Tonight, 1-13-25 I was at this location. Ordered a perfecto burger and vaca bowl. The young man named Jeremiah was amazing! He's so very helpful, kind, has a Fantastic personality and over the top willingness to make sure the order is cooked just the way I ordered it! I like my hamburgers well done with absolutely no pink and many times when I stop at this location, I can ask for well done and by the time I get home with my order I'm disappointed only to find out that there is still pink inside... I overheard him stress the grill that there was absolutely no pink and he's stressed that a few times and sure enough my order was perfect! On top of that, I inadvertently left my wallet behind where I was sitting, and as I was getting in my car to drive away, he came running out with it in his hand, flagging me down, letting me know he had my wallet! Now that's Amazing attention to details because he knew where I was sitting, and apparently looked right away and noticed I had gotten up! so young man, Jeremy is an all-around top-notch employee who is honest and cares about the customers that come into the store! It's an in-store counter walk up (or call for pickup) place with an overhead menu and a tv monitor displaying various offerings. Burgers, kababs, chicken with flavors of the Caribbean, Mexico and America are featured. We chose a meal combo: burger with gouda and cooked onions, fries and a soda. I'm just a few minutes, our server arrived with our meal, which was delicious. Thinly sliced fries...nice and hot, full of flavor. The burger was even better. This rating should be a 3.5* This Pincho location in Sunrise is a little different than the one I'm used to going to in Pembroke Pines. The decor and vibe are a little different and this location is smaller, but I think these things work in their favor. I didn't even know they were located next to IKEA, but a coworker got an e-mail that they were celebrating their 1 year anniversary by offering their Pincho burger ordered online for pick up for $1! I am happy to say that this was a full size burger and that it was absolutely delicious. Since there were technical difficulties the first time, they extended this for another day and I took my WHOLE family back. For being such a small establishment, they were definitely swamped but they handled it well. Since this promotion I've been back 3 times, and the only issue I have is their customer service. First want to say I Love the food it's always good. However today I walk in there to order 2 vaca frita bowls at the sunrise location. The guy up front at the register greeted me and my wife but had no emotion which was no big deal because maybe he was just tired. I ordered to go and when he called my name I checked the bag to see if they had placed the sauce on the side since they didn't put it in the bowls. Since there was none in there I kindly asked if I could please have 2 of the cilantro sauces and he roll his eyes and asked the employee in the back who then also rolled his eyes and huffed while looking at us as if it was an inconvenience to them both. The guy in the back then reached over to get the sauce which mind you was already in a container so he didn't have to do much and handed it to the guy up front. The guy up front seemed annoyed as he walked slowly towards me to hand it over. I asked for 2 and only got 1 I wasn't going to inconvenience them again so I just grabbed it and left. Once I found Pincho Factory, I was hooked! In the crowded restaurant landscape, this location has my attention for multiple reasons: (1) Location - it is convenient to work and easy for my daughter to get to; (2) Menu - there are multiple protein choices and many preparations methods and (3) Price - this is a reasonable option. I have been in multiple times within the first couple weeks post discovery and have noticed at peak times (weekday lunch hour), the line can get long and there are limited tables but at other times this is not a concern. The food is prepared to order and delivered to your table within just a few minutes. It has been consistently fresh, hot and delicious. I especially the chicken. I have no idea what the "orange" seasoning blend is made of but it sure is good! And don't miss the sweet potato tots with apple butter... really good. Ordered the cajun fries and a rice bowl with chicken fresco style. The service here is really nice; my cashier (sunrise was her name i believe) was very accommodating and brought my food out to me despite it being rather busy. Altogether, the food was nothing very special Cajun fries: 4.5 stars These were my favorite of the two things I got. They were really well seasoned and came with something they call pink sauce (a strange naming choice if you ask me) that tastes sort of like a diluted canes sauce. A bit on the pricier side for fries ($3.99 for a McD's medium) but nothing enraging. Pincho Rice Bowl: 2.5 stars Their "make it yourself" pincho bowls are kind of like what you would find at chipotle, except there is significantly less customization options and they don't have all the ingredients out on a bar for you to see and choose. The rice was just plain unseasoned white rice (I dont know if you can choose to switch it to brown) - nothing wrong with that. The chicken was grilled and seasoned, albeit incredibly dry, salty, and generally unpleasant to consume. The cilantro sauce that came with the fresco style pincho was amazing when paired with the cajun fries, but in the bowl it just kind of coated everything and made it all taste the same - aka incredibly salty. Also these are just things I noticed, but there is literally no trashcan in the customer area inside the store. I looked everywhere for a place to throw out my straw wrapper and ended up having to step inside the food prep area to toss it into the trash. Second, the menu has the bare minimum for product description. It's probably a lot more intuitive for florida locals, but for a first (and probably last) timer like me, terms like an "egg-in burger" and "fritanga burger" were incredibly confusing. read more
