As my first time ever coming here as I had order what was a pincho chicken burger and asked for them to cook it as well done as possible, When they brought over my meal and began to eat, on the first bite I could taste that something was wrong and as I'm trying to eat, the chicken literally tasted RAW and rubbery texture, I was completely disgusted. The waiter took my meal and I had explain the issue and offered to re make my meal again, I waited almost a 40 minutes for them to re make it and when they brought it over they added cheese to which I didn't order on it AND when I took a bite AGAIN it was so impossible too eat because of THE TEXTURE you literally can not bite into something so rubbery. Great place to catch a burger with a unique twist: toston buns! The rest of their burgers are super creative including items like fried cheese in them. We've been to a couple of their locations and in spite of always being packed they serve quickly. They also have a great selection of beers to enjoy with your food. read more

This place on Yelp is called Pincho- but it is pincho factory. We ordered last night on Uber eats and food arrived as ordered and piping hot. The cilantro sauce is AMAZING!! I had the vaca frita bowl and fried cheese. I could have used a couple more pieces of cheese but I was sharing so next time I'll order 2. My bowl was fantastic, except that I felt like the ratio of rice to protein was a little short. Too much rice, not enough beef or plantains. I would have liked just a little more to really balance the dish. Overall, great flavors and more importantly, they followed our order instructions. We had 2 kids burgers. One with cheese, one without for child with dairy allergy. I was worried they would mess it up but they didn't. Thanks PF! I'll come in sometime real soon!!! read more

I eat from this pincho at least once every week, and I must say that THE ONLY thing I order is one of my favorite take out foods. i order the tex mex chicken pita and it's sooo good. if you don't like spicy don't order this because it's HOT! additionally, the cajun fries are my favorite snack ever!! they're so good. the service however is lacking by a lot. it has happened that I place an order through the phone and when I get there the order wasn't placed, or that 90% of the time they forget to add the side sauce EVEN THOUGH the plate comes with it, or that they're super slow; but I keep coming back because the food is tasty as hell. But seriously, this place probably has the most apathetic and miserable team of workers ever. UPDATE: I'm changing my 4 star review to 2 because everytime I order to pick they mess up my order or miss something. I just ordered cajun fries, and they didn't put any cajun in them just gave me regular fries... I mean seriously?? they're called CAJUN FRIES! how do you not put cajun on them? When in South Florida, we were looking for a burger place and came across various options on yelp. After looking at the reviews we decided to try Pincho, And we were not disappointed! We really enjoyed the burgers, tostones, and the french fries(seriously loved the fries!) we didn't get them but when they were delivering food to another table we saw the voles and kind a wish we'd had gotten them with the burgers After asking the girl at the front, we found out this is not a chain restaurant, but it should be! We really didn't know what to expect when we walked inside, it definitely has one of those chipotle vibes mixed with funky wall art. It's very relaxed and it wasn't very bus when we went. If we had one near us we would definitely be going more often. If you're in the mood for a burger, this is a good place to go. It will definitely feed that burger craving! read more

The inside was clean, nice, and interior design was on point. I ordered the toston burger. I had my expectations high and the burger did not meet it. The toston burger was hard to bite. It was extremely difficult to eat the whole burger. The "bun" was not soft and crispy, but it was hard. I thought it was a little dry. Forewarning, it is more salty than usual burgers, but I like salty foods so I had no problem with it and actually enjoyed the burger more due to its increased saltiness. The mixture of textures with crispy "buns" but tender meat made for a very satisfying taste. My friend had one of their beef burgers, which I tried and found to be really good as well. I definitely like my tostón burger more, though. They have little plastic succulents on each table which I found to be a cute touch decoration wise. I am not a salad person. I love to eat a lot of food. I was skeptical about this place that my sister recommended. But it was late night and I didn't want to eat anything too heavy. My dad and I get the steak salad Mediterranean style. My sis got the same thing california style. The steak was seasoned just right and juicy and complimented the salad well. The bowl was huge so it was a good size portion. I tasted my sis salad. It was delicious too. The oranges, almonds and cranberries with the mango sauce. Omg delish! My son had the shrimp which tasted ok but not great. It was pretty pack for that late and people were still coming so you know the food is good. This place is amazing! My husband & I were supposed to go to Bolay but due to the super bowl Bolay was closed, Pincho was open so we came here. Prior to walking to Bolay I seen the sign of the Texmex chicken bowl & told my hubby that it looked so good. Well what do you know Bolay was closed so Pincho it is. I order the Texmex chicken bowl & it was so delicious had so much flavor with a little spice of chipotle nothing too hot though, very good I will definitely be coming back! We came here because we wanted to try their tostones burger. Unfortunately for us, they had ran out. So we had to settle for something else. Which we had no regrets. The burgers are very unique in their own ways. My SO ordered the Fritanga burger and I ordered the special burger of the month, the Hangover. Both burgers were absolutely delicious. We ended up splitting each burgers in half to share. If you're coming here for the first time, I suggest the Fritanga burger. Don't get intimated to try it because of the "deep fried white cheese". We have eaten here a few times and the food has always been good. So maybe today was an off day. I arrived at pick up time and they said it was still being cooked. No problem but when I got home with the order, we found it all to be cold or lukewarm. The tostone for the chicken sandwich was so hard it couldn't even be eaten And the chicken was tough. The fries were also cold and they tasted old. The remainder of the food was delicious after it was warmed in the microwave. The employees were really nice.
