The two times that I have ordered from here, I have always had a good experience. My food has always been fresh and hot. The first time I ordered I got their steak plate. The steak was seasoned so well. I am literally tasting it now. It come with two sides and pita bread. For my two sides I opted for French fries and side salad. Gots to keep it balanced, right? This second time I ordered the same thing and I got an unexpected surprise and received an extra order of fries. I wish I would've known it was in there before I got home because I would've asked for an extra pincho sauce. The fries and the pincho sauce, omg. I haven't had much interaction with staff but the two times that I have picked up food, the staff that assisted me with taking my name and handing me my food were nice. I desperately want to try something different but the steak plate is just so darn delicious! Regardless of what I get, I will certainly be back! read more

I am a long time customer of Pincho. I love their Keto salad, tostones and burgers, but I recently noticed something has changed with the burgers. The burgers no longer have that fresh charred, smashburger consistency like they use to. Although the burger was fresh, it kind of tasted pre packaged. read more

Haven't been back for awhile but I have ordered take out recently and the place is still spot on. I usually get the egg n burger medium rare with the egg runny but I decided to do it a little bit healthier and got the grilled chicken sandwich with egg. Honestly, all I can say is it is a game changer with the egg! Think it's my new favorite because I wouldn't have to worry about it being too rare or too cooked. Grilled chicken is just done right! For one reason or another, I have not been able to try the much reviewed or praised Pincho Factory, until today at the newest Pembroke Pines Location. First the decor is very clean, simple & modern, the staff plenty & efficient. With several items wanting to try, I opted for the Tostone burger, which is two fried plantains as the buns, w/ jack cheese & a cilantro sauce. - ok this was different in a good way--darn tasty ! - I think tater tots are overrated, but always desired as a childhood comfort food. I ordered the sweet potato tots w/ side (.75) of Apple butter. Ok the tater tots are smaller than normal tots, but the taste w/ the apple butter was terrific. I see Pepsi now has a small table top version of the drink choice machine ( see photo). Total bill $17.50 plus tip -- I must come back & try the Fritanga Burger, & Cajun fries & single pinchos 9/19/16 Came back to try the award winning #1 Fries " Channel 10 viewers" & "2015 Burger Bash Champion " -- Yuck ?! -- What happen ? To go from such a great food experience to bad experience-- The Fritanga Burger , what a mess, Sloppy drench flavorless coleslaw, topped by a greasy piece of again flavorless Fried Cheese, all sitting on a overcooked dried out hockey puck burger. Stopped at Pincho to get something to eat. I ordered the classic chicken sandwich and Cajun fries and my friend ordered "just the hot dog and only potato sticks on top". What was funny about this order was when our food arrived, the waitress had a plate with only the actual hot dog, no bun, no potato sticks, no toppings, just the hot dog. I looked confused and mention oh he took the order literally (minus the potato sticks). It was clearly a misunderstanding and they immediately fixed the order. Even when I said it was ok, just put the Potato sticks lol. They insisted they would fix it and person who took the order apologized. I really appreciated that. Nothing was wrong when the order was taken, it was just how my order was interpreted which was kind of funny. The service was great and staff are very friendly. The hotdog (with the bun, mustard and potato sticks lol) was good and was just your good ol' standard hotdog. The cajun fries was on the salty side, but good with the pink sauce. The chicken sandwich was good as well but also a little salty. The restaurant is very casual, nothing fancy. Horrible experience. We came for takeout. It took over 30minutes for 2 things. Every single table in the restaurant was dirty. Normally (if i was dining in) I would just wipe it down. However, during Covid times, it's unacceptable for tables not to be sanitized after each use. I will never come back. read more

My wife and I had a meeting in Pembroke Pines Thursday morning that finished around noon, so we went looking for a place for lunch. We ended up in a shopping area off of N. Hiatus Rd. because we went looking for a different restaurant with excellent Yelp reviews. However, that place had a line to get in, so we decided to give Pincho a try. My wife ordered the Latin Chicken Bowl ($8.99) and I ordered the Pincho Plate with roasted veggies as my "protein" and cajun fries and beans & rice as my sides ($8.49 + $1.00 surcharge for the fries). I also ordered a Yuengling ($4.00 on the menu, but $4.50 on my receipt). We were then handed a buzzer and we sat down at a table and waited for our food to be ready. The first thing we had to do while waiting was wipe down the table and spread out napkins because the table was very sticky. After a few minutes, our pager started vibrating and we returned to the counter to pick up our food. Our food looked very appetizing, and in fact tasted quite nice. The main disappointment for me was that the roasted vegetables turned out to be nothing more than some carrots and broccoli on a plate between the fries and the brown rice which was part of my side order. (The beans were in a small cup.) As I said, the food tasted fine and the price was reasonable. If you find yourself shopping in this area, there would be nothing wrong with stopping here for a quick meal. However, I wouldn't go out of my way to drive here for the sole purpose of eating here. read more

Very filling and relatively quick spot for lunch with food that's made fresh, as soon as you place your order. The ladies at the cash register were very quick and made sure to keep the line moving. The location was clean and spacious even with the lunch time rush. As a group of 6 we were able to order, eat and talk within 45 minutes on a Friday around noon. I had the chicken Tex mex salad with a side of sweet potato tots and was extremely satisfied. My only suggestion is an expansion on the sauce bar, as I didn't have anything to go with the tots. Everyone was very happy with their meals, they all hit the spot. All of the plates looked very appetizing. Great pincho spot! read more

My first time here recently. They are a local chain. Had read about their Tostone burger so wanted to check it out. It was a busy place. Food was being made to order. I ordered the Tostone burger and Cajun Tostones. Tostones are twice fried plantain slices. The burger was tasty and I liked it. It had a good flavor. I was hoping that the Tostone would have some flavor but since they act as a hamburger bun it makes to not have added flavor to the Tostones. The Cajun Tostones were nice as well. The restaurant had three different varieties of Cholula sauces. I chose the chili garlic kind as my dipping sauce . I was satisfied with my meal. I liked it. The prices are a bit on a pricey side for the type of restaurant they are but the prices are not unusually high or unreasonable. Their menu has a good variety of options. The portions are good. They have soft drinks as well as beer. The place is family friendly. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is fine and the service is good. I would give them 3.5 stars. I have heard of Pincho before but I don't eat meat so burgers aren't the first choice I venture for. I grabbed lunch in unfortunate circumstances, with the intention of getting lunch at ABEC but they were having kitchen issues, but resorting here did not disappoint. I have had my fair share of veggie burgers, that is all I can have sin meat after all and they can be a hit or miss. And this black bean and potato patty was a hit!! I was pleasantly surprised. It comes with lettuce, tomato, onion, american cheese, potato sticks, and pink sauce. The pink sauce I've had at latin american/burger joints when I used to eat meat,9I went gaga for, and their pink sauce was no exception. The patty itself had a great texture to it, full of hearty flavor, the bun was so fresh, and I loved the potato sticks ***If you're ordering it to go like I did ask for them separate from the burger so they stay crisp! The only thing I would say is I wish they added a bit more onions. For a side I had the cajun fries which have grilled onions and cajun seasoning (they can be light on the seasoning if you prefer less of a kick). According to their site it also comes with pink sauce but I didn't get any. It was a good portion but I wish they were cut thicker or if they were curly! The place was relatively clean with lots of seating, the young man who took my order was pleasant, and the wait for my food was fair. I will definitely be back! read more

Greatness! The food, service and environment were outstanding. Ended at Pincho Factory with co-workers during lunch. Some of my co-workers has never been so they're eyes were were filled with excitement of all the great options. Had the tradition Fritanga burger with sweet potato tots and a regular drink. The patty and fired cheese is and continues to be a great combination of flavors,oozing through the bun and into your mouth. The staff behind the counter were amazing, they were engaging and very happy and joyful to be there as well as tending to us. A few of the servers would alternate between tables asking us and other patrons if anything was needed. They even brought a bottle of mayo when they overheard my co-worker say crap I didn't see the mayo. The establishment as a whole is spacious enough where the customers aren't on top of each other. Yesterday was my second time here. The first time I had a salad bowl and skewer (or pincho as they call it), and yesterday I tried for the first time a toston burger. I have always wanted to try the toston burger because a friend of mines raves about it. She recommended getting it with fried cheese. When I got to the register you can see the cooks in the back prepping the food. I noticed the fried cheese and it looked like they unwrapped whole mozerella, dipped it in bread crumbs, and deep fried it. I just couldn't see myself eating a quarter of that sandwich, I would pop! So, I stayed within my limits and got a toston burger with a fried egg and a side of cajun fries to go. Unfortunately, I only got a few bites of the cajun fries before it fell to the floor as I was getting out of my car . (Thats what I get for not waiting until I got home to dig in ). The little bit that I did have was very good, it was well seasoned with cajun spices and onion on top. The toston burger was interesting... The patty was cooked medium well, seasoned well, and overall very good. The tostones was also cooked perfectly, crispy, and golden. However, together it made a very oily combination. I am not sure if this is because I got it to go and maybe the oils kind of settled to the bottom . Not sure, but it was oily, the cilantro sauce also made it a little messy because it liquified along with the oils from the burger and was dripping everywhere. The lettuce was soggy, so I had to remove it (again, I am not sure if it is because I got it to go). I couldn't even imagine getting this with the fried cheese, it would have been way too much. Overall, I probably would not get this again. I would probably get the burger on a bun. The burger itself was great. I really can't comment on the service as I did not stay and eat in. The cashier was very friendly, and the place was clean. It was packed and hard to find seating. I will come back next time to try a regular burger. Hopefully, I have a better experience. read more

I had a shredded beef with fried cheese with tostones instead of bread burger/sandwich I liked it. I thought it was overpriced but good. It was around $11 The portion was small. The meat amount was small. It was good tasting. I enjoyed very much the fried cheese inside. The tostones where crispy and good too. It had a sweet sauce that worked really good with the dish. I had a side of cajun French fries. They where cooked good with a light seasoning. They had a type of tasty spicy mayonnaise sauce lightly drizzled on top. They also had a white sauce on the side that was really good. When I first walked in I felt the floors sticky. My shoes where sticking to the floors. I thought something must of spilled. As I walked to the counter my shoes where still sticking to the floor. The floors looked clean but they where sticky. It's the type of place where you pick your table and the food then it's brought to you after you pay for it. The first table we sat was sticky to the touch. We moved to another table and that one was better. It was slow, not many people there. The rest of the restaurant appeared clean. Our food service was fast. The server was extra nice. I was there with other people. All of our meals came at different times. That was different. This place did not leave a positive impression on us. read more

Pincho Burger Combo. DISAPPOINTING. The burger had a funky taste whereby I couldn't determine if it was the meat or the special Pincho sauce which gave the burger it's odd taste. Also let down by the size of the burger which was small. The french fries were ordinary. There are so many other mid-tier burger chains like BURGER FI, SHAKE SHACK, SMASHBURGER, THE HABIT BURGER GRILL and even 5 GUYS to get a better burger from. I always wanted to try the burgers at the PINCHO FACTORY since they debuted in MIAMI back in 2010. Never got the chance to go to the PINCHO nearest me when it opened back in late 2017 in FTL. They were open for about 2 years before closing. Funnily enough PINCHO was located in the same plaza as another hamburger/sandwich joint called PRESS GOURMET SANDWICHES which is also now closed. The PEMBROKE PINES location opened in 2016. Hate to say this but I wouldn't recommend PINCHO as an eatery to get a meal from. read more

I ate here with Emily T. after a fun day at the beach, so I was starving! She always raves about Pincho Factory, and I was excited to try their burgers. This is a fast casual restaurant, where you order at the front register, and they bring the food out to your table. This is a decent sized restaurant, and it was PACKED on a Saturday afternoon. Every table was occupied, and they also have counter seating along the bar. The employees were very friendly, although service was generally slow. They only had one register open to take orders. We waited about 20 minutes for our food. I was so hungry, I was definitely timing them. A Single Pincho is a skewer of grilled meat. We ordered a steak and shrimp pincho, but they also have chicken. The meats were very salty for my taste. I enjoyed the steak more than the shrimp, but both were cooked well and not over done. I really liked the creamy sauce they were served with, which helped counter the saltiness. The pincho are rather expensive; at $7 each, you could get a whole meal (pita, salad, or rice bowl) for a dollar more. The Sweet Potato Tots are the bomb. I ate through most of the side dish, and I love it when burger places offer different sides other than fries. I had already heard about the Toston Burger, which I was originally going to order, but I looked up at the chalkboard special for the month, and decided to order that instead. The VACA FRITA GRILLED CHEESE has their homemade vaca frita, toped with gouda cheese, red onion mojo, tomato and smashed avocado stuffed between challah bread. This burger was AMAZING. The meat was salty, but so tender and juicy. Plus the fresh veggies and avocado on top was refreshing with the meat. I loved this special, and I hope they bring it back so I can try it again. Emily had the standard Pincho Burger, which is topped with lettuce, tomato, onions, cheese, potato sticks, and secret pink sauce. They claim that their meats are certified humanely raised from select US family farms, and antibiotic and hormone free. Far from a great experience here at Pincho in Pembroke Pines. Was in the mood for a hot dog, had heard semi decent things and was excited to try it. The restaurant is a good size, maintained well and I had no complaints with the staff; however, the food was just not very good on this day, my hot dog was very very plain and lacking anything special. The size was disappointing as it resembled the smallest cheapest type of dog you find in any supermarket, the bun was overly buttered and the potato sticks were some how burned??? Not sure how that happened but it just added insult to injury. Always like to give the benefit of the doubt to the restaurant and hope that maybe this one menu option wasn't their best but my wife's chicken sandwich wasn't much better; over cooked and as dry and hard as a piece of rubber, her bun was also smothered in butter and topped with an unremarkable "special sauce". This is my first experience with Pincho Factory and unfortunately, I have pros and cons about this place. While the food was good, they didn't get my order right, even though the order on the receipt was correct. I ordered the vaca frita plate, with white rice and beans, and the cilantro sauce. While i did get the vaca frita and the white rice, which was very good (pro), I didn't get the beans or my sauce, both of which I think would've completed the meal (con). I wish they would be more thorough with the preparation of the food order. read more

I've been telling everyone I know about Pincho Factory! Why? Their burgers and pincho skewers are the best in South Florida. Pretty true seeing as how I would drive from Palm Beach to Pembroke Pines just to get a taste. During lunch / dinner hours, you'll find yourself looking for a seat at this location. Luckily I got a booth to fit my party of 3 on my last visit with Kim D. Menus are displayed above the cashier but there are also paper menus if you find yourself waiting in line. I've had their shrimp and steak pinchos, $7 each, and their infamous Pincho Burger for less than $10. Everything is a la carte so if you want soda or fries, you'll have to order that separately. It adds up. It's definitely not your fast food burger type of restaurant. The quality shows. The Pincho Burger has potato sticks that are very unique to a burger. It adds a bit of crunch in each of your bites. They have food runners who bring you your food when it's ready. Unfortunately it did take a while as they were busy but once the food hit, we were not disappointed. We even had leftovers as they offer huge portions. Definitely looking forward to my next visit. read more
