Pincho Factory near Sawgrass is a great spot to grab a quick, flavorful meal with friends. I ordered the El Jefe Bowl with steak and added extra chicken, and the entire dish was packed with bold, satisfying flavor. Every bite had a great balance of ingredients, and the quality of the meat really stood out. The combination of steak and chicken made it even more filling, perfect for anyone with a big appetite. My only critique is that for an extra $5, I expected a bit more chicken than what was served. It didn't take away from the taste, but slightly larger portions would make it even better. Aside from that, everything else was on point and the service was super fast. Their burgers are also to die for and definitely worth trying if you visit. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The atmosphere is casual and perfect for hanging out with friends while enjoying a solid meal.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Overall, I really enjoyed my experience and would definitely come back again.

Upon entering we were greeted by the staff. The employee on the register was Maya which she was very attentive. FYI they have a sign that offers 25% off on first responder discount . I don't know if I was starving or what but OH MAN. I got the pincho burger and it was just so flavorful and delicious. Along with their Cajun fries. The service was great. Ordered Pincho to go and it did not disappoint. I got the burger with the sweet potato tater tots and everything was fresh, hot, and packaged well. The burger was flavorful and cooked just right -- juicy, not dry, and actually tasted like a real burger. The sweet potato tots were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, which is exactly how they should be. Even as a to-go order, it held up really well. No soggy mess, no sloppiness. Simple, good food done right. I'll definitely be back.

I've been to Miami several times but never got around to checking out Pinchos. I was on my way to a Panthers game and decided to stop in before the game. We arrived right when they opened up and didn't seem quite ready yet. But the staff was nice and got us taken care of. My wife and I both ordered their Pipos Choice Burger. It game with smoked Gouda, sweet Maduro bits under the patty and then topped with applewood smoked bacon, grilled onions potato sticks, and their guava ketchup. The burger itself was tasty. I would have preferred more guava ketchup, as it seemed to only be in the center of the burger. An even amount of through the bun would have been nice but it did taste good. The maduro bites also gave this burger the sweetness that it need to completed the bacon and cheese. Overall a well done burger that I will be looking forward to duplicating at home.

There are certain things that just go together. Like popcorn and soda at a movie. Like cookies and milk on Christmas. In this case, tostones and literally anything. For those not inclined, a tostones is a mashed plantain portion that is then fried to perfection, Well Pincho burger decided to make a burger with tostones as buns and give the option of fried cheese. [[HIGHLIGHT]]That's right, excellent customer service, great music indoors with multiple menus and then adding fried cheese.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] An indicator of good food is the to-go line. A lot of folks like this so much they straight up order delivery. I'm an indoor type of patron so I enjoyed the meal then and there. There was a convenient order feature on the app but one enjoys what one enjoys. I love this place and always enjoy the orders. I'd suggest ordering it ahead of time so that it's ready when you arrive but make sure you enjoy it hit and fresh.

UPDATED REVIEW: Came back to try the Double Pincho Smash Burger for $10.00. Ok, so I gave this one place another go. I didn't get the bowl like last time, this time I tried their burger. I did pickup and used their app. Both were fast and easy.I got the pincho burger with fried cheese. I somehow expected the patty to not be big enough or the burger to not be great but turns out, I was wrong. The pincho burger had excellent bun-to-patty-to-topping ratio. The bun was above average, the patty was the right size, good flavor. The toppings also are good, but maybe it needed something crunchy? Well it didn't really matter because adding the fried cheese was the game changer that bumped this burger up on my list. It's fried cheesy goodness! For under $10 this burger should be on everyone's lunch rotation.

Came here after visiting IKEA which was right around the corner. And the food at Pincho's is always on point. Now it's been a minute since I had there veggie burgers but it was just as good as I remembered. The black bean Pattie was very tasty and didn't have you feeling heavy after eating it.

I came here the day after an International trip. I certainly did not feel like cooking. This food hit the spot. I ordered a Smashburger which is the monthly burger special. It was two burger patties with melted cheese and potato strings on top. The burger could have been hotter. The fries were nice and hot and had great flavor. The restaurant was clean and inviting. Staff were very cordial. My friend ordered the regular Pincho burger which she enjoyed. I saw they run daily specials during the week. They all go for $10 and most seem like a very good deal for the customer.

I love the food at PINCHO--ever since I was first introduced to it by Blue at their opening in Pembroke Pines several years ago. We have a restaurant close by in Sunrise and that's where I either dine in or order to-go from. My preference is to dine in but on occasion, I get a craving midday and order on the PINCHO app. Given a couple of my previous experiences with the to-go orders, I decided to go a step further and call the store with my request, which is not to place the sauce containers inside my bowl with the food, but to leave the containers in the bag with the flatware and napkins. I get to the store. It was raining around 3 PM and the restaurant was slow with only one customer. I stepped up to the pickup counter and told the young lady my name. My food was sitting on the shelf in the bag and ready. I thanked her, proceeded to look inside the bag and...NO, NOT AGAIN! There they were--not one but two containers of cilantro sauce inside of my bowl and resting on my sweet plantain bits and vaca frita. Then, I notice the sticker that reads: Tamper Safe which I haven't seen before and led me to believe they were aware of my request and this was the alternative they offered me. The MOD came over and was snarky, but I've gone there enough times to see him interact with his employees and it's just his personality--not a problem. He then tells me that "this is the way corporate wants it done." He also offered to make me a new bowl which was generous. However, at that time, I was already due back at work and declined. I don't think I'm asking for anything beyond health safety. This should be the simple packing & bagging process: (1) Put the lid on the bowl, (2) Place the bowl inside the bag, (3) Add the sauce container(s), flatware and napkins to the bag; done!

I have ordered online for pickup but even with the specific time to pick up they have been behind as much at 30 mins... This insane. Do better Pincho. Love their burgers! First time I tried the Perfecto burger, and it really was perfecto! It was surprisingly really sweet and not greasy even though it had potato sticks in it. My boyfriend got the Fritanga burger and he loved it! He loves nica food (the fried cheese and close slaw especially), so I knew he'd love it in a burger. I have tried their other burgers before, and they never disappoint. I love their Cajun fries too, but I always forget to ask for the sauce on the side because it is a little heavy. read more

You know you can always come to Pincho Factory for some great food! My boss never had Pincho before so we ordered a few burgers, she had the Toston Burger, we also had a regular burgers, veggie burger, a rice bowl, and pita wrap. All the food was great. The food is always fresh and amazing here. My boss was very impressed with the food. This was a new location so it was a little crazy. They mixed up our order a few times but they fixed it. read more

Ok so the place gets mighty crowded at lunch time - it's kinda small - the food is really yummy though - you order at the counter and they bring it out to you . I always get the Latin bowl with black beans and usually beef - really well made and very nicely presented - parking could be a bit of a hassle since there are so many offices in this part of town and people are always looking for a nice reasonable place for lunch - the restaurant is right in front of ikea . read more

At first I was very skeptical based on the previous reviews on this new location. The restaurant is very inviting and the workers are friendly and made ordering and deciding on a meal easy. The food was great, I ordered the Toston burger and classic fries. The food was very flavorful, and came out hot. Overall, it was a better experience than expected, will be back and recommend it. Please note, they do serve rice bowls and wraps as well. read more

Bad experience, the service was terrible. Excited to try Pincho. I used to see this years ago near Hialeah, finally got to try it last night. I was excited and hungry! Ambience: not so bad. It's alright. Front counter: no complaint Menu: not so bad. Ordered: the 4.5 burger and rice bowl with chicken. Taste: Salty! Portion: what a JOKE!!! My gourmet burger is way better than the 4.5! Wendy's ... Habit Burger... Cheesecake Factory or Grand Lux served better portion! For the price of $12! I paid for decor not the food! And with the portion no fries?!!! And worst cold! As for the chicken rice bowl, way too salty 6 cubes of chicken as the rice!!! Oh the rice refrigerated parboiled rice poured hot water into it!!! It's obviously NOT Fresh! Just one bite. Utensil: no spoon?!!! Okay staff was able to find plastic spoon but having all these issues above already I just want to let go and eat, hungry family. I asked for spoon so mother can eat. Staff said no spoon... what an insult no spoon and I asked how do you expect my mother to eat the with no spoon? What kind of a restaurant that has no spoon even a plastic one??? I was ready to walk out! Debated whether to call the manager have my money back, or pack to go! Doesn't look like there's a manager. For the sake of my mother and son I just held my disappointment and let them eat as again hungry. And the staff finally found spoons. It would be nice if she looked first instead of telling me there are no spoon at all that way I can remain patience and not be angry. If this was a mom and pop that just opened perhaps I would understand that trial and error type but Pincho is a corporate you have more than 5 establishments? You should have perfected the service and the quality Of foods. As for potions, I guess that's how you served it. But I will never come back nor try any of your restaurants. Ordered take out. The burger, comes with cheese, pickles, caramelized onions and their secret sauce. Actually the burger was very good and well seasoned. For $7.50 I can tell that it was quality cut beef and well worth it. Got to the office, opened the bag, no napkins, no one asked if I wanted a packet of ketchup, mustard, etc. Reason why I took away a star. Cashier said it would take 6 minutes and the burger came out in 6 minutes, but then again, I was the only customer in the restaurant and would not expect less. Will return. read more

I should have walked out the moment I came in and heard them blasting rap music super loud. Unfortunately I didn't, and I ordered a pincho bowl. Microwaved white rice and chicken for $10. I had the same meal for free in Broward County Jail but it came with an oreo cookie for desert. About the music, seriously turn it down and pls no more rap. read more

We came to order food at 9pm. They closed at 10pm according to Google and Yelp. The girls were so nasty and rude and told us they closed at 9:30 so we couldn't dine in and we needed to hurry. They told us we couldn't order anything except burger patties. They also said we couldn't order fries. All this for mediocre food at best. Stay away from this place. read more

Ordering through the app is incredibly frustrating. I don't understand why when I called they told me they couldn't take my order and had to go through an app for it. I'm not opposed to restaurants having apps but having to put in so much information just to try a place out was frustrating and then when I called and they said I couldn't call in an order that was icing on the cake. I will be happy to try this place again if they can streamline ordering. read more

I bought pincho factory today since is near my house now, and to be honest is not as good as the one in pembroke, I bought: -fritanga 7/10 It was reallly dry but love the cheese -bacon blue cheese 2/10 it was horrible dry -bacon cheese and ranch fires 5/10 it just had good flavor To be honest just go to the one in pembroke pines! Going to this place with an hour for lunch was a horrible choice. You would think normally an hour is enough , but not here. With only a few people in front on me it took 45 min for a freaking SALAD. When I asked when my salad would be ready ? To make things worse the salad was bland. So disappointed, will never go back. And made it late back to work. read more

I will personally never come back here. My Fritanga burger had 2 pieces of slaw, literally. The pincho burger had 3 tiny potato sticks in it. To top it off the burgers were burnt. Horrible service. They ran out of meat and had no napkins... also the ketchup bottles were practically empty. For the price you pay, it's not worth it. read more

Let me start off by saying that I really like the fact this place has healthier options on their menu. I tried the black bean burger on a lettuce wrap today and it was so amazing and very tasteful. On another occasion I had the famous tostone burger which was to die for! We also had sweet potatoe tots that comes with a special sauce that compliments it so well and the chicken rice bowl which was also very good (better than Chipotle) Overall everything we had was tasty. I love pincho! Especially the in pines. Staff is awesome. But I found myself sunrise and got excited when I saw a picho factory. Super disappointed. Customer service from what I found was the manager in charge was super disrespectful towards me and her staff. It was a girl with dreads. She didn't want to tell me her name. She eve told me if I didn't like the service I can leave. There was a police officer from sunrise that had to tell me that this experience was only because their main manager wasn't present. If she was you would have loved it. I dont know who will read this but the girl with dreads should not be the face of the restaurant. Ill continue going to pines location. read more

The burger was good, but definitely on the greasy side. The flavor combinations were interesting and creative, and I appreciated the mix of sweet and savory, but it didn't quite come together in a way that wowed me. Did I hate it? No. Would I order it again? Also no. Service was decent but nothing memorable. I wasn't offered condiments and had to ask for them myself, which felt a little inattentive. I recently visited Pincho and, unfortunately, my experience was underwhelming. Despite the creative approach to the Perfecto burger ingredients and presentation, the taste was extremely bland. No matter how Willy Wonka you get with the components, a burger should still taste good, and this one missed the mark. It was more of an "imperfecto" burger. The sweet potato tots were crispy, which was a plus, but they lacked the sweet flavor you'd expect from sweet potatoes. The ambiance of the restaurant is just okay, and while the staff were nice and helpful, the space felt a bit tight. Additionally, I'm not a fan of the forced tipping culture here. It doesn't make sense to me that customers have to subsidize the cost of employees, especially when the food is priced above average to begin with. Overall, my experience was disappointing and I hope the restaurant takes these points into consideration for improvement. read more

You can find anything for anyone in the family. There is a kids menu, burgers, salads, rice bowls all to satisfy anyone's cravings. It may seem a little more expensive but definitely worth the difference when you taste the quality. Everything just tastes fresher and cleaner.
