2/24/26-Wow small little place one small table outside in parking lot w/a rug under it, lots of stuff to look at. I ordered the chicken Caesar spinach wrap. G got it just as a salad both were very big . My wrap had the croutons in it, which was a nice touch. Plus he asked me if I wanted the wrap toasted/warmed up never had that that was a nice touch. The owner, not sure if his name was Pete, was a comical character for sure and provided some cool facts about his shop. The front of the eatery had a cool little patio area with blue seats and throw pillows which provided a very inviting atmosphere. The theme flowed into the shop infused by healthy food items on display. The organic Skinny Dipped peanut butter cups caught my eye and gobbled one up. Pineapple juice was oddly not offered in the cooler. Several fresh meals were offered including traditional breakfast, smoothies, salads, sandwiches, wraps and of course the lean organic burgers which I may devour with a smile on my next visit here. Based on Pete's long winded answer, it is still unknown what time the business is open until today, so had to grab a burger at Outback. I have to comment which is something I never do BUT I realized I would walk a long way just for Pete's macaroni salad!!! It is the best I have ever had including momma's! If you have not discovered Pete and his fabulous real food you should and soon. If you really want to compare real food to commercial, plastic food try the McDonald's too - amazing! Legal battles with next door McDonald's over signage took a toll on business. So do not follow the hours on Google or YELP. Stumbled upon Pete's when visiting the British Depot next door. Pete is the owner and is a one man show. Everything is made fresh. We were on our way to my father-in-law's funeral--a marine veteran and a retired Florida State Trooper of 35 years--when my boyfriend, a police academy graduate, noticed the thin blue line in Pineapple Pete's logo. It felt like a sign, so we decided to stop by. I'm so glad we did! I had the chicken fajita wrap with pasta salad (not pictured because I devoured it so quickly!). My boyfriend had the hamburger, which you can see in the photo. The owner was incredibly friendly, and he and my boyfriend hit it off, discussing law enforcement since the owner's family is also in the field. We really appreciate businesses that honor our law enforcement, and Pineapple Pete's is one of them. Unfortunately, the owner mentioned that he might not be open for much longer due to a lawsuit, so I highly recommend you go support this place while you can. I ordered a bacon, egg and jalapeno jack cheese on a croissant and I was so happy with my choice. The sandwich was deliciously toasted. Just as Cale stated in an earlier review, I also pulled into McDonald's to grab a quick bite and pulled in front of the sign that mentions Healthier food. So I chose that option instead. I walked into the place which was overcrowded with Health food items, chips, snacks, etc. but I noticed the place was very clean. I looked at the menu and ordered the chicken balsamic wrap to go. I got home, opened it up to find a pretty hefty amount of food. I must say I was very very surprised how good it was that I actually called Pete to thank him. I was expecting fresh fruit and it seemed to be frozen store bought bags of frozen fruit. A lot of expired products on display. Decent customer service though. The first item we tried to order we were told it would "take some time" (mind you the place was completely empty). We had tried to call to place the order ahead of time four times....
