Worst experience that I have had in a while. Went there Sunday afternoon. Could not get a hostess to seat us or anyone to even acknowledge us? Then we find out that there was only one server? And she was also the hostess, drink person and would take your order? There were at least five tables waiting for her to get a drink and for her to take their order? Then we noticed that there was only one cook in the restaurant? I believe it would have taken at least an hour or more to even get our food? I wouldn't waste my time ever going there again. Nice sized portions! Definitely more of a fusion place, but overall very good. We opted for the spinach and cheese quesadilla, and the wrapping was perfectly crispy and seasoned. The Philly Steak Pita was massive! The meat was perfectly seasoned and sliced so thinly. There was a lot of cheese on it, and the pita bread held up very well with all of the juices. I would give a no start if I could. We had dinner here last night. First, the table and seats were damp, and we had to ask for dry towels to dry them ourselves. We were seated without silverware and had to request utensils. I ordered salmon, which was completely undercooked on the inside, and my partner's gyro arrived cold like the pita came straight from the fridge and the meat not hot. It felt understaffed, and although the meal was comped due to the issues, the compensation didn't fully offset the discomfort. I came here with my family a few days ago, I had salmon, and my family ordered a Mediterranean salad and a Gyro. It was so good and the portions are amazing. We also enjoyed the atmosphere and the service was great. Definitely will be coming back. Also, it is healthy food. read more

Horrible Service... like so many other reviews service here is hit or miss and this time is was a huge miss. It was our grandmas first time dining at Pita Jungle she had some basic questions about the menu. The waitress said are you going to order or just have water! So rude and uncalled for. When the meal came she didn't bring silverware after we asked, my daughter got up and got it for us. At the end we asked for a to go box all she brought over was the bottom not top again my daughter went and picked up the top for the box. The food was okay, definitely not as consistent as other locations. My chicken dish came w no dressing just plain. read more

The service was super slow, they were not welcoming and not overly friendly. No carbonation in the sodas / very flat. We told the server and he essentially said their CO2 machine was fine and still charged us $4 per soda. We ordered chicken schwarma... that was not carved off anything.... It was grilled chicken. The hummus and baba ganoush were the only items that were decent. The food otherwise was very mid and very dry. The menu made it sound like the bowls and wraps would be loaded with goodies and their photos on the website look NOTHING like the meals in person. Service was amazing...I never saw the bottom of my iced tea and they made sure that I had enough ice in it. (Nothing worse than room temperature iced tea) Had the chicken shawarma bowl. Very hit or miss and unfortunately tonight was a miss. The staff up front were so kind and pleasant when I picked up my order--5 stars for them!! The issue was the food--not good/edible. I ordered the lentil fetoosh salad and every time I have had it before it comes with a large portion of salad and a side of rice and lentils. This time I got a large portion of rice and hardly any salad (I separated it out to show how little was given). The rice was also crunchy and undercooked. Pita Jungle has been a "go to" favorite place of mine for a quick, tasty and healthy bite to eat. The decor much like the staff and eclectic and friendly. I do not recall ever having bad service. The menu took a bit of a hit post-covid, like most establishments of this caliber of food quality. However it seems to be back to the consistency pre-2020. The seared ahi tuna with hummus is a personal favorite. I would be hard pressed to find something I didn't like on the menu. I have used them for large catering events and the food, was just as delicious. read more

This restaurant has improved so much over the last couple of years I had to write a review. It clearly went through some changes and the manager really takes an interest in how things are running. The food is fabulous and I no longer worry about getting the wrong item or missing items when we order take out. Well done management. The improvements are remarkable. So yummy their breakfast burrito is over the top chorizo eggs guacamole with a toasted flour tortilla Yum Yum. I have breakfast here often when I'm at work. The staff is super nice, friendly and expeditious as fast as you can be with getting the freshest food possible. They also have a cilantro jalapeño hummus with pita chips that are seasoned to perfection. I highly recommend those also. Everything is always very clean which I appreciate. Came in on my lunch break to get a quick bite. Spent $18 for a pita burger in potatoes got in my vehicle to eat and my potatoes were cold no warmth at all. So disappointing now I'm waiting for fresh potatoes and now my burger is getting cold. This is not a Good Friday check your food b4 leaving cause now I have to rush and eat can't even enjoy. Update got the new potato left to go eat started off with my burger cause I didn't want it to get to cold. Potatoes were nice and hot but why the were hard like they weren't cooked long enough I will not go to this location. My husband and I just ordered 2 Philly Steak Pitas. I don't know if it's because it's half an hour before they close or bad service in general. My pita had a long hair embedded in the steak. Also, the meat was very dry and hardly had any cheese on it. I've eaten at Pita Jungle before never had a problem. Their food is always fresh and flavorful. I did talk to Nick, the manager and he gave me a refund for 1 pita and apologized. Unfortunately I am very disappointed and probably won't be back! read more

The food and service here are excellent. The food is delicious and tasty and you can find just about anything you like. The wait staff are friendly and good natured. One side of the restaurant opens up onto a small lake and you can sit outside overlooking the lake on an outdoor patio. It has the feel of a family run operation. We go there often. read more

Well I really do love the jungle, but last night was way off. Service was horrible and slow and it looked like everyone that worked there was 20yrs old. I never saw anybody that looked like a manager. Arrived at 620pm on a Thursday. The place was maybe half full. Hostess greets us and shows us to our table...the weird thing was, she walked us around the whole room before seating us. It stood out to me because the table was a straight shot from the door, so that was odd. We sit and peruse the menu and after a few minutes I noticed no one has stopped by to say anything....finally a young woman comes over and says she's helping so-and-so tonight and that person will be over to take our order shortly. She got us our iced teas and we waited. And waited. The place wasn't THAT packed, but we finally stopped a young woman and asked if we could order. She went and grabbed a notepad and came back. She seemed really off....like she didn't know what she was doing. We ordered an appetizer and 2 entrees. We were at a small 2 top table, so I made sure to tell her we wanted the appetizer first. That's not what happened. Someone brought our food out all at the same time....now we have 4 plates on this tiny table.. As I watched the room, it became clear to me that perhaps some people called in, because it seemed like chaos. The waitress never checked on us and we had to flag someone else down to refill our drinks. The one who took our order had tunnel vision, meaning she only looked in front of her and didn't ever look around the room, to see if anyone needed anything or to check on her tables. I saw other diners flagging servers and bussers down as well.... The food was amazing as usual, but service was non existent. Again, I never saw anyone that looked like they were in charge, unless they were hiding in the office. Not sure what was up last night, but it was like the Twilight Zone. read more

I'm sorry, but a place called Pita Jungle should at least have good Pitas. They do not. They were dry, tore very easily, and not properly cooked at all. The rest of the meal was equally unpleasant. Cold meat, lack of seasoning, just overall very disappointing. If you want a good gyro, try Green Corner. This place is the Arby's of the pita bread world. read more

Mediterranean fusion food. Falafel is 3 stars, most food 4-5 stars, tahina sauce has a kicky spice added, not garlicky or lemony, which is ok for a fusion. Service is fast and parking ample. Classy strip mall. Nice open space and patio. By the way, my three stars rating of the falafel was taken seriously by management and they reached out to me as the falafel connaisseur then to their cooking the team at the restaurant.
