I had a very negative experience with this dental office. I was told I needed a deep cleaning, but I wasn't given the diagnosis during the office appointment. It took several phone calls for me to inquire further and get the diagnosis from Dr. Sadeghi and to find out that the costly course of treatment with three different services (standard, irrigation, and laser treatments) was mandatory and that they would not permit me to elect a standard deep cleaning only. When I called back again, the office manager Tracy was very rude to me. I spoke calmly and respectfully, but she spoke in an angry tone, telling me that the patient cannot manage their own course of treatment. I felt pressured, misled, and coerced by the members of this dental office. Furthermore, I sought the advice of three other dentists, who all told me that this course of treatment was not mandatory. I would not recommend this dental office if you as a patient care about exercising your free will and having a relationship with your dental office based on respect and integrity. read more

I am just writing this review as a note of caution to any new patients considering using this dental practice or current patients for that matter. Please make sure you have an understanding of how your particular insurance dental fee schedule charges for each service because this place is NOT honest. Here is my experience: my sister was looking for a Dental Insurance and she asked for my help as I have been in the Insurance field for 30 years. We chose this DDS because they were on the list of preferred providers from Insurance carrier. When I went for my consultation and to get a pre-estimate I noted that the fees were not the same as the fee schedule. When I questioned Gina, the receptionist or office manager she said the services I needed was an UPGRADE?? Being in the insurance Industry and knowing how DDS bills for services, this didn't sound right to me. I asked her to explain what "Upgrade" meant? Her explanation was ridiculous. Basically she told me that the porcelain that u get on a crown only covers half of your tooth, so they had to charge extra to put porcelain on the whole tooth and that is why it would cost extra for each tooth. This didn't sound right. I hung up with her and called other DDS offices. Not one had ever heard of this or the word upgrade. I contacted the insurance company who confirmed my suspicion.No such thing as an upgrade!!! If I had not been suspicious, they would have charged me literally hundreds of dollars more than the appropriate fee. I know there are glowing reviews before mine, in regards to the office staff, but in my opinion Gina's customer service left A LOT to be desired. So if you don't mind being fleeced for hundreds of extra dollars for services with made up fees, by all means use this dentist. PLEASE BE INFORMED PEOPLE !! read more

well they are not honest and straightforward ,unfortunately most dentists are like this, BUT moreover the way they do their job is not what many of us will expect, and not preparing patients and surprising them with their stupid way of handling their patients in pain is just.. anyways I had pain and needed root canal asap because the cavity was too much even seeing the Xray i was scared that ill lose my tooth and that's what the doctor and other doctor i visited told me too. so imagine that yourself in that situation and seeing a bill of $6000. and its funny this is without $1000 root canal oh and i have hmo insurance which the way they file their jobs insurance rejects them for example I found out from other doctor that done my root canal that this root canal wasn't anything special but insurance told me that they reported it is too complicated and there is blockage on my root that only specialist can do it therefore insurance didnt cover it and only give 30% discount. thats one thing and other big thing is she wanted to work on 5 teeth all together in one day or nothing. so I couldnt get my tooth fixed the tooth that was in condition of loosing it and in pain! nothing offered to no medicine to other solution or work around the only option was to accept that $7000 bill and refill other teeth, change the old fillings, add crown to old ones.. the teeths that i dont have issue with them as a moment and even its good to work on them they are not priority. the priority was my single tooth and she just simply rejected working on it unless i accept the bill and whole process all together, they let me go just like that. btw I was super polite and i even told her i accept and understand that her way its just i don't feel comfortable of doing that and this is my priority could she please help me with that and she said no. i guess its all about money!!! read more

Thanks for posting this but you are completely missing the point. I came to get a tooth fixed which had a gaping hole in it. I was happy to pay for that. You and your dentist stated you would at least give me a temporary filling which I would have paid for but you did not even do that! I felt I was a sales target rather than a patient who needed dental care. You promote that you take Blue Shield dental insurance but won't even send a pre-authorization to see what would be covered. I think you should get a patient's point of view here and an apology for not doing what you promised would be nice at least. read more

Dr. Sadeghi seemed nice enough at first. Then she referred me to another denta surgeon who charged me for X-rays I did not need to have taken. I've been so traumatized by that that I haven't gone to the dentist for the last two years. Now they want to charge me for the privilege of getting my records sent to another dentist. I want to let whoever has a phobia from dentist know that this is the office to visit. As nervous as one is getting to the dentist office, that feeling of being horrified disappears when you get to this dental place. First and foremost very friendly office, from first hello to goodbye it was a pleasure being here. I liked the right on a dot service with honoring the appointment time. I liked the approach that was given when I asked all the questions I had and was not sure how would my dentist day go. I got all my answers, very knowledgeable staff. Before getting to meet the doctor, my first impression was 5+ and sure enough Dr. Sadeghi was great too, very honest, that is extremely rare from my past experience with dentists. Thank you to my friend for recommending me to go to Dr. Sadeghi and thanks to staff for making my nervous day very pleasant one. I will not go anywhere else for my dental needs. I want to start off by saying how much I hate dentists and dental offices anything to do with dental.... I have not been to any dental offices ever since I was a kid . I'm 28 :) ... Yes that is a long time but I just could not , I was terrified... Imagine all the cavities and how much work I needed done. I was forced to go literally my dad had to take my hand and take me there as if I was little lol.. So he did and I went because I really did not have any choice:( ... My heart was pumping I though I would need some hardcore drugs to get me by. But as soon as I walked into that beautiful office, I had a change of heart. The receptionist WOW, let me say I haven't been treated that good at a spa lol... Wonderful they knew I was scared they could see it in my eyes:) ... They made my visit so pleasant I was looking forward to going back lol .. Crazy isn't it? I am soooo happy my dad took me to a place that made me change my mind about dentists .. Even though my mind is changed about dentists ... I still will never step a foot anywhere else but Broadway dental... Trust me you will feel the same if you got treated the way I did... I started with Broadway Dental because of there wonderful customer service and the fact that they were able to give me an appointment right away. I have been very happy with the extensive work I have had done s far. Dr. Kim is a talented competent dentist and was able to save my teeth with her skills after another dentist almost destroyed many of them with his shoddy dental work. The staff is always friendly and you feel welcomed always. The prices may be a little high for some things so I went elsewhere for implants and wish I hadn't because it was not a good experience. They are able to provide all the services you need with specialists on staff in all areas so you don't have to go to another dentist. Also the price they gave me even with unanticipated complications did not change. I will continue to stay with Broadway Dental I am happy with their services and I would recommend them to anyone. read more

I love, love, love this office! All of the staff from reception to billing to doctors, are extremely friendly and welcoming. I'm always seen as soon as I arrive. In addition to excellent work on my teeth, there are all sorts of little perks that show just how top notch their customer service is. For example, I listen to music when I'm getting dental work and one time I forgot my earbuds. Well, one of the dental assistants reached in the cabinet and got me a fresh pair. They also always have mouth guards prop my mouth open so I don't end up with a sore jaw trying to keep my mouth open the entire time. Also, my lips get so dry while I'm lying there and they take breaks to let me rest my mouth and give me Chapstick to lube up my lips. I can't say enough great things about them. read more

This was the worst dental visit! So PAINFUL, tears were rolling down. I went in for a teeth cleaning and tooth ache. First, I had a teeth cleaning, which I usually find relaxing, but this was the most painful procedure I have ever had! And then, she asks while laughing, if i'm in pain! I've been a client at Bway Dental for many years and highly recommend them. I left a rave review years ago, that registered 4 stars- this is a mistake, 5 all the way! I absolutely love Dr. Sadeghi and her staff. My case has been very difficult and challenging, but Dr. Sadeghi has approached the challenge with optimism, compassion, and inventive solutions. Her persistence and dedication to helping my pain is extraordinary. She has truly gone above and beyond to stabilize me. Tina is always very careful and expert in working with me ( I have chronic head/ jaw pain complicated by Lyme disease and auto injury)- I LOVE Tina, Maria is always helpful in scheduling and greets with a smile. She has also gone above and beyond to mail my dental equipment out to me on a regular basis. Tracy is a newer member to the team (I've been going for 10 years) and is a joy to work with, Dr. Kim is just awesome. My point is, this is a warm office and these are good people- you will feel comfortable in their hands. I always get a fantastic cleaning, and the new hygienist is very holistic minded. Dr. Sadeghi herself relies more on herbal solutions for pain control (my preference) and continues to learn more about the art of healing from all the conferences she attends. She is passionate about her work and really cares- this isn't a money grabbing operation. I have never been upsold or "scare tactic'ed" into procedures that I don't need. Dr. Sadeghi and her staff are so welcoming, gracious, funny and overall have a great sense of what customer service is all about; which is very rare and refreshing nowadays! I recently changed to this office after years at another dentist. I had an abscessed tooth and had to have it extracted as well as the last of my wisdom teeth that needed to come out. My consultation was with Dr. Sadeghi and Dr. Kim performed the extractions. I really like the office and all of the staff. I am a dental phobe but Gina was very patient with all my questons and the procedure was as painless as it could be. I was really nervous going in to it and they made me feel as comfortable as possible with special touches to help me calm down :-) i.e. turning the light down while waiting for my numbness to take effect. Dr. Kim did an excellent job with the extractions and was very gentle. I will need to go back for the implant process post healing but I have complete faith in this office and give them a thumbs up :-) read more
