My technician for my pedicure was "Kem" (it's a male) and he was awesome! This was one of few great pedicure experiences. Everything about this location is "Luxe" and everything was neat, organized and esthetically appealing . It's sooooo beautiful inside: they also have just about any color you can think of. They offered me a drink when I sat down, my tech was very attentive to my needs. However some of the staff I encountered didn't seem as friendly. The prices were a tad bit higher than I normally pay. The inside is ALWAYS nice clean & I get offered drinks during my pedi. I have interesting looking feet, so I'm used to nail techs snickering during my pedicure. However what I don't like is paying $55 for a gel pedicure plus a tip & it looks like this picture 3 days later. I was so excited to try this location but these are my nails just over a week after service. And two (the pointer and thumb) were already re-done. I wasn't going to leave a bad review after having those two redone, but now I've lost another and the rest look a MESS. I lost one nail two days after Gel X service. Another one week, and a third at 1 week, 2 days. I This is my non-dominant hand and I am NOT rough on my nails. I don't even have deep keys on my keyboard that might put pressure while typing. I expect grow-out but gel X nails should last two weeks AT MINIMUM, but 3-4 weeks is expected for Gel X. Pricing seemed okay until they added $15 for cuticle removal. Since when does "manicure" just mean extensions and paint without prep? For $70, they look worse than a set of $12 glue ons and have to reapply them just as often. read more

HORRIBLE paint job. Got there and was told that it'll be a 20min wait. After waiting 15-20mins another lady walked in with her husband and he immediately ushered them to back then came to me and asked us to come to the back as well. There was already 4 other people sitting back there in the pedi spas and only one guy working. I ended up waiting over 20mins for someone to come and service me, my friend waited about another 10-15min. After all the extensive waiting, this is what I ended up with! This is AFTER I asked her to fix it. I was so irritated and had already spent almost 2 hours there even though they didn't even have to remove polish from my feet. It was mostly waiting and then her attempting to fix them after I had point out what was wrong. I ended up settling on the fact that the only way my toes would look like a professional did them was if A PROFESSIONAL DID THEM! The pedi package I got was $60 and because I had gel polish it was an additional $20, which ended up being $80 for this nonsense and no I did not tip. I am pissed because I know for a fact that my polish will chip in a matter of days. I gave one star because I had to and the place was clean, and the staff was pleasant. I tried pink nail & spa last night. They have a sign that says under new management. I didn't have a chance to visit under the old management/old name so I don't know if they have the same employees but I was very satisfied with my service last night. When I arrived they were busy renovating the space but they still took me for a pedicure and full set. I was satisfied with both services. The space is clean and everything looks new. Honestly, the only hiccup for me is the price. I guess the price is comparable to other salons but it is still pricey. I'd be back...just not on a regular basis. Maybe once a month. read more

Idk what's going here. I only get pedicures as an occasional treat to myself. The last two times here have been disappointing. I went about a month ago. It was a Saturday around 10:30/11 a.m. They didn't have staff for my daughter and I and asked could I comeback at 12pm. Although the manager seemed unsure if anyone would come. Today I came in by myself. I was going to get the Deluxe pedicure. So as the man staring to do my feet everything seemed like barely any effort. The callous removal ( my feet feel rough tonight under my sheets and I don't have extremely feet) . The massage. He didn't ask me what sent I wanted and I don't remember their being a specific sent for Deluxe Pedicure.( I think the last time I had it there they asked me what I wanted. ) The kicker for me was him trying to do my polish and then saying he would do the other steps while my polish dried. I have never had that done. And how is that supposed to be relaxing ?! At that point I asked him for the menu to see what was included in the Deluxe Pedicure. He tried to pretend he didn't understand what I was saying. So the manager came over and I told I just wanted to do the basic pedicure. They gave me some pushback. They saw I was being fine but polite and so I did the Basic. Again the guy was haphazard and gave minimum effort. He offered no help or assistance for to get out of the chair. I was still gonna leave a tip. But, they don't take cash and I was not paying ATM fees for that kind of service. He also asked me if I was off work today. Idk where that question came from. Seeing how he treated me during the service and I was dressed down for comfort, I wonder if there were some bias there. I took off work for school and thought I would relax with a pedicure before picking up my child. But , that didn't happen. When I left I saw where big had been nicked on the side and was slightly red . Hopefully I won't get a hangnail. I think these nail salons just take for granted we will show up and pay regardless of the service or lack of. The manager usually does her best to make sure you are taken care of. Idk what's going on there lately but, I won't be back. I wish I could find a place that appreciates my business and understand this is a time for customers to relax and be pampered when we come to the nail salon. I don't think it's the everyone who works here. But, I'm not gonna keep wasting time and money to hope for a better experience. read more

I came here on a Wednesday around 3pm and was able to be seen right away. The massage chair is the best I've experienced at any salon (and I've had hundreds of pedicures). This place is decorated very nicely. The manicure tables are in the front and separated from the pedicure chairs which are in the back. The prices are a bit above average. I got a fill and a "Milk and Honey" pedicure which included callous remover, a milk and honey scrub, and a leg/foot massage. The tools used for my pedicure were pulled out of a sealed bag so they were fresh and sterilized. The lady who did my pedicure took her time, but my toes look great! The same lady did my fill and took longer than average again, but the results were great! Narrow coffin! Despite the higher prices and the longer service times I will come back. I loved the massage chair and the nice narrow shape of my nails! I'll just have to reserve more time in my day. Minus one star for the lengthy service. read more

I walked into this nail shop expecting great service, especially since this isn't my first time here. This time was completely different and I probably will never come back. It's Memorial Day weekend, yes, so I expected it to be busy. Luckily, I was told the wait would only be 30 mins. Not true at all!! I received a manicure and pedicure, which were both done horribly. My nails were not shaped and barley filed, and the paint job speaks for itself. I am going to be honest, it was very clean, and the technicians were very nice. This being said, their cheapest pedicure is $37 which is way more than I was willing to spend on a basic pedicure! All said and done, I left spending $50 on a mediocre pedicure and wasn't too thrilled. You can tell the technicians were still learning, as my pedicure took 1.5 hours, and had some bumps along the way. The technician complained that the color I picked was 'too thin' because the bottle was new, and instead of letting me pick a new color, just slapped it on for me. She ended up having to clean more up than it was even worth, and it took forever to dry. Yes, my toes look good, which was the whole point, but I am not sure that I would return if I lived in the area. There are more affordable places that offer the same services, and without taking up your whole afternoon. read more

I heard about this salon on Facebook and had to try them out. It's a new salon located across from the Glen Burnie MVA. The salon is very nicely decorated. The chairs are so comfortable! As soon as I sat down, my nail tech asked if I wanted something to drink, water, white or red wine. I said wine?! He smiled and said sweet or dry? Red or white? I went with sweet red. Not too bad. I chose a Spa Pedicure with paraffin wax. $32. He did a great job! I wasn't rushed. I'm a pedicure fanatic, all year round. And I usually go to their sister salon in Marley Station. It started off well but the woman who did my pedicure was very rough and didn't respond to any suggestions I was giving on caring for my feet at the moment due to me being a diabetic. The manager rolled his eyes at me and proceeded to tell everyone how cheap I was on the way back to the chair. The lady who did my feet did a good job and was very sweet, so she doesn't deserve the bad review, but he does. They have no cheaper pedicure than $30. This place is beautiful inside and it's pretty new. I like that they use liners in the foot baths and it is very clean. The staff is friendly, much more than another location I've visited. My recent visit was at GB location and I've previously visited the Arbutus/Lansdowne location on Wash Blvd. I got a basic spa pedicure and gel polish ($25/$35) at both locations. Decent work but wish they spent more time cleaning up cuticles on my toes and fingers. Nails look good but still feel like I need more done with the cuticles/skin around my toes.
