This place has a lot of potential and it's great for a burger. The place is nice and the service is fairly quick. My issue is that aside from their burgers, the rest of their menu is not consistent. The quality of the food is usually good but there have been a few times where it has been COMPLETELY off. The good: Fritanga burger - Queso frito (fried cheese), cabbage slaw and crema. I usually add a fried egg cooked medium. This is one of my favorite cheat meals. Love it and it always comes out good. 5/5 ($9.99 + $1 for fried egg) Feel good plate - chicken and steak skewer with a side of rice, beans and a mixed veggie salad. This is good and filling but I think it's overpriced. 4/5 ($15.99) The bad: Latin chicken rice bowl - The toppings were good (tomatoes, black beans, maduros). I added shrimp. Both proteins were RIDICULOUSLY salty. I was on a time crunch so I just powered through it. If it weren't for the unbearable saltiness, it would be a solid dish. I immediately felt lethargic and felt very off for the remainder of the day. I had to drink a ton of water. This is inexcusable. I actually spoke with a friend who I had recommended this place to prior to saltgate. She told me she tried them once when I initially recommended them and it enjoyed it. She went a few days ago and she shared the same overwhelming salty experience I had. No good. I feel like I could easily come here regularly if they were careful about how much they salt the food. This is supposed to be a healthier alternative to their competitors. Why would I come here when the pollo by sawgrass is so close, less expensive and is constantly putting out great food? I will be ordering their burger next time I'm in the mood for a cheat meal... but I'll be picking up regular lunch at more health conscious locations just to be safe. read more

My daughter and i both had different meals but the same chipotle or pink sauce on the side. We shared a side of fried cheese which i loved. The restaurant appeared clean and the beverage station had a variety of teas. The iced teas had descriptions on the front but only one actually read the word "cane sugar", yet they seemed to all have sugar from what i could tell and i was looking for unsweetened. I had to taste a few to be sure. I didnt actually bother to ask. Both of us got stomach upset after eating here within the same time frame so i feel like something was off. This location is my go-to. I swear it WAS the best. They cook everything to the right temperature and it's so savoring compared to other Pincho Factories. After today, I'ma have to cut my ties tho. I feel like management handled everything poorly if all they did was apologize. Because it doesn't fix anything. But I wasn't going to keep going back and forth. All I know is on THURSDAYS there's a perfecto burger deal for 10$ with fries and drink. She proclaimed that its only if you order online but when I showed her the online it said "IN STORE ONLY" She said it's only select locations. But I just went two weeks ago and got the deal. And before that two weeks ago I would go once or twice a month. We cut back on soda and their lemonade and raspberry tea is still out of order from two weeks ago. So even if we got the deal we lose out more than the two dollars. 11-11-22 Noon Came here as I was looking for something new close to my office. Went inside and it truly was overwhelming, good thing there was people in front of me. I decided on the Perfecto Burger. It comes with Provolone Cheese, Carmelized onions, potato sticks and cilantro sauce. $8.99 now for an up charge of $4.99 you get fries and a soda. Ok unfortunately no sweet potato fries. They bring to your table when ready. Note I did tip when I placed my order and was thanked which was nice. The burger was awesome as were the fries nice quality product. Filled me up so much that I skipped dinner. While I was there it filled up with high school kids from American Heritage. So thankfully I was done so I could give them my seat. I had seen this place pop on Facebook; and I saw they had kebabs; so we decided to give it a try. It is a cross between fast food & a full service restaurant. You look at the menu, order at the counter, get a number, and they call your number when it's ready. We went early on a Wednesday; like 6:15, and we were the only diners there; however by the time we left it was full! It's not really big, and no one was dining outside because it was very chilly, but it definitely got busy fast. They mainly have burgers, bowls, and kebabs, (either by themselves or as a plate.). I ordered a steak kebab as a plate which comes with 2 sides. For one side I got a small salad, which was actually a good sized salad, and the grilled veggies which were just delicious! It was mainly broccoli & carrots, but they were perfectly seasoned & very tender. The kebab & salad were good, but the veggies were my favorite part of the meal! My husband had the Chicken Tex-Mex bowl and he raved about it! It came with grilled chicken, black beans, corn, and pineapple. He especially loved the Chipotle aioli that was on the top. My daughter had a chicken kebab plate and she had a double side of the veggies & loved them too. We just had water and soft drinks; but I was happy to see that they had a few beers on tap, plus bottled Heineken. The service was really fast & they have a reward program that we signed up for; so we will definitely be back. Honestly this place was amazing. I got the perfecto burger (comes with provolone cheese, caramelized onions, potato sticks, and cilantro sauce). I customized it to add lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles and it really was the perfecto burger. Everything was reasonably priced, the service was great, and the environment was super fun and cozy at the same time. I would definitely come back. Food was great, tasty, and flavorful. I like the different taste from the meat, to the vegetables, the beans, this crispy bits of bacon in it which was crunchy, and this sauce that was on top of it. That bowl filled me up. It remind me of chipotle. Had taste my friend fried plantain and the guacamole, that was delicious. If I ever go again I will try different food from the menu . Got takeout the other day for lunch. Ordered the Chicken Kebab which was okay. The chicken was great, super juicy. I got it with a salad and veggies which were broccoli, and carrots. I was slightly disappointed because it was overly seasoned and the salad was bland (really just lettuce). My fiance got the steak kebab which was also juicy but his rice and beans but it was super salty. Was making a quick trip to Ikea and looking for food after. Pincho popped up in my Yelp and decided to check it out since I've been to the other location in Pembroke Pines. Ordered our food to go. Got two orders of the chicken kabob plates. One with veggies and salad and the other with black beans/white rice and tostones. For the sauces, I asked them to give me one of each and they happily did so. Brought the food home and warmed it up a bit. The chicken kabobs turned out to be pretty good. My only complaint was with my sides. The rice was very flavorful but extremely salty. I'll just blame that on a bad batch which is ok. The other thing was the tostones. I don't know how to say this but they looked fake lol. Not saying they were real and they sure tasted as if they were, but the look was off. They were also pretty greasy but hey what deep fried tostones isn't. I threw them in the air fryer a bit to crispy them up cause they were a bit flimsy. My go to is always the skewers plates (all options are great. The Chicken , shrimp, and/or a churassco is yummy. When ordering the steak option, the meat has always been soo juicy. And I always order my plate with the tostones and the salad. I will say that mango salad dressing is Money!!!! So good.
