This place is awesome! I was in the market for a dentist when one day some of the hygienists were going around to local business offering an extremely good teeth whitening promotion, so I bought it on the spot! Once I came in for my appointment for the whitening trays, I inquired about getting my teeth cleaned and few other cosmetic questions. They gave me an appointment the very next week for a cleaning and Tracy checked my insurance and found out that I had full and partial coverage for the cosmetic questions I inquired about! It's been about 5 months since I've started going to Broadway Dental and I am about 75% complete with my Invisalign trays and I could not be more happy with the service here at Broadway Dental and with my work-in-progress new smile! Dr. Sadeghi and the entire staff have been the most welcoming group of professionals I have come across. He likes coming here cause he gets to pick out a toy after his check up. They do a great job making him feel at ease and encouraging him to take care of his teeth. Eileen was so polite and conscious of my comfort levels during my thorough x-Ray examinations, and Dr. Sadeghi was extremely talented and a vindicated professional in her field that really relayed the details of her consultation in a very simplistic and understanding manner while still illustrating her unmatched expertise. Very clean, organized, and bright office. After having no expectations and walking in for the first time, I walked out having spoken with the lovely dental consultant Tracy, and am awaiting my first work to be done as soon as Tom, and have a feeling this is going to be a long term commitment with this office baring any setbacks. I dont know if i'm the only one posting about this... but it had been a bad month waking up with head aches and not knowing why, My friend Christine referred me to Dr. Sadeghi and from my first visit where i was fited for an emergency appliance, i had zero pain the next morning. This Doctor specializes in areas that i never knew were connected to my teeth, mouth or jaw. I cant thank her enough. Made an appointment with Broadway Dental 3 weeks ago. Maria at the front desk was very informative to switch my dentist to this facility on my insurance prior to my visit. I had not made a dental visit for the past 6 years because of my last dentist in Pasadena which left me distrustful of any dentist. Since I had a cavity that needed to be addressed, I finally had to find a reliable and honest dentist that sincerely cared about your dental health without having to gouge you financially on every visit. I just completed one of the most thorough dental cleaning and pain free cavity removing procedure with Dr. John Dang. The staff (Maria & Gabby), are professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I believe the staff are the front lines of any dental and/or medical office since they reflect the doctors themselves. Dr. John Dang was very candid about my dental health and the treatment needed. He and his assistant constantly checked on me how I was doing while under going dental cleaning & cavity removal. Further, the gap between my teeth which was caused by the cavity is now gone. Broadway Dental of Glendale was transparent of what was covered in my insurance prior to any procedure. Dr. John Dang and his staff have restored my faith and trust with a dentist or dental office. If you have been looking for a reliable, honest, proficient, and trust worthy dental office and dentist, make an appointment with Broadway Dental immediately. Found out about Broadway Dental through yelp and decided to pay them a visit. It took a lot of self convincing to see a dentist due to previous horrible experiences. Yelp reviews seemed convincing and when I got there, let me tell you, everything I read was true. The entire visit experience starts with the front office, and those ladies were great, they smiled, greeted and answered all questions that were asked. The office is very beautiful and you feel good being there. Saw both doctors while waiting and what they say about them is true, they both are very personable and treat their patients like family. They made sure to recognize me while I was waiting, said hello, and even went above and beyond to make sure my car wasn't towed due to street cleaning. Dr. Jimmy Dang was the doctor that saw and treated me. The way he speaks to you, you feel like you have known him for a long time. He was very informative throughout the whole process, made sure I felt comfortable and all my questions were answered before doing any dental work. The entire time I felt very comfortable due to him explaining what he was doing and what would happen next. As a patient, those steps are very important because it keeps you aware of what is going on with you. The whole experience was excellent. Even after going home, he made sure to call me to follow up and see if I had any questions. Even when I had questions for him on the following day and it happened to be the weekend, he did not hesitate to answer my questions on his day off. When a heath professional or any business owner goes above and beyond to make sure their patients or customers are happy, they will have success. I was in the middle of my vacation when my tooth broke and had to see a dentist. Now you think in a place like Glendale CA it is easy to find a reasonable price and experienced dentist. After calling for hours around a friend recommended Broadway Dental office. I felt so nervous and did not know what to expect. I walked in to a very friendly professional office they made me feel so comfortable. The clean environment just helped a lot to sooth my agitated nerve. After all this was not a visit that I had planned for my vacation. They immediately called me in and took care of my broken tooth.
