Boy that was a terrible time, not only because of covid, but also because the new dentist I went too was horrible in comparison to Pinnacle Group. I was able to come back on in 2022 and experienced the same amazing care from 2019. I've done my bi annual cleanings and a few fillings here. They sent me home with a drilled tooth that was exposed!!! SEE THE PICTURE BELOW!!! I had to get emergency dental work done to fix it. When I came back in to discuss the receptionist furnished a form for me to sign. I almost instinctivelly signed it, then realized it was the waiver from my original visit, and they were trying to trick me into signing a line they had forgotten to highlight for my signature, which I believe is FRAUD. They denied any wrong doing but then they made a big mistake. They sent me pictures to show they had filled in the drilled tooth, but I think they misunderstood. There were two surfaces with work on that single tooth. The overlay on the front side of the tooth was filled. There was a filling on the back they were to replace, but they only drilled it. My father had both upper and lower dentures done here, which was not a low-cost treatment. Unfortunately, we've had ongoing issues. One of the teeth fell off, and then about a year later, it fell off again. We went back to see if they would be willing to help without charging again, since the work had already been paid for and this has been a repeated issue. At the front desk, we were told that nothing could be guaranteed because the dentures are plastic. No effort was made to ask the doctor, or offer any kind of solution. The front desk staff didn't even get up from her chair, she simply stated they could not guarantee the work and let us walk out. What was most disappointing was the lack of care or concern for the patient. There was no empathy, no attempt to help, and no sense of responsibility for work that has already failed more than once. It left us feeling like they don't stand behind their work and may not have a reliable lab. What a joke this place is nowadays! I don't even know where to start. The front office is really a joke. To put it simply, expect to take the whole day off to wait in the waiting room even though you have an appointment. This happened twice in the last two times. I left both times and never saw the dentist. Secondly, today they texted at 12:30 saying there was an opening at 1pm. I immediately texted back ok 1pm is fine. They didn't text back to confirm. I quickly got ready and thought I better call them to confirm knowing how the front office is a joke. I was told the appointment is no longer available. The whole business is just a mess since the original dentist is now only there once in a while for consultations. read more

Been seeing a dentist for years in the LAX area and every year I get a clean. Overall pretty good set of teeth. I have to get a couple feelings but nothing major. Moved to the OC and Found this place. All I wanted was a clean I knew I needed 2-3 fillings but wasn't urgent. They took X-rays when they didn't need to because I offered them my old ones from under a year ago ( but that's fine we did it any way) next thing you know I have gorilla teeth. I needed deep clean 4 quadrants , caps, crowns, fillings and pretty much major reconstruction. They didn't even do what I requested. Apparently my were so Bad they wanted to book me in another 2-3 appointments. They kept going on About how good my insurance was and keep trying to sell me all these other services. 've started with a deep cleaning 2 years ago, and Ive been coming back every six months for a routine cleaning since. Just last week I went in to get my wisdom teeth taken out. The procedure was totally painless, I did it in two sessions, I was given local anastasia and went to work a few hours later both days. They have a nice clean lobby, friendly staff and up to date equipment. Oh! And it's worth mentioning that their all patient chairs have cable TV! Horrible communication, office staff needs to be retrained. Made an appointment to come in for emergency root canal, was assured on the phone they would be able to handle when I came in. Got there, they were N hour late getting me in and then told me they didn't. Have anyone available to do the procedure. I was very clear on the phone what needed to be done and was assured they could and would handle it. They even had me come in early to make sure they had enough time for the procedure, which only left me sitting in their waiting room. They then sent me to another office 30 minutes away assuring me they could and would handle it. I get there and they act like they do t know what's happening and once again I am left in the waiting room, when I finally said something they said they would not be able to get to me until much later and the doctor had other patients in front of me and maybe they needed to schedule for another day. Brenda the office manager assured me she had it all Set up before sending me all over town for nothing. So now 3 hours later I'm driving home in pain with a bleeding tooth and nothing accomplished. Dr. Farsio and his staff are AMAZING!! As soon as I walked into the lobby I was greeted by the friendly ladies at the front desk. I was referred to Dr. Farsio for two root canals. I was kinda nervous didn't know what to expect, assistant Christina explained the procedure very thoroughly she made me feel at ease. My regular dentist referred me to Dr. F. He only took 2 seconds and said I needed a root canal, after his staff took several x-rays plus a 3D x-ray which I had to pay out of pocket. Then they tried to charge my dental insurance around $900 for this quick visit, but my insurance only paid $200. I did not get a root canal, because my tooth stopped bothering me. Dr. F said my tooth had a crack and my regular dentist did not see one...so just be careful. This dentist just wants to make a quick buck on everyone who walks through his door. Get a second opinion, if possible. read more

WOW!!! I absolutely love the staff and service :) I was a new patient this year and I couldn't be happier with Pinnacle Dental Group! The team genuinely works with your work/school schedule and try's to accommodate any special needs. At times I was feeling very anxious being on the "dentist chair" lol it can be scary or overwhelming. Dr B is very patient and understanding and I'm glad she is my Dr!! The Dental Assistants who are Ms. Christina and Ms. Perla are AMAZING!l l couldn't have done all my Dental work WITHOUT THEM :) I absolutely love talking to them and they make me feel at home and calm when I start to feel anxious. I have been seeing both Dr. Farsio and Dr. Amini for many years. Dr. Amini was my general dentist and Dr. Farsio did my root canals. I have high respect for this family as human beings and for their honest business. My experience with them was nothing short of perfect. I really appreciate Dr. Amini's honesty and care for her patients. I don't hurt for cheapest treatment but mostly seek to do what is necessary and do it the right way. Because of that attitude I'm susceptible to being ripped off generally (as I've been before). Dr. Amini never once recommended a procedure that wasn't necessary. I tend to ask for second opinion from other dentists in other groups and I never got the "you don't/didn't need it" answer regarding any procedure that Dr. Amini did. Oh my gosh, where has this dentist been all my life? I stumbled upon this dentist because my work relocated into a temporary space by them. I decided to have my check up and was very impressed. The whole staff is amazing!! I had my check up and then decided to have a veneer put in and root canal on an infected tooth...and the root canal was virtually painless! Everyone kept asking if I was comfortable and if I liked the work on the veneer. They also have very flexible hours which I love considering my crazy work schedule. The office staff, The dental assistants and the doctors were so welcoming, kind, helpful and extremely thorough. I had pain in my wisdom tooth and needed to see someone right away and they didn't hesitate to accommodate me. After my visit, i was told I needed a root canal and a possible crown, they could have extracted my tooth but felt it was worth saving so they scheduled me in the following day. I was terrified of having it done but to my surprise, it was the easiest procedure and shockingly PAINLESS! They were so gentle and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I was scared for NO REASON. I was told that soreness was to be expected but once again to My surprise I had NO PAIN OR SORENESS at all! Had an appointment set up two weeks ago. They said there would be a person who would help with dealing with the other dentist office in regards to insurance claims and free consultation. However, by the time we got there, we were told that they wouldn't be the one to assist us and consultation was $75. The people in the front or even the ones who answer your call are shady.
