We are always looking for new great restaurant experiences and Pisco Latin Kitchen fits the bill perfectly. New modern and fresh surroundings. There are so many choices on the menu, it was hard to choose. Our table ordered fish, vegetable paella, skirt steak, and a shredded beef dish. Lots of food and everyone was happy with the way their order tasted. Service was wonderful and by coincidence we ran into some friends from South America. Holy crap! I am so happy to have found this hidden gem! We stopped in on a Friday afternoon to try it out and I can't believe there wasn't a line out the door. We were taken care of so well by Joseph, who was so attentive and nice. The skinny margarita I had was simply perfect along with the fresh guac. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I have a new option near me for Latin food! This place is primarily Peruvian with just a couple of Cuban dishes. One of the dishes was phenomenal! Tostones relleno de camarones. Believe me that when I come back, I will be ordering that dish again! Outside of that, the lechon asado was tadty,bit dry. They need to add a little olive oil and garlic to that meat. But now that I know that it is primarily Peruvian, I will probably try the Peruvian dishes next time like limo saltado! One of the best restaurants in metro Atlanta. Exceptional use of herbs and spices. Started with Traditional Ceviche, Patatas Bravas and Fried Yucca. Would reorder all three! My son loved the Saltados. I had the "Surf and Turf." This was a combination of Grilled Shrimp and Angus Churrasco Steak, with a chimichurri sauce. All were excellent. Service and ambience were what you would expect at a much more expensive place. Finally, I should note my two young (7 and 9) grandsons loved the place. read more

Such a nice eatery with great Latin American food that I consider to be pretty authentic! Will be going back! Inside the door you'll find soothing modern decor in an intimate room. For my first visit, I started with the Passion Sour cocktail. Wow! Tasty! Worth repeating. Next, I chose Patatas Bravas and the Seafood Paella. Both items came in generous portions. The sauce / dip for the potatoes can be uneventful, but I found theirs to be delicious. My idea of Paella includes green peas and octopus. Although the seafood version's description did not include these items, I asked and was able to have them added. The Paella was enough for 3 meals. The staff was polite and attentive. I just want to start off by saying the food at Pisco's is very good. We've been to this restaurant 4 times and the food itself has been very consistent. Alongside the consistency of the very good food, there's the service that I am giving a 3 star rating for. The female bartender (chubby , dark haired girl) has been consistently rude every time we've been in there. She is non communicative, when appropriate requests for drinks are requested and a thank you for said drink is communicated to her, and she doesn't respond. The last time we were there, my husband was making sure she was using the same glass for his cocktail (he likes seasoned ice), and she VERY rudely said "I heard you the first time". She was making a different drink he simply thought she was making for him. We paid our tab and left, but we had planned to have dinner. We will most definitely not be back. I'm not sure what this young lady has going on in her life that she feels like she can treat customers this way , but we will go spend our money in a restaurant where we are treated with kindness the same way we always treat people . read more

I love the Appetizer that we ordered (crispy ceviche?)& their classic mojito was on point. My husband's grouper sandwich was superb. Their plantains was good too. However, my entrée Lechon Asada was disappointing. I've had better from other Latin places. The yellow rice that came with it wasn't that good also. But the service is good. read more

After visiting just about every Peruvian restaurant in Atlanta, Pisco has become our new favorite. Their ceviche is absolutely delicious with super fresh fish and a perfect "leche de tigre." Chaufas are another dish they get very well with a wonderful smoky hint. Every dish we have tried have been just amazing. No disappointments so far. Worth a visit every time. read more

This was our first visit to pisco and it was most enjoyable. As a lover of ceviche I ordered the ceviche Mixto which contains octopus and squid and fish and shrimp, red onions and conchas. I ordered the sauce, medium spicy, which was quite nice against the lime backdrop. I enjoyed all the seafood although, I think the fish had not marinated long enough as it was still more like sushi than ceviche. I topped my meal with an espresso which could do with some improvement. It was thin and had a few coffee grounds in it. Also, not to be picky, the cup that it is served in requires you to toss your head back really far because it is bowed making it difficult to drain the cup. The vegetarian paella was amazing. There aren't many places that have good options for vegetarians but I'm happy this option was available. Hopefully there will be more options added at some point but this place was truly great. I ordered on Uber eats and my food was still warm. The paella was sooo delicious and flavorful you don't have to add any seasoning or anything it was done perfectly. We started with the tostones & ropa vieja (appetizer), the portion for us was HUGE! Also, keep in mind it was girl's night (the other girl happened to be my 8 yr old ). We had the crispy calamari, again... HUGE portion!! If I ever come across a guest claiming this restaurant to be overpriced I will personally respond to them! Prices were very comfortable for the portions and authenticity of each meal! Even if my husband was with us there's no way we could finish anything (I digress). My mom lives in Florida and one of my daughter's fave restaurants is Wave (Gloria Estefan), so we visit quite often and she is familiar with the flavor profiles. Even though Gloria's is Cuban and Pisco is listed as Peruvian... black beans need to be seasoned properly , tostones & ropa vieja are staple , sweet plaintains , etc... the similarities have been met! While we were there she said, "this may be better than our restaurant at Nan's" . SN: this child is a food snob, so if she's sold we may as well have them pencil us in for standing resy's. We also had the pollo a la planchard, all I can say is chef's kiss!! We took it easy because it was our first time and I wanted to make sure it would be added to our rotation. It will be Lastly, customer service truly deserves 10 's!! Our server, which I didn't catch his name but he was the most professional, attentive, super efficient server!! (he had braces, if that helps... I will report back his name when we go back ) Imagine a cozy restaurant where everyone participates in delivering the most pleasurable experience. Everyone was so engaged and readily available (think Houston's). We truly enjoyed our dinner and I was happy that I gave Pisco a go!! Fantastic dinner. Great little place. We had paella which was superb. Loaded with chicken and sausage and fish .. house salad was superb, the skirt steak was cooked perfectly and the chimichurri was superb. This new restaurant has a lot of potential. The atmosphere is nice, the drinks feature fresh juice, and the servers are efficient and pleasant. Components of all the dishes that 4 of us tried were well executed: meats and fish cooked properly, the veg and rice side dishes tasty. What is missing - and can be easily remedied - are spices and seasoning. When you think Latin food, you think of these things. Not necessarily heat, but a mouthful of flavor. If the chef will be a tad more heavy handed in that area, I predict this place will be hard to get in to. TIP: If you want either paella, order before you get drinks, as this dish takes 45 minutes. read more

We just stumbled upon this restaurant. We LOVE ceviche so when we saw ceviche bar we had to try it. We started with the ceviche mixto that was delicious. We got it mild with a side if hot sauce since our daughter doesn't do spicy. We ordered from the lunch menu - grouper, Lechon asado, and crispy chicken sandwich. Everything was good. My wife thinks the lechon asado was the best pork she's ever had. We finished with tres leches. I'm a big fan but many places don't make it traditionally or it's kinda dry. Pisco's verdin was great!
