It's very clean and the fresh flowers on the tables and in the bathroom made me smile. They had great service and the food was excellent. We ordered the spring rolls for an appetizer and loved the peanut sauce that came with them. For dinner, my husband ordered the large won ton soup, it was very good and he had leftovers from the huge portion. I ordered the pad see ew which was also very good. Before we headed to this place I said, and I quote, "Thai food is always a good idea!" Now I know that I was so, so wrong. I'm so surprised at the ove good ratings this spot has, because we tried a number of items, and everything was worse than what you can get out of the frozen section of Dollar Tree. Food is great but when you call in an order to go and they forget to give you the Boba drink (3.99), and you ask them to just credit my credit card that I used and they say they can't, not good business. I'm not going to get in the car and drive back there because the gas cost more than the Boba. So I could scratch this business off my list of places to go. I have at this point tried their entire menu and I can't say anything negative about any of the items I've tried. Review for Pinto Thai! We went to Pinto Thai on Friday for Date Night. We've gotten take-out before but this was our first dine-in. Service was excellent, dishes were served as hot or cold as designed, the food was flavorful and distinctly classic Thai (not fusion). They bring a trio of chili sauces with your meal. Our server was personable but didn't linger, knowledgeable about each dish ingredients and preparation, and was quick with drink refills without disrupting conversation. The starters (Shrimp Spring Rolls with Peanut Satay, Gyoza style Dumplings and Tom Kah soup) and entrees (Five Alarm Spicy Noodles with Veg and Chicken, Larb Salad with Diced Beef, Red Onion and Mint) and desert (Coconut Milk Ice Cream with Peanut Garnish and a pot of hot Jasmine Tea) were brought out at proper intervals, chopsticks were provided and the decor was really charming. The restaurant had that nice warm glow and bustle without being loud. The severs worked in teams so all our table needs were met swiftly or already anticipated, we were never left in need. Overall we found the restaurant to be beautiful, super clean, and had all tasty dishes with top notch service. I have been going to Pino Thai now for several years. I have never had anything that wasn't excellent. The employees are always so friendly and eager to make your food exactly as you order it. The food seems pretty authentic to me and everything is always fresh. I really like very spicy food and they will make it as hot as you can wish for along with some other fantastic flavors. The only thing to be aware of and it's not a complaint is it is a small restaurant so sometimes it can get a little crowded depending on when you go in. We have done oven by this place several times and see that it's always busy. The reviews say the food is great. We tried it for the first time tonight. I really wish we hadn't. We ordered it to go. We ordered yellow curry, orange chicken, and See-Ewe Noodle. The yellow curry was really watery and lacked flavor. The orange chicken flavor was fine but some of the chicken pieces were too tough to chew. The vegetables in the See Ewe noodle were over cooked and mushy. For the price, we definitely got ripped off. I've had some of the best and some of the worst Thai food at this restaurant. The first few times I thought it was the Thai food I had ever had. Then one time it was so bad I couldn't eat the food. It was soggy canned food. Like it came from a Chungking can. I heard similar experiences from friends.
