The steak Pincho had great flavor, it was very well seasoned. Perfect medium well burger. I will be back. The have a soda fountain but it was watered down. The Pincho Factory is new to the Pembroke Pines plaza. It replaced an Italian restaurant that unfortunately didn't do so well. I ordered two toston burgers and an order or sweet potatoe tots. Yum yum yum! I love the creativity of replacing the two burger buns with two large, and well seasoned, tostones. The pattie wasn't very thick but it was juicy and tasty. The burger came with cheese, lettuce , tomatoes, and a tasty cilantro sauce. The sweet potatoe tots were also a treat. Whenever I can, I always prefer sweet potatoe fries (or tots) over regular fries. They also pour a delicious apple butter that makes the treat even more delicious. No need for ketchup or any other dip. Although I didn't order any, they also have beers and specialty sodas. The ambiance is nice and they seem to have a small bar area. I was disappointed with my recent visit. Pincho Factory used to be one of my favorite spots to visit in Miami but it definitely missed the mark this most recent visit. I am not sure if it's this location specifically or if management changed with the name change but the quality control is not the same I've become accustomed to in the past. I ordered what I always order which is a Pincho burger with tostones for buns. The tostones did not taste fresh in my opinion. I requested a beer menu because I was a fan of the craft beer selection at Pincho but I was told there wasnt one available. Lastly, it felt overpriced, and the receipt did not breakdown the bill. The food was still tasty but did not meet the standards Pincho has previously set. Overall, I will probably return to Pincho but not this location. read more

This pincho was pretty good. I got the chicken tex mex bowl and shared some Cajun fries with my boyfriend. My sister got the vaca frita sandwich but half didn't contain guacamole. Also, my only complaint is that there was not much protein in my Tex mex bowl. There was a lot of rice. read more

So I had the Toston burger (a little bit altered lol) but ugh, it was amazingly yummy. I added the fries cheese to it as well, love fried cheese! The meat was cooked to perfection. Service was quick, the Pincho sauce was super good. I also ordered the Cajun fries. They were a bit too salty and kinda spicy (I mean I should have known, hence Cajun) but good nonetheless. Came by here for lunch with my daughter while walking in the shopping center and had a pretty nice experience! The ambience was a good one and the surroundings were really clean. Ordering was real easy as well, especially with so many delicious offerings. Destiny was very welcoming and made sure all was handled in a timely fashion. Walked into pincho factor for lunch and got the pincho burger. Others at the table got a chicken salad and a platano burger. All of the flavors were great and the pincho sauce is on point. I usually get the double pincho burger for a few extra dollars. If you're looking to clog some arteries and you're hungry, it's a great choice. We also got the sweet potato tater tots and they were excellent. The price was a bit high (4.99) but they were worth it. They also have a happy hour on beers from 4pm-8pm. 50% off beer at happy hour so it's definitely worth going at that time read more

I enjoyed the bacon and bleu burger, it came with a spicy buffalo sauce that added just the right amount of flavor. The bun was perfect and the burger was delicious and juicy. The Toston Burger did not disappoint. The tostones bun was crispy and delicious. The meat itself was cooked well but it could have used a tad more salt. I enjoyed the cilantro sauce. I think it is a great idea and I love the plantain as an alternative to bread. The "cafeteria" environment was not what I expected however they were quick with the orders and I have no complaint with the service. I took my order to go so I didn't have a lot of time to take in the ambience or the staff but I can say that the place was extremely clean and shiny. Lol. Ordered ahead, go there 7 minutes late and STILL had to wait another 5 minutes for my food to be ready. 2 male cooks were incorrectly wearing their masks (one guy was protecting his chin, the other had his nose completely out). I used to live here but am visiting now from out of town. Pincho is always one of my first lunch stops! Went in and ordered my usual: the Cartel Dog which has a mango sauce, pink sauce and potato sticks... the Perfecto burger which has carmelized onions, cilantro sauce and potato sticks and I always add the queso frita. Unfortunately when I went they were out of potato sticks, which is a bummer because both of the items I get need that crunch and it was missed. But other than that it's really a great lunch spot and I will be back next time I'm in town! read more

Do not eat here if you expect to eat in a clean environment. I went in there last night and can't believe that in an era of Covid-19 this place has such disregard for public safety. I feel as though some of the not so stellar reviews are because people are expecting something this place is not. It's basically a burger joint, and it's a pretty good one. I certainly wouldn't call it five star dining, but if you want something kinda mischievous yet not total garbage (like Chipotle) this spot is good and your food will be ready fast. We got Cajun Fries (good), Sweet Potato Tots (probably won't order again) and Tostones (yum) to share. I ordered a Pincho Salad, with shrimp, Fresco. It was pretty good for what I would consider fast-food. He got the Egg'In Burger and liked it (I tried a bite and agreed it was decent). I really liked the pink sauce that came with the fries, I put it on the Tostones too... next time I order I'll have to ask for extra. What I like most is that the meat they use is humanly raised and antibiotic free and it seems the ingredients are all fresh. This place is always a disappointment...the food is below mediocre, the menu is lacking and over priced for what you get. This location is in a shopping center with lots of other restaurants, almost all with kids menus but not this restaurant... Not only do they not have a kids menu but their rice is $3 plus $1 for beans and they don't even have a SPOON in the whole restaurant. So I will spend $4 on a tiny side of rice and beans for my child plus a $4 hotdog or grilled cheese all to not be able to feed it to my child with a spoon. Also, every timeI am here the order has an issue, today they forgot the rice and beans and also the side of sauce that come with the burger. Classifying burgers in 4 tiers, I would classify this one as a tier 3. This burger was juicy and delicious with a toasted bun that made it even better. I know the place is called Pincho Factory, but trust me, the burgers are well worth it. I had mine with bacon, cheddar cheese and mayo-ketchup with a side of sweet potato tots which came with Apple butter sauce. They weren't bad but I wasn't crazy about them. I've had better. You order at the register, they give you a number and then you sit where you like to wait for the food to be brought to you. The wait for the food wasn't too long. I went around 6 or 7 pm on a Wednesday. Can't say how it is in the weekends. They also have some local draft beers that are worth checking out, especially if you like the golden and pale ales. Every time I try to place a special order at this location there is always an issue. Don't ever try to order anything that is not directly on the menu. This is definitely not like Burger King. You can't get it your way. It's like order from a Jamaican restaurant, take what you get and that's it. Trust me I know, I'm Jamaican. The downtown location always get my order correctly. My sister-in-law, boyfriend and I had separate order but ordered at the same time (2:16) order numbers #79 #80. My boyfriend and I got our food and we're waiting for my sister-in-laws. Needless to say at 2:40 we finally ask when her order would be ready and it wasn't even on the line. The girl at the counter was too busy laughing at her for asking if they had fried salami that the order never went through(we are assuming). The manager was nice and refunded her the money and had the burger on the fly. The owner needs to hire some employees who have better customer service and better attitudes.
