I was extremely disappointed with the prices but still had faith. I go get my soda at the self serve touch screen machine, well all i hot was bubble in my cup. It took four refills to actually fill the cup with soda and by that time my ice had already melted. Now im just completely upset. When my food is finally served and i only see 4 tiny uncooked pieces of steaks with about 3 cups of mushy rice balls and a scoop of beans i was livid. The menu is uniquely delicious. Although they're named Pincho Factory, you can expect to have great burgers, hot dogs, and wraps. They offer healthy options but for your first time visiting, I recommend going all-out and trying their burgers! This visit, I specifically came for their August Chalkboard Special, the "Cartel Burger." I'm praying it becomes a permanent menu option because I literally licked my plate clean. Imagine a juicy burger patty topped with papitas (super thin, crispy, homemade fries) cheddar cheese, bacon, homemade mango sauce (infused with some herbs) and pink sauce; now add a fried egg. This causes long lines out the door often. I've been here 3 times since opening. Each time, I've spent damn near 20 mins on line. Each time, there's only one cashier up front. Management is missing out on business because they're being too cheap to put another body up front. If anything ruins this place it will be the managers complete disrespect of people's time. I requested for my food as take out and it was served as dine in. They had to take it back and repackage it to go. So more time waiting. As I had such a long time waiting for my food, I began to look around the restaurant. The floors were dirty, papers, etc. The guys in the kitchen looked lost that it was mind boggling. No organization, bad communication, bad customer service. It was just bizarre. The only reason why I am giving them 2 stars is because the burger was delicious, aside from that it would have gotten 1 star. So this is my first time going to pincho factory after hearing great things... Right when you walk in you feel at home with some nice decor. Laid back, cool atmosphere. There's beer on tap and a section that has over 10 different hot sauces. I ordered the perfecto burger, which consists of cilantro sauce grilled onions cheese on a brioche bun. Very yummy. I ordered a side of the sweet potato tots which come with apple butter. I was a little taken a back when they charged me extra for the apple butter when I never requested it and was told it came with the tator tots. You can skip the sweet potato tots they're nothing out of this world and the sauce had more flavor. Next time I will try the fries or tostones. The food that I had was good, but worst customer service ever! We went to the Pines location and waited about 15 minutes to order. Then not sure how much later my husband's food came out. I alerted the runner we were still waiting on my burger. He says ok. A few more orders are delivered to other customers I tell the other food runner, she says she will look into it and disappears. A few more orders come out, I ask how much longer and they say soon. By this time my husband and daughter have finished their lunch. I ask if I can get it to go. A few more orders come out. Finally I ask for a refund an hour after the order time on the receipt. They need my husband's card but he has taken my daughter outside because after all this waiting she is ready to go home, so they void the transaction. Then they ask me to pay for my husband's food since they had credited his card for the whole meal. I'm sorry, but that is unacceptable, we go out to a restaurant to have a nice dinner together, if they can't bring the entire table's meal in a timely fashion (and I think an hour is enough time for that) I shouldn't have to pay. The 3 stars are for the amazing food these guys have. I absolutely love eating here. The down fall is the service and inconsistent quality. Often times you see at the register a person that just isn't listening or has no energy to take your order. The place never has cold bottled water and the soda machine water tastes like the filter change is way past due! The floors feel and look like they haven't been cleaned right since the day they opened. The tables are sticky and dirty and nobody is going around cleaning. The AC needs attention as well. When you come here and the place is busy, the establishment is warm and uncomfortable to eat in. Today, I ordered my usual and the dressing tasted like plain oil. This was our 3rd visit to this location. Food was very good and we we're served quickly. The other two times we had been there was shortly after it had first opened. The craze seems to have died done a bit. The food is just as good as the first time but since it was less crowded we enjoyed the experience more. The service here is fast but you don't feel like it's a fast food joint. Guy at the front counter was patient and ready to answer my questions as a first timer. Unfortunately I wasn't in an experimenting mood so I kept it basic and got a double cheese burger but got a fried egg on top. I've always wanted to try an egg on a burger and it was perfect. All the burgers are cooked medium well which was fine for me. I enjoyed the yolk as it spilled over my double cheese burger. The beef quality makes up for the size in the burgers. If you're hungry and greedy like me you may want to get two double cheese burgers skip the fries! The fries are basic shoe string fries and though I enjoyed the texture (not crispy) I didn't really care for the bacon and cheese plus ranch - the bacon texture was cool but For some reason I didn't like the taste of the bacon. My cousin from Costa Rica has seen us as post about Pincho Factory for the better part of two years now. After two years of hype, I was half expecting him to be disappointed. It was the opposite: he was thrilled! He finished his Toston Burger and went back in line for another! I had the chicken version, but I subbed out BBQ instead of the cilantro (personal preference, as I love their BBQ sauce). We split fries and the sweet potato tots (which are cooked spot on and not overly greasy). Also, for dessert, their fried banana cheesecake is amazing (might be temporary to the menu, but if it's there, get it!). I will state that the menu and prices have changed since we last ate at the Pincho Factory in Miami, but we were still excited to try the new menu. I ordered the chicken pincho with cilantro for $5.49. It was as plain as a pincho could get, chicken pierced by a wooden stick, the seasoning was on the side. My husband ordered the steak pincho Latin rice bowl, it was quiet tasty. It was a bed of rice with a mix very similar to pico de gallo, with diced cucumber. The steak was good, but very small portion. It was drizzled on top by a special dressing. We also ordered a side of tostones, which to our delight were extremely well seasoned with a crispy exterior. At the end of the day it was nothing out of this world and for the price in comparison to the amount of food that was served, we probably won't be coming back. I really like Pincho Factory, they have a good variety of food. I mostly like the Cajun fries and hot dogs, so my last two visits (at this location and the one in Hialeah) I tried something different. I had a chicken frita and fries, the fries never disappoint. As for the chicken frita, I was slightly underwhelmed with the thin piece of chicken. It tasted good, just dry and smaller than I expected. Overall, the food is pretty great but at both locations I had to wait really long in my opinion. At the Hialeah location I had a chicken pita wrap chipotle style and I actually had to scarf it down because I had missed lunch. So I didn't really have a chance to enjoy it, but I know I probably will not order it again. Pincho Factory has good food, just expect to wait a while more than usual. read more
