I've always been a customer at this particular Pinkberry and even though it's a smaller location and sometimes it takes a minute to find parking, it's one I keep coming back to. The service here is always friendly, positive, and welcoming. Staff are helpful and provide recommendations as well as offer samples of the frozen yogurts. The fruits and toppings are very fresh and you can taste the quality in all of their products. You can't go wrong with any of their flavors, although my favorites are the tropical mango or chocolate hazelnut, and I tend to add kiwi or mango and strawberry to my yogurts--and you can't forget the chocolate crunch topping which pairs well with any yogurt and really enhances the overall flavor of your dessert. I love, love, love Pinkberry! The original is my go to flavor. It is so light and creamy. It doesn't taste fake or full of additives like the other frozen yogurt places out there. There's not a lot of parking to easily access their storefront, but the customer service was good and fast! They just released the new pumpkin flavor and it is amazing! They have a tiny footprint next to a popular restaurant that has outside seating and the overflow from that restaurant makes it appear like there's a line for Pberry when there may not be. Love this location! Generous with their samples and the staff is super nice. Toppings were amazing, fresh honeycomb and almond roca were our favorite. I had the chocolate hazelnut which tastes like Nutella ice cream and my friend had the new milk ice cream. The milk ice cream tastes like sweet cream ice cream and with the fresh honeycomb was refreshing and less tart than the original. I personally like the chocolate hazelnut with blueberries and almond roca. If you don't know what to get, ask for a sample. If you don't like frozen yogurt try the new milk ice cream which is less tart but lighter than traditional ice cream. Go nuts with the toppings it just that we were so full from dinner we zero'd in on just our favorites. Pro tip. I crave Pinkberry whenever I exercise, around once every year or two these days. It's the most refreshing treat I can imagine when my head feels like a water balloon filled to bursting with sweat. A couple weeks ago, Melissa K. hustled me into a bike ride from Santa Monica to Venice Beach and back. The ride there was easy and wonderful, but the ride back just about murdered me. That long hike uphill on Montana probably took a year off my life, at the very least. By the time we got to Pinkberry, I was walking the bike, hunched over, beet red, and hyperventilating, and the only thing that could save me from death was a perfect cup of frozen yogurt (and water, lots of water). I feel like I've been to the Montana Pinkberry before, but I could be wrong--it would be one of the few I gave myself a break from Yelping, until now. This location was small and cozy, with a friendly staff. I sampled the new milk flavor, which was great--love a half-sweet milk dessert--but ultimately went for the tart original, with plenty of mango and strawberry heaped on top. I inhaled it, and it gave me life. People hate on Pinkberry, and it's not nearly as popular as it used to be, but the truth is the yogurt tastes the best, and I have yet to find a competitor that satisfies me completely. I've certainly never craved Yogurtland with my life flashing before my eyes. read more

All Pinkberry's are OVER PRICED & so OVERRATED they even WEIGH the yogurt that they give you, they put it on a SCALE after they put the yogurt into the container to make sure that they don't put too much!! They even watch how much fruit they put into your bowl!! It's ALL HyPe! Common' $7 or $8 bucks for yogurt!! DOWN WITH PINK BERRY!! It SAYS non-fat but ALL high amounts of refined sugar which turn into FaT.. Apparently the L.A. department of health is also getting involved, as it seems they may be in violation of health laws by "manufacturing" the yogurt in each of their shops. Pinkberry is being hit with a big fat lawsuit over whether or not it's really frozen yogurt. read more

I don't know if it was the particular employee or what, but my yogurt cup did NOT look like the photos on Yelp. Maybe they have downsized their topping servings recently, but I just ordered a small cup with berries and all I got were three not-large blackberries and three small cut-pieces of strawberry - that would not even equal half of an average whole strawberry.
