Update to my review below: Tried this place again since I had a lot of friends who really like it. So glad I did. The customer service was very good, and the food was SO GOOD this time around. Tried a different burger and it was delicious. Hubby was also very happy with his meal. We went with a group of 8 and all were pleased with service and meals. We are definitely going to come back. Had been meaning to try this place since it opened bc I heard a lot of good things from the Miami location. Ordered the guava pastelito burger since it is Sunday, and yes, it "tasted" great. Lots of flavor with the pastelito and the cheese. But wow, was it greasy! I'm pretty health conscious, so I feel like it's my cheat meal of the year. I hope I don't get a heart attack from that meal bc it clogged up all my arteries. I didn't even finish it. The tots were okay. Nothing to brag about. Hubby had a pincho wrap and it looked good but was a big mess. I recommend keeping it in the wrap as you eat instead of taking it all out. I doubt I'll go out of my way to eat here again, but if I do I'll definitely go for a wrap or salad with chicken. Service was good. Food came out in about 5-10 minutes. Modern decor. Management Alicia was superb at handling redeem code offer not properly working. Instead of being accusatory and defensive she insisted on fixing the issue for not only the present but also the future so that my experience would be hassle free. The overall energy of the store has improved greatly since she has taken over and hired a whole new team. Staff Gio was also welcoming, attentive and ready to help. Food was delicious, fresh, juicy, and still hot enough to eat even though I came after my pickup time. Neatly prepared and not thrown together. I have to say, Pincho was going down hill a few months to a year ago. Elated to see drastic measures were taken with results to show for it. The place is kind of small so it was hard for me to find a table . The burger was really huge & made to order . Place is packed and it's hard to find parking nearby on Saturdays. Ordering was a pain. It took us 20 minutes in line, not sure if it was the cashier or the people that did not know what to order, but we ordered in 1 minute while others were discussing the menu with the cashier. This was our second time here. First time we had to get a refund and leave because the food had not come after 25 minutes and we had an appointment nearby. Cashier didn't want to refund the money saying that manager would have to be called (so, what?!). The experience was not the best, but I decided to give this place a second chance because of the great yelp reviews. Today we ordered at 2:17 and again service was super slow. By 2:36 I went to check on our order and was just amazed on how slow people move in the kitchen. At 2:38 our food arrived - 20 minutes after we placed and paid the order and 40 minutes after we arrived. So, if you are in a hurry, avoid this place. We ordered chicken fresco salad, chicken buffalo sandwich, and the French fries with bacon, cheddar and ranch. We were not impressed with any of the items. While the sandwich bun was really tasty, the chicken and specially the bacon were chewy and had rubber texture. The bacon on the fries had the same problem, and the chicken on the salad too. Cheddar and ranch did not make a difference. We paid a total of $26.47 for our orders. It was nice to try the new place, but I won't return. read more

I love Pincho Factory! Although I've written a review earlier about the franchise, the Pembroke Pines Pincho Factory needed its own review. The Coral Gables location is much better in terms of service and food. All the employees are extremely sweet in Gables location while at the Pines location...not as much. The quantities seem to be more generous at the Gables location and the presentation is better there as well. For those who haven't had a good experience at the Pines location or a very average one, don't give up on the franchise. The food is excellent - perhaps a different franchise should be a consideration. read more

It wasn't the best experience, but I do realize that this place is pretty new and it seems like they are still trying to get used to the larger crowds, so I decided to still give it 3 stars. Our food took 45-50 minutes to come to our table, as there was a mix up with the tickets in the kitchen. They were pretty apologetic, but it was still frustrating waiting for so long on the first visit - kind of turned us off. The food was good, nothing to brag about. We would go back to try other things though. The sweet potato tots were good, the regular burger is average, the Cajun fries were really tasteful and seasoned, and the fritanga burger was different and good if you like thick fried cheese. This was my second time ordering from Pincho Factory. First time ordered to go and placed order through the phone. Easy pickup i ordered the Fritanga burger and sweet potatoe tots it was good but figured my sqooshed burger wouldve been better if eating in. The 2nd time returned with my family the food was okay nothing special but it was a mission to place the order because the line was to the door. Half an hour later I ordered the fritanga chicken sandwich, my family ordered the egg burger with fried cheese and the steak fresco ricebowl. We made a 20 -30 minute line to order because we had already driven out. I asked the cashier once i ordered where the second cashier was (they had an empty second register and an employee marrying ketchup bottles when there were 10 bottles filled already) because the line was to the door and she said they didn't usually do two cashiers because it confuses the kitchen. I found that answer to be silly why would the company invest on a 2nd register and not use it for situations like this. The kitchen staff needs to get trained on how to handle multiple orders if that is the case. It made the whole experience annoying my sister in the line said I'm never coming here again. I tried; Pincho Factory. Anyways finally we got our order to the table the person walking around didn't seem happy to be there. I asked for the sauce she brought one i couldn't find the other and she had pointed to an area where the sauces were just in case if I wanted another sauce. The area only had ketchup and mayo. I ate my tots with the apple butter it was good. I don't think I'd recommend this place next time because it was embarrasing this last time. I might consider trying it a third time for lunch but never for dinner. I was really hoping for a good experience but i was greatly disappointed not even my sandwich was juicy. We went to the Pembroke Pines location i think I'll pass on this location from now on. read more

I think this place is Columbian, I could be wrong. They serve burgers , pinchos, chicken sandwiches, Salads, wraps and rice bowls. Same vibe as chipotle but tasting good in my opinion and definitely a wider variety. The good is great and prices are reasonable, I'll definitely return. read more

Very disappointed!!! THIS PLACE IS NOT KIDS FRIENDLY Be aware. They don't offer meals For kids so if you want your child to eat a full Meal it will cost over $11-12 for a fast food meal. This is just over priced fast food place !! We paid over $48 for 3 meals with drinks and the order didn't even have side dishes. everything is extra and small portions and greasy. I got a Toston burger since they are famous for it yes it's tasty but the $9 burger looks like one from McDonald's but with tostones. Very small & thin patty and meat was under cooked. Cashier was not good either. If you want a gourmet and good quality burger just go down few stores to B&B and you can get a real meal for $10-$12 with excellent service and better food. Forever one of my favorite burger places. It has its Latin flavors in all there options. I always get either the tostone burger or the fritanga burger. The best part of the burger is the fried cheese that's on it to die for ! They also have pinchos (variety of meat or chicken on a kabob). Their signature Pincho sauce goes practically on EVERYTHING ! I wish they never got rid of the bacon ranch fries though. It can get pricey depending on what you get, there's no combo meals. read more
