However i went there recently and i always order the same thing and i really enjoy their cilantro sauce so i always ask for extra instead of the pincho sauce that comes with the fries and i asked the girl working if i could exchange that for more cilantro sauce. What i presume to be the manager then calls To me from across the store to inform me that "the pincho sauce comes with the cajun fries" and i politely told him i had asked for extra cilantro because i don't like the pincho sauce and he turned around and rolled his eyes at me. not sure why .. maybe offended i didn't like the sauce or maybe he had a really bad day. A Sunday adventure around Sunrise brought us to Pincho close to 595 and IKEA. I'm certain I have eaten at one of the other locations, and honestly it's as good as I remember it. We went on a Sunday late in the afternoon and it was quiet for the most part. Service was good and our cashier was kind and attentive. I opted for the tostone burger and Cajun fries, which were both excellent. Food came out fairly quickly and was hot, which was great. My burger was well done and the fries were extra crispy and delicious. The fries come with Pincho's own sauce, which is perfect to balance out the Cajun spice kick without dulling the flavor. If you're in the area stop in and grab a tostone burger, which as you guessed includes two tostones with a burger patty. This is for sure a unique take on tostones and burgers, that just pairs really well together. The cool thing is you can sub out the meat patties for a veggie patty so the menu is accesible. The only downside on the day we went was that there was no sweet plantains or pico de Gallo, but regardless good and service were good. read more

First impression was the decor and ambiance where nice, after coming in and looking at the menu we really did not know what ti expect si I had to open yelp and check out other reviews with picture to understand. I ordered the california salad and really enjoyed the textured from the almonds and the sweet and salty from the gorgonzola cheese with mandarin and cranberry. My husband orders the latin chicken salad and the extra side of pincho, the flavors where nice and I enjoyed that it was not to salty or to bland. Overall it was a nice experience and we will be back. I just wished they had vegetarian options, like vegie burger, grill veggies or falafels to add to the salads, bowl, or wrap. And the other thing they really need is PICTURES, we notice a few people that came had to look for pictures on yelp too. Pincho Burger, Tostones and Fries.. it was good. The ingredients were fresh, not out of this world but it's worth a try. A little overpriced; the burger should bring a side, it didn't. So the 7-9 burgers turns into 10-12 burgers with fries or side. Id probably go back and try the salad which seemed really good on the table beside us. I would've given it a 4 star but the main reason why I didnt was for the service. The bathrooms were not all that clean and their was a leak (a one off thing) but every sign was up to warn people and the food was still good. And you can never really go wrong with the Pincho Burger, the meat is always perfectly cooked to a medium well, moist on the inside, with a nice char on the outside. After placing an online order I went by the store to pick up our food. I saw they were advertising a Birria Burger. I asked if they could add it to the order, which they did, and am I glad they did! Food is good, some days better than others but for the most part it's pretty good. My problem is lack of urgency to help out when there is a line to order, why would the person taking orders also be the ones running food, again there's a line waiting and 5-6 people near the food prep area, doing nothing! One employee wearing slides, not safe or professional and he needs to stop touching his hair and put on at least a hat. And now my real issue, tonight it was very busy and there was a homeless man taking up a table for four, yes if you can feed him, but he should not take up tables for your paying customers. I'm sorry but it's not like I'm eating an .89 cent cheeseburger. Pincho is not cheap and we should not be inconvenienced. Finally and what makes me most angry is DOGS allowed in the restaurant, on the benches and within close contact with others food (bench seating), No it was not a service dog! I would give it 4, but my last 2 visits were extremely uncomfortable. This spot has consistently fresh and well-prepared food. I have had the burgers, the bowls and even at one time a hot dog with pineapple, bacon, and potato sticks that was strangely amazing. Unfortunately, the visit before last it was uncomfortably warm. I noticed when I was online to make my order but thought it just may be carryover from just coming inside. We sat down and when the food arrived, we were still warm. The server informed us that one of the AC units was not working and they were waiting on repairs. This last visit, over 4 weeks later, it was just as warm. I was told the same 'AC waiting on repairs' story by a different person. I am not a fan of being warm while eating so I'll call first before returning to check on the long-awaited AC repairs. read more

Nice atmosphere. I got the single steak pincho, classic fries and a Funky Buddha Floridian which is on draft. The steak was cooked nicely and had great flavor. You get the choice of a chimichurri or cilantro sauce - I opted for the cilantro and used it for my steak and fries. Note: sides must be purchased separately which drives up the price. Pincho has a great vibe to it, very modern with a rustic twist. They have a great selection to choose from and there is definitely something for everyone! I got the Toston Chicken with a side of Cajun Fries. Both were very good, chicken was nicely seasoned and tasted fresh. Added the fried cheese to it which I feel like really elevated the meal. This is (in my opinion) the best thing on the menu, if you go here I feel like the fried cheese is a no brainer! Cajun fries were very good and seemed very popular, as almost everyone in the restaurant had them! Tostones were perfectly seasoned and had a great texture to them. My sister got the Toston Burger with a side of the fried cheese and really enjoyed it. She said it was cooked perfectly and that it tasted incredible. She absolutely LOVED the cheese!! Customer service was great, the woman taking our order was very personable and happy to answer any questions we had. Pincho is located in a relatively busy plaza, no worries though because you can always park in the IKEA parking garage and walk over. Only critic that I have would be that the table we were sitting at outside hadn't been wiped down properly. Good place to go for fast casual sandwiches and salads. They have some healthy options like the chicken and shrimp on a pita bread or in a salad. You order and pay at the counter, they give you a number to display on your table so that when your food is cooked, it is delivered to you. The beverages are self service. The beer is craft and on tap. The colors are bright inside and there is inside and outside seating. Once our food was delivered, we thought the portion sizes were good and it tasted fresh with good flavors. The chicken is cooked on a skewer and then built into whatever type of fixings you choose in a salad or pita. They also serve their famous Pincho sandwich served between two smashed fried plantains. I did not order it or see anyone else being served one. Everyone seemed to be eating the pita sandwiches. After eating, they clean your area for you as there are no garbage cans to clear your own trash. When it is crowded, the tables don't get cleared fast enough and there is nowhere to sit. Love the food here. Great taste always fresh salad. What I don't care for is the waiting sometimes in the evening. They always greet you and bid you farewell which is great but sometimes they're busy in the back packing to go orders and no one is up front. You tell them you want to order but they respond ok "give me a minute" as they go back to packing orders. 5-10 minutes go by and you're still waiting to order. They could have quickly punched in your order and then go back to packing. Now you're waiting double time - to order and to get your food. The other thing is that if you arrive at 9:30 they tell you they only have a few items they can make even though they close at 10. I've worked in kitchens before - it's because they've shut the fryers off in order to get a head start on they're closing duties. So you can't get anything fried after 9:30. They're busy picking up mats, stacking chairs , etc It's all good just honor your full menu read more

I'm very disappointed by Pincho. I wrote it off and chalked it up to bad luck the first time but this is the second time their customer service has been subpar. The first time, I placed an order for pickup and got a confirmation text. When I arrived, I was told my order wasn't ready so I went to a nearby shop to grab donuts (is there really a better way to spend your wait time? methinks not). When I returned and my order still wasn't ready, I asked them to check on the status of my order. The cashier asked for my name for the first time after I'd been waiting 10-15 minutes only to tell me they don't have an order for me. Someone who I assume is their manager came out from the kitchen and I showed her my confirmation text as well as the pending charge on my online banking. She took my order and gave it to the kitchen but proceeded to have me place my order an additional 2 times - 3 $36 charges incurred and I showed her that it was posting each time. She didn't care, she just said they'd remove the extra charges and did absolutely nothing besides give me the food I ordered - and paid for 3x - about an hour after I originally placed my order. I left a thorough survey on Pincho's survey platform and requested a member of their team contact me to discuss my experience but nobody did. Now fast forward to today and we are trying to support local businesses in light of COVID. I try placing an order online but I can't order the special of the day and keep getting an error message. I call the store and am told that's because they don't have pepsi and the special of the day comes with a drink but she says I can order online. Ok, so I proceed to order online and then tell her it's for delivery. She says "no delivery on the phone, only online." So I hang up and hop back online only to see that their delivery fee is $8, that's as much as a burger, isn't that a bit much or am I overreacting? We used to be regular customers from the Coral Gables location but we moved to Palm Beach Gardens and this location in Broward is the closest to us now. Obviously we were so excited to visit Pincho and I was dreaming about eating a Cartel Dog and my husband had been talking about the Toston burger for some time now. Well we are sad to say that we are no longer visiting this location again. They served my Cartel Dog in a burger bun because they ran out of hot dog buns. If I would've known this at the time I placed the order I would've ordered something else. They were also out of Pepsi and the tables were dirty. Then my husband is finally enjoying his Toston Burger when he notices that they forgot to remove the wax paper that comes with the burger patty. He had already probably eaten a third of it.
