Bridget jumped in behind the bar as well and was full of personality, great conversation, and positive energy that made the night even better. After snarkily saying, "Let's think about that first.." she walked away and never came back to our table. Angie ended up helping us and checking us out and telling us our waitresses name. I paired my meal with the Pico Loco beer, a crisp and refreshing Mexican-style lager that was perfect for the warm weather and one of my favorite styles of beer. Apparently, I was lucky enough to get the VERY LAST Bacon Pepper Jacked Burger before it comes off the menu, and honestly, it was hands down the best bar burger I've ever had. Perfectly cooked, loaded with flavor, and just messy enough to let you know it was done right. My wife and I also shared the Hoppy Blues salad, which may very well have been the best "bar salad" we've ever had. Fresh, flavorful, and far beyond what you normally expect from pub food.
