Ordered a falafel wrap (comes standard with lettuce/tomato, fries, onions, hummus) and I added tzatziki + kalamata olives + feta. Was not expecting it to be so MASSSIVE, like super full of fresh toppings and incredible falafel. The pita was fluffy and soft yet held up so well despite how stuffed it was. Honestly one of the best pita wraps I've had in a long time, made even more fabulous by how friendly and fun all the gentlemen working the counter and kitchen were. They also offer a plant-based meat option which I feel like is rare at these spots but I appreciate it a ton and have to try it next tiiime. Tons of other entrees, apps, sides, and drinks to choose from. Many people were in and out with their meals as I ate around 2PM so it's a quick, healthier option in the area. This spot is located inside Urban Space in Midtown East. I really enjoy the food however some of the team seems unhappy to be working there. Except for the young Latino guy at the register. He always has a nice disposition and is always polite however, I can't say the same for the young woman who takes the orders. She is always rushing (even when you're the only one on the line). The man with the goatee seemed inconvenienced (he handles the meat portions by the woman. I'm not sure if he's the manager or the owner but he is not the friendliest. Service should always be with a smile in my book especially if you're a small business among many in a shared space. Also you would think that for a $17.00 bowl they would at least be kinder to the Patrons that support their business. Their meat is well seasoned so I usually try to overlook their lack of service. They let you customize your order but when asked questions or asking they seem standofish. During my last visit here, I convinced my colleague on Tuesday to give them a try since the food is tasty and she (my colleague) asked a simple question and they barely opened their mouths to answer while she ordered her bowl.
