That alone should tell you something! What really made our experience special was our server, Edwin. Managing a table of nine women is no small task, but he handled it with patience, professionalism, and a great sense of humor every single time. He was attentive without hovering, kept drinks filled, made sure orders were correct, and somehow managed to make all of us feel welcome and well taken care of. On our final visit, Edwin went above and beyond by making special birthday shots for my friend Candy and me. It was such a thoughtful gesture and a fun way to celebrate. I'll be honest, hotel and resort restaurants aren't usually my favorite part of a trip. But Edwin was one of the people who helped make this vacation memorable for our group. Great service can make all the difference, and he absolutely delivered. Thank you, Edwin, for helping make our Palm Desert girls' getaway so much fun!

We also weren't told while entering/before being seated about this "rule". Throughout the time waiting for my bf to figure something out, it felt very rushed to order. I am not here to complain about the rule, it just would've been nice to see it listed anywhere beforehand OR we could've been informed before sitting down. Mainly writing this review for others, especially those visiting from out of town of this "policy" before having an awkward/rushed experience. Our drink orders came out quickly, but when our food arrived, we had to send back the lettuce wrap burger (not pictured) since the cheese and the meat on one side was entirely inedible. We had to draw another waitress over to call attention to this, and it was promptly taken care of and replaced with a far better looking (and edible!) lettuce wrap burger. We also had to get our side order clarified since we asked for fries and onion rings, but our server only jotted down the onion rings. The helping waitress also got this taken care of right away for us as well. Once this was settled, our food was good. The ambiance inside was lively due to the crowds, but we enjoyed our meal. Our server also comped us part of our order due to the Father's Day weekend. Overall, we did enjoy our meals. The minor hiccups did not take away from the experience, and did not affect our overall night. It was nice to be able to have this charged to our room, which made for an easier experience. Our server was admittedly a "low talker" so I struggled to hear about half of what he said, hopefully your next visit isn't on as loud of a night.

There typically not many children when we are there but when they have been they have been well mannered at very young ages and they make dining fun! I have no negatives which is highly unusual for me (just ask my husband!!)wonderful overall experience. If you want a bit more time between courses just tell your waiter. Thanks for the recording in your phone not mentioning that small detail. Apparently this is your thing because I now see a review saying the same thing from 3 years ago! A notice on your website, or phone recording could go a long way. Saw some other customers drive up looking dumbfounded too.
