    5 taco platter

Nice chill place with a good bit of seating either inside or outside. Me and my friend sat on the patio one random Wednesday night, and it was packed! They are located right next to another taco place, but it was empty.. which makes me want to try the place because I can me missing out lol! Anywho... There's a parking lot with a good bit of spots, but not enough for the crowd that was there on Wednesday. We did circle both lots twice, before we were able to get a spot right when a couple was leaving. They have really great deals I ordered 5 tacos and a side for about 14 dollars! and you're able to pick between flower or corn tortillas! My favorite tacos were the veggie and cauliflower. The tacos came with a lime, but other than that.. they were pretty dry which made me sad, because they have potential! Overall I'd go back again.. but I'd go early enough to get parking

I went to dinner at Pistolero's I had the Green Chile Burger with fries. It was really good and season good. My wife have the 5 street tacos of course I ate two of them they were really good and seasoned good as well. The customer service was nice and the restaurant was pretty clean. I also had a house margarita it's tasted good mostly like juice. I couldn't really taste any of the tequila in it.

Ya know pistoleros host a pretty dope taco Tuesday! Who can beat $2 tacos. But the worst part about the experience be the parking. There is an expanded lot that is providing some relief parking spits until the taco place is finished being built. But once it opens it up it will continue the struggle. There is valet parking though. Anyrate they offer a full menu but I came on their taco Tuesday which was pretty clutch. And they have happy hour as well. You can pick the type of tequila they use which is nice. There is indoor/outdoor seating and thankfully the outdoor seating is covered and there are fans.

I stopped here for a breather while walking along the streets of Montrose. I kinda wish I would have kept walking, if I'm being honest. Why? I don't have much to say about this place, because I didn't bother to order anything else after my appetizer, but I do have a story for you. I ordered some chips and queso, right?! The waitress brought it over and I was dying to dig in. The chips were cold and the cheese was barely warm. I still took a bite, only to realize it didn't have the best taste. I can't even explain what it tasted like. I let the waitress know about it, right? She took it back and didn't even try to whisper about the fact that I was the second person who returned it. She said she had tried the queso herself earlier and it was nasty. My mouth dropped! Not real sure why she didn't suggest I not order it, but hey. Goes without saying that I will not be returning.

Great place to go on a Tuesday for the $1.50 tacos and happy hour! Tacos were delicious! Portobello was surprisingly seasoned well and delicious for all my vegetarians out there and mushroom lovers! The blackened salmon was dry on its own so the green sauce was a great add! Beer battered fish was perfect. Would def come again! We got there and had to wait for 30 minutes and just waited at the bar. Def a good time and caught up with some old friends here. Would def come again!

pistoleo's is definitely worth a visit! i stopped in for happy hour, which is always a good idea. they have a wide range of tacos, so there is something for everyone. i ordered the cauliflower taco and the fried shrimp taco. the cauliflower taco definitely left me wanting something more-- more flavor, more sauce, more something. the shrimp taco was definitely the star of the show. the service was great! and the vibe was on point. they played 2000s r&b which is always a good idea!! if you're in the area, and wanting a chill tex-mex vibe -- definitely pop in! bonne santé

I cannot say enough good things about Pistoleros so I'll let it speak for itself when you go. What I will say is that they currently hold the title for my favorite frozen strawberry margarita. I'm actually thinking about having one as I type this. They finally have their own parking lot! I remember when we used to have to park on the side streets and pray that your car would be there when you came back. There is also a Photo Booth on the kiosk right in front of the bar that captures itself and its iconic sign in the background!

We visited on Sunday a little after they opened. Our server was kind and very helpful. I had a beef fajita taco and a fried shrimp taco. Both were great. The elote was just okay.

I went to Pistolero's for my birthday on Cinco de Mayo weekend and boy were they accommodating and friendly! The service was A+! They served a table of 14 girls and they didn't skip a beat. I loved my steak and shrimp tacos and jalapeño poppers. We had a little of everything on our table. They have a great Saturday Happy Hour on food and drinks. I will def come back for a brunch.

Pistolero was a pleasant surprise. At the spur of the moment I wanted to hang out for happy hour. This spot popped up on the list somehow and we decided to check it out. There was a little wait upon arrival but it wasn't bad. This place seems to be pretty popular, judging the crowd. The taco Tuesday food and drink specials are on point. I had "a few" fish tacos and margaritas. The waiter was very patient and informative. I can't wait to return!

I love Pistolero's! Easily one of the best happy hours in the city. I love the nachos and elote, and the food always comes out so fast. Valet parking only with a very small lot, so I usually just Uber. The drinks aren't that strong but what do you expect for $5 margs. Enjoy the huge outdoor area with lots of fans to keep you cool :)

We came in for after noon drinks and snacks. It was a rainy day so there was absolutely none else here but that was okay. I love the decor, the music was great and there was plenty of space at the bar as well as other sitting areas. To our surprise it was happy hour so we ordered a bunch of shareable apps. The drinks were all great, not to mention the Michelada was probably the best I've ever had. I will be back!

Taco Tuesday was a hit. We tried the pastor, pork and fajita. The margaritas were freshing and they have widen the park lot. The restaurant Taco stand is coming nextdoor. The waiter was amazing working the inside and patio while being attentive and getting those orders out.

Considering the recent shutter of other places (#2) within the hospitality umbrella, it's not too big of a surprise that Wooster's would also be in the crosshairs. The space was always a nice mix of indoor and outdoor seating, which combined with its dedicated parking lot made this an easy drinking outlet for all kinds of occasions. The intimate indoor space was lovely and well ventilated, and it felt like there wasn't ever a moment where the bar wasn't slammed. The outdoor space was much of the same, with lots of tables and chairs, and even the trendy swing chairs facing the city. The only thing that was a little bit of a liability were those open flame heaters; it would only take on person to accidentally walk into one or trip onto it. For libations, the drinks were well priced, well made, and always potent. I appreciated the aesthetics, as well as the bartenders who made them. The only part that wasn't exciting was the limited food menu, which did its part as munchies for the drink heavy crowd, but was mediocre otherwise. The space is already undergoing the new facelift of a separate concept, one of which I hope will do the area justice, just as much as Wooster's did. ____________ (#1) The Kirby Group. (#2) R.I.P. There's also an outdoor area too if you wanna hang out, the day I went, it was raining so it was closed, but I could see that being really nice in the summer. They have a really, really big drink menu. And a lot of cocktails. I drank a pretty in pink, it was a tasty drink and I highly recommend. Very good and classic cocktail, sweet and tangy and aesthetically pretty. I think it's a classic sports bar with a bunch of TVs that you could just watch any sort of game and grab a drink or a beer. I would say the appeal of the location is probably the vast drink menu. On the menu, there's a lot of real food, or shareables. I was with a large group so we stuck to more shareable's. The pizza was good and pretty standard. I thought the nachos wasn't as good, the steak was kind of overcooked, but still a great shareable item. Service was a really fast and accommodating. We ended up having to change tables multiple times because of our guest count, but they were really helpful about it and accommodating. The only saying that I didn't like is that they don't have a lot that you can self park. It's valet only it's $10 on the weekdays and $20 on the weekends. The area is relatively safe, but I ended up valet because of just a lot of people walking around the area. It felt more safe, but the valet was definitely more expensive than I would've preferred. First things first: parking. They offer valet with two options. We were told it was $20 for them to park your car in their lot (I'm guessing that's their "VIP" option) or $10 for them to take your car to a parking garage. I chose the $10 option, and funny enough, they still parked my car in the VIP lot area anyway, so no complaints there. As for the restaurant itself, it's very spacious with a really nice vibe. It would be a good spot for happy hour, catching up with friends, or a casual date night. The service was pretty quick and they were also considerate in allowing me and one of my friends sit about 15-20 minutes earlier than our party's reservation start time rather than us having to sit at the bar or something. For drinks, I tried the French 75 and the Pretty in Pink. Completely different vibes, but both were tasty and well made. Food-wise, I started with the Brussels sprouts, and honestly, they weren't my favorite. I felt like they needed a sauce or something to tie everything together because when I took the leftovers home and paired them with an aioli, they were significantly better. The calamari was pretty decent, and surprisingly, the side house salad was probably the best thing I ate all night, which made me laugh because it wasn't anything particularly special. Overall, this isn't a place I'd rush back to on my own, but it was still a solid experience. I wouldn't be opposed to returning if someone else suggested it, especially for happy hour, the drinks, and the atmosphere.
