10/10 recommend! The food was AMAZING! Especially the Cajun crab legs! They have so much food to choose from, land and sea options. Service was phenomenal! Wish I could remember the name of the waitress we had, because she was fantastic! Constantly checking on us and emptying our crab leg baskets. The atmosphere is great! Such a big kid friendly atmosphere! The employees dress as pirates, and they have a live mermaid! They have a pirate that walks around and gives coins and rings to the kids! They have music! I can't rave enough about this place!

We typically come here every year on vacation and this year we so much different as in better due to one change. They have a pirate now that greets people and makes all the kids feel special with rings, pirate booty, and gems. His hospitality to the guests as a whole made the dining experience so much more bc our grandkids and other kids dining there engaged and not bored after being there for 30 mins giving me time to eat endless crabs legs lol. Of course the mermaid was the reason we go there for the kids in the first place but a huge high five (and tip) to the pirate they added on. Well played pirates table!!! Great experience!

Let's start by saying that I did not expect a quality seafood buffet in such a touristy town. Since they are on every corner in Myrtle Beach, I did my research to attempt to find the best one. We only visited the Pirates Table so can't exactly say, but I think we nailed it! The snow crab was awesome and every time I went back, they had it completely refilled. Half shell oysters, perfect. Just a huge variety and everything we tried was delicious. I'd go back to Myrtle Beach just to have this dinner again!

Great food and atmosphere! Worked out great for us even with small kids. Our 2 3 year olds have talked about the mermaid all week since.

Too expensive for what is offered. We don't plan on returning. Far too many places with better food at far better prices

Said it was open until 8:30pm. It's closed. Did not have an opportunity to try the seafood after driving approximately 20 min.

The crab legs were delicious, two clumps with butter and lemons. We also had the shrimp and fries- 8 large shrimp lightly breaded with shoestring fries. Our land lover enjoyed the Reel burger- a juicy combination of chuck and brisket cooked to order. The bun was toasted and held up well to the burger. Overall the experience was very enjoyable. My husband and I were starving and saw an ad while picking up our car. I didn't even know that this was on the other direction but it was nearby so we stopped and had some food. You order at the counter and they bring your food to your table. I had a spritz of sorts and my husband had a beer. I ordered fish and chips and it was delicious. The fish batter was very flavorful and the fish was huge and seasoned well. The chips (aka fries) were also well seasoned. My husband enjoyed his pulled pork sandwich as well. The restaurant had several tables inside. They keep everything clean and organized but the menus were slightly sticky. Could be the fact that they serve beer. Still, the experience was great and we left happy with full bellies.

Unfortunately, this dinner just added to our frustration. We had a 6:15 reservation and waited quite a while before a server arrived. When she did, she was very kind and took our drink and appetizer orders. But everything moved so slowly -- drinks and app took ages, and we placed our dinner order not long after. By 7:30, we still had no food. The server kept apologizing (she really was kind and doing her best), but it was clear something was off in the kitchen or with management. Eventually someone else came over, offered 20% off, and said our meals were "plating now" -- but that wasn't true, because we waited another 20 minutes. We were ready to cancel, and when the food finally came, I honestly couldn't enjoy it at that point. My chicken sandwich was nothing special (definitely not worth the wait), and my mom's scallops were salty and just bad. While our server was lovely, the overall experience with management and the kitchen was disappointing. Won't be back.

They had a few different bars that you could order at, with the main one being inside, another little hut outside, and a cash bar next to that. They also had a pretty cool live band, with a viewing patio right in front of the stage. In regards to my visit to Hot Fish, I'd say I was most impressed with the bartenders at the establishment, who did a great job under pressure. Even though the place was packed, and especially the bar area, they did a great job of remaining calm, and even got our drinks out in a relatively quick period of time. They also made some awesome blue Gatorade shots, which were some of the best shots I've ever had! I didn't necessarily love that there were cops standing guard at the entrance, but the bar's own security staff and bouncers were really nice, which isn't something you see at every one of these places. The only downsides to the Hot Fish Club were that many of the plastic chairs in the outside area were broken and cracked, making it kind of hard to sit a large-sized group like ours (they had a lot of wooden tables, but they were all taken), and that the restroom situation was awful. According to the girls in our group, the actual, physical restrooms were disgusting, forcing them to use the giant line of porta potties. This isn't a huge deal for guys, but it was a little uncomfortable for the ladies. Other than that, Hot Fish was great, and I'd highly recommend stopping by!
