Had my birthday dinner here- my boyfriend has a nut allergy, and we let them know of the allergy and asked what to avoid on the menu. Spent my birthday with my boyfriend at the hospital as they failed to let us know something was nut based in our meal. Unfortunately the allergy broke out after we left and nothing could be done, but would like to spread awareness to others and to be careful! I wouldn't dine here, I don't think they take precautious measures seriously. read more

Our first time at Pisces couldn't have been better. The manager Brandon was incredibly accommodating and very knowledgeable about the entire menu. He gave us several recommendations that we ended up ordering and absolutely loved - the 10oz Wagyu NY Strip is a MUST! I'd also recommend sitting lakeside if you're able so you can enjoy the shows every half hour, although the interior of the restaurant is just as beautiful. They've done a wonderful job with design, especially the bar area. Would be a great place to go for a drink and some appetizers. Will absolutely be going back to experience more of the menu! read more

I went to the Pisces at the Wynn for my Birthday dinner. The place was beautiful, I had been next door at SW a month ago. The service was good. I ordered a aquamarine drink. I got a Greek salad, grilled octopus and lobster spaghettini. On my way home, I started to feel sick. By the time I got home, I throw up all the dinner I ate. I call the Wynn the next day and told them. They said that they would check in to it. A wonderful dining experience. The remodel from Lakeside is off the charts. The room wows you immediately upon entering. Plenty of variety on the menu. My fiancé and I came for our anniversary last night and it was amazing! We were first greeted by Victoria, who was so helpful, sweet, and professional! We sat in the patio and had an amazing view of the lake and show. The restaurant itself was gorgeous as well. Our servers were Jose and Geoffrey , they were very attentive and made sure everything was perfect. We ordered the crab cigars and the sesame crusted salmon, which were both super tasty. As for dessert, everything was phenomenal. The cheesecake is an absolute must!! My fiancé said it was the best cheesecake he's ever had!! One of my best dining experiences! For an appetizer, I recommend the jumbo shrimp cocktail and crab cigars. The crab cigars are a must try! The crispy phyllo encasing the crab, with a creamy remoulade sauce is SO TASTY! For the main dish, I can definitely recommend the pan roasted blue fin tuna. It had a beautiful presentation on the plate, and the tuna came with a porcini mushroom sauce. Delicious!! Service was excellent. read more

This restaurant is physically, design and location is stunning inside the Wynn! Very beautiful on the water at the Wynn and It's very romantic. Unfortunately the chef needs to work on further developing the seafood portion of the menu. I thought this new restaurant was mainly a seafood restaurant. They need to add more variety of fish fillets. I love Halibut but was very disappointed that instead of a grilled filet it is battered and fried. A gourmet restaurant such as this should be on a higher level than "fish and chips"(fried and battered Halibut). Halibut is such an excellent fish filet I cannot believe only offering this wonderful seafood as a fish and chips /fried and battered option? The only other filet choice sea bass and a whole fish Dover. How about several more filet choices such as Orange Roughy, swordfish, etc. They should have a variety of 5 daily filet fish choices. Table service needs to be worked on as several serving mistakes were made. My drink order was sent to the wrong table and the main course was served incorrectly with the wrong and missing items and had to be re served all over again. read more

I understand that some people are treated better because it is the wynn and they are spending more money, but in a brand new restaurant every single guest should be treated equally. I am a local to Las Vegas. I have been to multiple restaurants and a few of my favorite ones are actually at the Wynn so it's crazy to me that I had to experience what I did. The salad absolutely sucked no authenticity to it whatsoever. Don't even get me started on the pasta being so dry. I had to add extra salt to it cause it sucked. There was no flavor to anything. There was no love in the dishes. It was not good at All. Then my favorite part was when the waiter came over and asked me what I thought about the food mid bite and I told him it was OK then he asked me why I didn't like it and I told him an authentic Greek salad has red onions in it he got so offended by that comment he never came back to the table. We had a different server for the remainder of the night. Everything sucks. On top of that we got a salad french fries a pasta dish and three drinks for $200. Fuck that shit. AMAZING !!!! this is what can best describe our evening at Pisces. From the moment our hostess greeted us, and walked us through this incredibly beautiful restaurant, we knew we were in for a great night. Our servers Bernardo and Scott are definitely some of the best in the business, hands-down ! They started us with cocktails, which we chose conventional wisdom and aquamarine. Both were excellent, but aquamarine did steal the show for my wife as she said " it's the best sangria she's ever had". We then had a half dozen oysters, Mediterranean Bass Ceviche, and caviar and Ibérico croquetas as appetizers which were recommended by Bernardo. This is why he's such a stellar waiter, because all of them were incredible!! We then moved on to the Spiny Lobster Spaghettini, and Wagyu Beef Agnolotti which were perfect. After a few more cocktails, we finished off the night with If Wishes Were Fishes, and Dubai Chocolate Rocher for dessert WOW they were so good. We definitely want to thank the Manager Beau H. who kept stopping by to make sure we were having a great experience. I love this place! When I walked in there were a bunch of people that were so welcoming and helpful. I sat down and there was an amazing table that was set and amazing! I went to wash my hands and the bathrooms were huge and clean! When I ordered my food I wanted a pasta but I was vegan and there were some things that I couldn't eat that was on the pasta. I told them and they went out of their way to fix the pasta and make it vegan for me! Once I tasted the pasta I was amazed to notice that was so good and the tomato sauce was so soft and I could tell that it was homemade! After that I decided to look at the desserts and I was surprised because they had everything that a kid would want for dessert! When you walk into Pisces, it is such a beautiful room that you don't know where to look from the mosaic on the floor to the dark lighting every inch needs to be examined. When guided to your table, it's hard not to notice the beautiful waterfall and amazing outdoor seating space. Instantly you know that you are at a Wynn restaurant and a fantastic one at that. The wait staff in beyond friendly, courteous and accommodating and the service is wonderful. We started with some craft cocktails and they were fantastic. We started with the most delicious bread service and ordered several apps. We had the Shrimp cocktail and the shrimp was great and huge, the ceviche was out of this world and the wagyu beef carpaccio was some of the best I have ever had. We did order the crab cigars and that was the only item that was lackluster (would not order that again). The cockatiels kept flowing and we had our main courses we ordered that paella for two, the lobster spicy pasta. We also had the wagyu stuffed pasta all of which were outstanding, beautifully presented and tasted better than it looked. We also had the wagyu strip which was so delicious the table was fighting over the last bite. The waiter encouraged us to order several sides of which we did and the orzo was so good we ordered another. The Brussels sprouts and the asparagus with brown butter Hollandaise were amazing. I wish I could review the desert but we were so stuffed from the amazing food, carefully crafted cocktails and the amazing service. I can't review this restaurant without mentioning the waterfall shows that happen every 30 minute and are sure to make everyone smile. This is the perfect place to celebrate, take a date or just have an amazing dinner. Please try it and please live it as much as I did. read more
