine came out, there was barely chicken, I asked for cheese, the server went to go get it and then I see he on a phone texting. I go over to ask for the cheese and she said she forgot and that the cheese was frozen bc their refrigerator is really cold. I had heard so much of this place I thought it would absolutely rock my taste buds. Unfortunately it did not hit the mark for me. The beef is not of great quality, a bit overdone and not much taste to the actual meat. What makes a good burger is the quality of the meat and this meat was pretty tasteless without the toppings. The toppings of the pipo burger were tasty and a good mix of sweet and spice but the burger itself ruined it for me. The bun was absolutely delicious thus the three stars. The service was blah not very friendly and inviting. My fries came out cold and were returned for fresh fries. Other than that an ok place if you expect the toppings to make the burger. On another note to management, make sure your restrooms are clean. The smell of urine is a real turnoff at a restaurant. Even a burger joint. Come on now guys, you weren't even that busy. read more
