I loved the pita bread that they gave with the plate, I thought it was nice and fluffy on the inside and a little crisp. I never post 1 star reviews and I really didn't want to do this but honestly I think this deserves to be shared. This is my first time trying this spot and I made that clear to the lady as I politely ask her to Guide me through the menu I ended up spending over $50 with my brother on some food to try it out we got the burrito which was awful and I honestly couldn't even eat it so I started to bite into the cheese burger I also bought and the meet was so dry and it tasted like high school lunch meat. I hesitated to get up and say something but I was starving and it really was just low quality food. So I walk up to the register and po lightly ask the lady if she can remove some things or exchange my burrito that I've taken one bite out of as I explained my situation and how I would have liked something els the guy behind her said he can help and she immediately said she can't help it's almost like she didn't want to help I can understand if I spent $10-$13 that's fine I'll just go somewhere els but when I've spent $50+ and couldn't even eat nothing but the fries. She could have at least attempted to help me. Not to mention the fact that she doesn't know what "your welcome" means after thanking her many times throughout the process before tasting the food. We got 2 gyro wraps. The were very good, large. The pita bread was soft, warm, tasted good. The tomatoes and onions were fresh, big chunks of tomatoes. So, the service here is a little awkward. The young lady working the counter seems to not really understand what I'm saying at first and I think that makes her come off a little cold but I have noticed that when she GETS what you're saying then she smiles and warms up. A quick note for the owner - Please do not burn the Falafals when you fry them. I would suggest investing in a timer to fry the falafal's for the right amount of time. There are multiple reviews that complain about this and even I noticed that when our plates were being prepared, the falafals were burnt, so the cook replaced them before plating them.
