We had an area of drywall that was wet and drywall particles falling on the floor of our garage. When we touched the area on the ceiling it had a dampness to it. Pipe Bros came and cut a small hole and discovered a small leak coming from the upstairs shower faucets and spout. The technician knew right away that the small gaps in caulking in the shower was causing the water to leak down into the garage. He caulked around the spout and faucets. Job well done! They weren't trying to sell me on anything else that we didn't need. He was very honest and the house call fee was applied to the balance for him to complete the job. I would use Pipe Bros. again. In my opinion the bad reviews on here are true. We called early enough in the day that we could've gotten any plumber to help us with our main line clog. It wasn't the middle of the night situation. But yelp had good reviews of this company so we thought we'd give them a try. The phone was answered by Steve and he assured me that Christian would be at my house to help between 6pm-8pm because all their technicians were currently on other calls. So we waited stupidly believing they were going to keep to their promise. I tried calling once it was 8:30pm a few times to only have it go straight to voicemail. At this point in time it was so late that either plumbers that were open when I first called were now closed, or they were going to charge me more because it was a late night call emergency. I finally heard back from Steve stating that Christian was on a call and would probably not make it out tonight, and that he didn't want to hold us up. But it was too late, we were now screwed. When dealing with a small business the worst thing you can do is express all of your woes to the customer. There won't be any compassion given if you have let down the customer before even arriving to do the job. Don't bother with this company. The reviews are suspiciously fake, or they had a slow day and were actually able to attend to their customers on time and in a professional manner. read more

I hired Pipe Bros to hook up two bathroom sinks. The sinks were already installed and I had the faucets - the supply and drain lines just needed to be connected. The first bathroom went fine. It's hooked up and working. The problem was with the second bathroom. That faucet didn't come with supply lines. The existing lines were very old and I knew ahead of time they had to be replaced. I figured I would save myself some time and just buy them from the plumber, but the price they tried to charge was completely ridiculous - $400 for two shutoff valves and two supply lines. I priced the same parts at Home Depot and they're less than $30. I expected to pay a bit of a markup, but 13 times the retail price is just insulting. The technician, Titus, was friendly, polite, and did good work. I have no complaints about him. The low rating is purely for management and their attempt to rip people off by charging absurdly high prices for common, off the shelf parts. read more

Needed a kitchen faucet replaced, which they were able to do quickly with no problems, including adapters to fix an older model structure not otherwise compatible with new plumbing standards. I was given a time window of arrival between 3 pm and 5 pm. Before 3 pm the office called with an ETA of 20 minutes for the technicians arrival. Titus arrived on time. If I ever need more work done I will use Pipe Bros! I am having some extensive plumbing work done at my house and I needed a third party to look at the work to make sure it was being done correctly. We called and Steve (owner) came out the same day. Spent a good amount of time looking at the work and explaining things to me. He told me what to look for and discuss with my current company and although I originally wanted him to camera the line to check things out he told me not to pay him to do it .... the company that I am already paying should do it for me for free and if I wanted him to look at it he would. Wow! You can't find honest service like that anymore. Most contractors will take all the money you will give them. On top of that he would only accept "gas money" for a house call.
