The crab cigars were okay but a bit greasy, and the black truffle pasta was just fine--nothing memorable. The sea bass ceviche was the standout of the night--fresh and delicious. Amazing food and ambiance. They just need to work on the climate control. Inside it was way too cold from the A/C and even windy. Outside it was cold and the heaters looked cheap and didnt really work well... they should get European style heaters. One waiter thankfully not ours (ours was very nice) was rude when we complained from extreme cold inside... Besides that which should be an easy fix. Amazing place. read more

The ambiance is unreal! Even the hostess attire is breathtaking. The walls beautiful, bar beautiful, bathroom has the neatest tall tall doors and simply beautiful. They serve you a circle croissant roll with two spreads...very pretty. The Pisces ceasar salad is huge the dressing has anxgoivies blended in and you can hardly tell the parm is shredded finely along with hard boiled egg. We got this special side which was orzo cheese and two crab meats very good. The rib eye was good but precutting it took out some of the moisture. Delilah's rib eye was perfection. The Greek yogurt for dessert was large and the cherry compote was quite tart...my mom loved it. Their drink menu had the best stories behind each one. That was the experience my wife and I had this evening. Listen the ambiance, food and service was all that we could have asked for. Equal to and better than any expectation we might have had. However, those elements paled in comparison to the connection with those that engaged with us; spent time with us; valued us. Alissa (GM), Charmaine (AGM), Mike (Waiter), Alex (Waiter), were nothing short of spectacular. If all else was average my wife and I would go back just to hang out with them. They had a job to do, but for the time they spent with us they made my wife and I feel as if we were the only ones in the restaurant. Relationships take both sides to engage and bring something to the table and make it all that it can be. Pisces was a nice fresh take on seafood with a Mediterranean identity. Delicious cocktails that were nice and balanced and very unique dishes. We sat on the patio and had perfect weather and a view of the lake shows every 30 mins. My sister is gluten sensitive so they brought her gluten free bread service that was a focaccia with a tomato sauce. Also their pastas are made with double zero semolina flour imported from Italy, our server informed us that it would be acceptable for people with some gluten sensitivity. It was delicious! DON'T GO TO PISCES. You are way better off going to SW Steakhouse. The service at Pisces is terrible!! There is no comparison between the two restaurants. Pisces restaurant buildout is beautiful but the hot dishes come out cold. I have been to Pisces twice now because I wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt but the food is nothing special. SW has much better service and the food comes out hot. I have no idea how the Wynn opened such a terrible restaurant. The crab cigars came out soggy and cold. It literally came out 3 minutes after we ordered them. It was obviously they were just sitting under a heat lamp. You have to ask the staff multiple times when you want something as simple as more bread or more cocktail sauce. Our bill came out to $250 a person for subpar service and food. Go to SW for a beautiful meal and top service. read more

We have been fortunate enough to dine in some amazing places over the years and I was trying to decide where Pisces fit with the best ones. I decided it was was Top Four. Right after three 3-Michelin star restaurants which were unforgettable. One in Chicago, one in New York and one in Paris. The service was impeccable right off the bat, the menu varied and creative enough for every taste. Tim explained some of the highlights and we went with a couple of his suggestions. Alex is a national treasure that had me sample wine from another region to compare it to the one I had chosen. I went with his! Amazing! Ate at the bar and had the pleasure of meeting Jonathon, excellent server!l and conversationalist! My husband and I shared the best salad (so so good, the lettuce was so crisp and fresh), the fisherman stew (which for the price was totally worth it - so much seafood we couldn't even finish it all), and the beef cheek agnolotti (yum yum yum). The portions were all generous, we didn't finish a single dish between us and not because it wasn't all delicious - literally had no room for more! There was a lot more we wanted to try but this was a great mix of veggies, seafood, and meat/pasta and really was a wonderful meal. One tip, men can't wear flip flops! We had tried to to the night before around 5 pm and hubby was in nice shorts and a golf polo and nice flip flops and we got turned away at the door - at that was a Tuesday night in Vegas slow season so I would imagine the dress code is even stricter if you are there at a prime time/season. read more

Went to Pisces for our anniversary. And wow. One of the most gorgeous restaurants I've ever been to. Dark wood with copper tones. Whoever designed this restaurant .. bravo. We made reservations to sit outside but it was like 105 so we decided to sit inside and they accommodated us quickly. Bobby was superb with his service and the knowledge of the menu, as well as the whole staff/assistants serving our table. Started with the bread service which is half of croissant ish? Buttery fantastic! Romesco that came with it was my wife's favorite. -Mediterranean ceviche- 5/5 perfectly balanced deliciousness -Crab cigars- 4/5? I liked it. My wife thought it was ok. It's like a crab cake spring roll. Presentation was nice with the dry ice -Greek salad- 5/5 highly recommended by Bobby.. it was so good, think we filled up on this too much. (I don't even like salads.. ) my wife said it was the best version she ever had. The vinaigrette and feta were exceptional For entrees. I was eyeing the paella for two. But was talked out of it since it was "heavy" and a lot of food for 2 people. So decided on 2 entrees instead. Wife was craving steak so she went with the ribeye.. 5/5 amazing crust, came to table pre sliced. Cooked perfect medium rare. But that char!! Amazing!! I had the blue fin tuna- 4/5 which was described as a deconstructed play on a Wellington. I liked it. Didn't love it. But it was a different taste profile than the usual soy/ginger/sesame tuna preparation you get everywhere. The fruit mostarda was really tasty cutting through the richness of the tuna and the porcini reduction. We ordered the truffled potato Kibbeh. Clouds of potato, lightly fried and covered in Parmesan snow. Delicious. Little bland with the strong entrees but think it was needed. At this point we were so full but had to try the Greek yogurt soft serve. They had me at bakalava donuts. Holy amazeballs. Creamy soft serve with tart cherries and sweet bakalava. It was perfect ending to a decadent dinner. Oh not to forget, wofe had their dirty and spicy martini?? She loved it and still raves about it. And also the best glass of sancere she said she ever had. (Sauvignon blanc) My dry gin martini was on point as well. Overall, from atmosphere, service, the whole team working like a fine tuned machine, to the food. This was worth the splurge, and can't wait to come back next time visiting Vegas. We had friends visiting Vegas as well and told them how amazing this place was. Had the opportunity to fine here last weekend. Walked in having pretty high expectations just because I haven't gone to any Wynn restaurant that I wouldn't return to. Sadly I think this might be the one that I take a pass on a return trip. There was nothing wrong with the food but also nothing great about it. Starting with what we ordered Crab cigars Dozen oysters mix of east and west Pisces paella 24oz steak Asparagus Wagyu pasta dish We also got 3 rounds of cocktails. Starting with the bread. It was sense and hard and honestly kinda sad to eat if not for the delicious sauces that came with it. Crab cigars were ok but lacked presentation, they just looked like egg rolls. The biggest disappointment came from the paella, the overall fish was way over salted, and the spiny lobster was heavy overcooked and dry. The steak was ok and so was the wagyu pasta dish. When coming to cocktails I just don't think they put as much effort into curating a menu that excites and expresses the Mediterranean. Most cocktails were classics like a dirty martini and expresso martini. None were bad just didn't feel well thought out and amazing. Service was good and attentive. Overall I don't think it's a bad restaurant, it's just not a good one and definitely does not live up to the reputation that the rest of the Wynn restaurants like SW and Delilah have accomplished. I don't mean for this to be a bad review but in hopes that you learn from this and hopefully change my mind in the future. read more

I was so excited to dine here after watching Shin Vegas' YouTube review, and I'm happy to say it absolutely lived up to the hype. From the start, the hostesses were warm and welcoming. Something that's not always a given in Vegas, where service can sometimes feel a little cold and snooty. I mentioned how excited I was to try the restaurant and how different it looked from Lakeside, and they actually shared some behind-the-scenes info about the remodel as they walked us to our table. Fun fact: the chairs are made of fish skin leather! I had to Google what that was exactly, but how cool is that? Our server was attentive and kind, and we ended up getting help from the sommelier when choosing a wine. We mentioned wanting a red under $250, and of course, he suggested a bottle that was $268 - because no one at the Wynn is going to aim under budget! That said, it was a special occasion, and the wine was excellent, so we went with it. The complimentary bread was a highlight - pane sfogliato, which had a flaky sourdough croissant-like texture, served with roasted pepper and hummus dips. The crab cigars were absolutely delicious, and both the Dover sole and the Wagyu beef cheek agnolotti were standout dishes. We shared both and felt perfectly satisfied, with just enough room for coffee and dessert. Speaking of dessert!!! The Dubai Rocher was phenomenal, easily one of the best I've had in ages. We also really enjoyed the decaf coffees. My only minor disappointment was not getting a complimentary dessert for our anniversary...I wouldn't have asked, but a little surprise would've made the night extra memorable. Also, my water glass did go empty for a bit despite several table runners and what looked like managers walking by, but it was refilled quickly once I asked. I appreciated the table runner de-crumbing our table before dessert, as well. Overall, this was a wonderful experience. The food, service, and ambiance all made it feel really special. The restaurant is gorgeous. It sits next to the lake of dreams across from SW Steakhouse. The bar is particularly beautiful and sitting there having a drink along with overlooking the lake of dreams is magnificent. The service is also superb. The staff are very well trained and well informed about the menu, drinks and wine. In these regards, the restaurant is superb. The food however, is just ok. We had appetizers which were good but the main courses were not spectacular. For appetizers we had the crispy shrimp (just ok), the crab cigars (just ok) and the Mediterranean bass ceviche ( this was delicious). For main course had paella alla pisces (just ok), wagyu beef cheek agnolotti (ok) and prawns and crab ala vodka (good, not great). All these three main courses I have had at other restaurants and were much better at other places. So as far as food is concerned, not great. But the ambience and service are excellent. After it was served, the server began to describe it and suddenly smashed it. Pieces went flying everywhere. He said that it was part of the presentation. It made a mess!
