However I'm surprised to see after all this time since I visited over a year ago, that they're still somewhat pricey. Pincho "We Are Not A Factory" - Good thing... Your production line is broken. This west Broward County location in Sunrise, is not what it used to be. My experience today was less than satisfactory. "It's all good" as their illumination sign reads, but my simple order was not so simple for some, but hey to them, "It's all good!" Today's customer service was lacking. The horseplay in and around the dining and kitchen areas in view of the customers should be a no, no...but "It's all good!" I guess I hold a higher expectation. I ordered the perfecto burger and everything about this burger was sweet and savory! I loved the cilantro sauce ! Always order more on the side to dip your fries! It's seriously so good. The perfecto burger is literally perfection. I can't express how juicy the burger is and how sweet and tasty it is. I order this medium rare! But medium is fine too. We have been to the Westchester restaurant 3 times and we were happy to discover this location near the BB&T. You order up front and you are given a number. In about 10 minutes you get hot food brought to you. Servers check on you during the meal to see if you need any extra sauce or anything. About 6 craft beers on tap and there are soda machines. The March special is a steak lomo saltado bowl that looks awesome. I saw lots of people getting chicken kebabs .I definitely will look into getting something other than a burger next time. read more

I've been ordering takeout quite a while and come to this location about once a week. I recently stopped eating meat so my restaurant selection process is slightly different (picking locations that work for me and those that are eating with me). Pincho has a delicious Veggie Burger!! The patty is made up of sweet potato and black beans - so good! It comes apart but the flavor is great! Now, to my favorite part, the fries!! Pincho factory in Sunrise on 136th has a new fan, me. I have never been to a Pincho factory before, but I can definitely see the appeal. I will start with the food. We ordered the toston burger, steak chimichurri rice bowl and a side of tostones. The food was delicious and the ingredients were fresh. The steak and burger meat was exceptional. And the tomatoes were perfection. On to beverages, they have a Pepsi machine which is self serve for only $2.75. They have bottles of soda and beer and they have MIA beer on tap. They carded us for the beer, so make sure not to leave your ID in the car. The service was decent. You order your food at the counter, they give you your drinks and a number to put at your table. And then they bring the food to your table. They got the food to our table in less than 10 minutes. All in all a great experience. I left full, satisfied, and HAPPY. read more

Pincho Factory is a fast food restaurant serving familiar foods with a Latin flare. They offer chicken sandwiches, burgers & as their name states, pinchos (skewers). A concept most are familiar with these days, you pick a base (wrap, rice bowl or salad), then your pincho (skewer protein) & your toppings, in this case your "style". The "styles" (they have six) are essentially their selection of toppings & they do not offer a "make your own" option. The burger they are most known for is their tostone burger where the bun is actually two pieces of tostones. They have the chicken sandwich version of this too. Since this was my first visit to any Pincho Factory I referred to the cashiers for recommendations/suggestions & although friendly were not helpful. I decided to play it safe and order a Pincho burger, classic fries with a beverage. They give you a number for your table. I got my beverage then tried to find a table. The place has maybe a dozen tables inside and handful outside. I found a table inside and waited. As I waited I noticed none of the tables had silverware, napkins, salt/pepper or ketchup. I went back by the soda machine, nothing there. Approximately 15 minutes later I see an order come out. It takes a lap around the restaurant, then outside, then back inside. Why? Because no one knew where the order went even though my number was on the table. When my order finally arrived I asked for napkins. A few minutes later I got some. Hooray!! On to what I ordered. I have to say I was underwhelmed by both the burger and fries. The burger was good but on the salty side & the fries were not seasoned & were really nothing special. An ok burger, nothing special fries & fountain drink for roughly $15...I think not. All things considered not sure if I'll be visiting again anytime soon. read more

They have dropped quality incredibly. I used to eat here every single week a Latin Pita which was awesome. I stopped because they started placing less chicken and also changed the flavor. Today I visited because my girlfriend had never tried it. They didn't have the Oita anymore. So We ordered: Veggie burger: dry taste, she loves veggie burgers and she was very disappointed Pincho (steak): just slices meat in a stick, it was good but not worth for the price as it comes by itself unless you order a side at an additional cost Chicken sandwich: you're better off going to chick fila, this sandwich I can make at home. Flavor ok but not worth it for the price. It also said it came with potato chips which was not the case. Cashier was very attentive and helpful Parking was easy but because it was at Night, usually the parking in that plaza is full. Just wanted to add I live in Chicago but tried here while visiting back in May & made it a destination during my visit again in July! Food & service were consistently good; staff friendly! Excellent service from Kathy! Said hello as soon as we walked in the restaurant. My biggest pet peeve is walking into any establishment (not big box size) and no one acknowledges my presence. I usually walk out. But not on Saturday at Pinchos. Ordered a tostone chicken sandwich. Unfortunately, the beef sandwich came out. But Kathy promptly apologized and told the kitchen to remake it. She said here take this one otherwise I'll just throw it out. What an amazing gesture of goodwill! I paid it forward by giving it to a homeless person down the street. I have been trying to go here for months. I went 2 weeks ago but Jody couldn't see anything that she would eat. I went back tonight with my daughter and grandson. I had the Pincho burger with cheese and it was amazing. I also ordered a side of thier Sweet potato tots that came ith a side of apple butter to dip them in. Of course I came for free food on the first day. The line was long around 11:30 , but it moved very quickly. The staff was nice and courteous. I had the Pincho Burger ( which I believe is one of their signatures). Also, it was the one they were giving away. The burger was hot , fresh and juicy. The Pincho sauce was decent. I didn't try anything else such as fries , tots or the tostones. The only negative I have is that the place is on the smaller side. I can see it being very cramped during a rush hour period such as lunch or dinner on the weekend. Expect to spend around $10-15, pp here. Pincho is great (or so I thought, keep reading). I don't eat meat but they have a solid selection for vegetarians. Their veggie burger is phenomenal but my go to lately has been the New Latin Bowl. However, and this is why they are getting 4 instead of 5 stars, I keep ordering the bowl with roasted veggies and instead I get the bowl with a veggie burger patty slapped on top. No one bothers to inform me that they are out of veggies (for several weeks now.) As I am writing this review, I checked on the Pincho app to see what I usually order and it turns out they have taken all the bowls off the menu - there goes another star and several options for vegetarians. Very disappointed and bummed out, I would have taken another star if it wasn't for their loyalty app where you collect points until you get $10 off your next order, which didn't take long to collect at all. read more

We found this place right next to ikea and it was a great decision! I got the chimichurri chicken rice bowl with tostones and my boyfriend got the great burger with an extra patty and bacon and perfecto fries. The perfecto fries are topped with caramelized onions and their homemade cilantro sauce. Yum! The tostones are supper crispy outside and soft inside! Delicious. The only reason why I didn't rate it 5 stars is because the guy who brought our food accidentally spilled a drink all over my friend.
