The pizza I was served this evening was DISTGUSTING. The dough was literally raw (as in I could stretch it), even though I ordered the pizza well done. There was 3-4 times as much red sauce as there should ever be on a pizza, to the extent that my wife was scooping it off the top with a spoon because it was literally bursting up through the cheese. The best part? There was so much white sauce on the pizza that the entire box was saturated in it, and it leaked through the box and all over the rear seat of my wife's car. A fucking mess and food that wasn't edible is what we got for $60+. Ordered chicken fingers dinner a couple weeks ago. They didn't start cooking it until I arrived. This happened to me before so they told me I'd get a free one next time. Tried to order a medium pizza today instead of the dinner ( both items cost the same- $15.99). They would not substitute. Seems to me if they wanted my business they'd make an adjustment. Spent $51.00 for medium pizza and 10 wings on Halloween night 2025 at about 8:15pm. We live in Spencerport delivery came about 9or 9:10 pm, we order almost every Friday night . Pizza and wings arrived below room temp , pepperoni was dry as hell , I think it was cooked separately and then thrown on top of the pizza because not one piece was stuck to pizza and it crumbled apart when you touched it. Ordered thin crust but got regular to thick crust, bottom was wet with heavy moisture. Now the chicken wings I ordered very well extra sauce. They were cold also and dry as hell !! No sauce on them when I asked for extra wing sauce. I have placed this similar order many times and we have liked it very much but the last two times no good !! They were extremely busy with probably 10 people working the counter and kitchen but I was waited on promptly and my order was ready on time. It looked great and was good but not as tasty as I had hoped. Crust was rather plain but toasted nicely, but I think the topping were a bit skimpy especially the onions. First five orders of Sheet Pizza and 50 wings for $95 were very good and above average. Most recent order had wings that were a lot smaller and therefore severely over-cooked. The guys usually eat the entire order, but this time I had more than 30 wings left when everyone left. Pizza was average. I have ordered from Pizza 151 once here in Chili, and another time previously in Batavia. The Batavia location really "delivered" on their Hawaiian pizza and pickle pizza; enough for me to make the trip to the Chili location with the hope for a repeat experience. I ordered on a Saturday at 11 am, because my spouse had to go into a B shift at work. I figured since it was during peak hours (no football games, etc.) the pies should be excellent. Upon pick up the counter staff was attentive and located my order quickly. I tipped and was on my way. The pizza was hot and fresh, but I didn't feel like the product was worth the price, and the toppings were skimpy on one of the pies. I received a free large pizza coupon from a fundraising event at the Churchville-Chili high school, so I had to give this place a try. The pizza was overall pretty good and I personally enjoyed the flavor of the sauce more than anything. My only complaint was that the crust was a little chewy. Pretty decent pizza. I got a regular sauce pepperoni and a sweet sauce pepperoni slice. I really enjoyed the contrast between the two. If I only had sweet sauce, the sweetness would get a little overwhelming for me but I'm not a huge sweet food fan. The regular sauce has a really nice Italian seasoning flavor. Definitely worth trying, overall glad I tried this pizza but prob wouldn't be my go to weekly. The dough is pretty thick but has a nice flavor. The first few times we had Pizza 151 it was great, but it consistently has not been great since. Today we ordered sweet sauce and it was definitely not sweet sauce (and hardly any sauce anyways - see picture). The time before today's, we ordered cheese on only half (we have lactose intolerance in our house), and it came with all cheese. My family has been living in the Chili area for around 3 years now, and we have bounced around between 5-6 pizza places in the area (even going as far as Henrietta) trying to find the best. About a year ago we found 151 and our search is over! I've experienced consistent quality with the food, the service has always been great and reasonably quick, not to mention their recipes are really good. At this point we've ordered at least a dozen times and I feel that is a good indication for consistency. Not to mention they have great prices and run some really good deals. The pan pizza is my favorite but we also like their regular crust. You can tell that the dough is fresh made, and they have a good selection of topping options. I also appreciate that they have a few other options on the menu; for example when my picky step daughter decides she doesn't want pizza she can get pasta, which she almost always finishes, to my complete surprise! It's just Marks 2.0. We ordered last night and had a delivery. I realized Pizza 151 was in the old Mark's location when I manually entered the 151 phone# into my cell and. "Mark's Pizza" came up as a labeled contact. The food arrived and this is just Marks Pizza made by someone else. The sauce is nearly identical. The crust appears to be the same. Even cooked on a Mark' pan as the crust has the 'speed bumps' on the bottom like Mark's did. Sauce, cheese and toppings are skimpy as Mark's used to do. Which is why we stopped ordering from them in the first place. We did have a few small issues with our order and was delivered 30min later than promised. That said, everyone was very helpful, very friendly. I would come back for the service. It's the Mark's pizza that would be a reason not to. We ordered this for dinner for the first time after receiving the coupons in the mail. We used the 2, 2-topping medium pizza coupon and got a side of their 151 breadsticks. We were a bit concerned after seeing reviews saying it was just Marks under a different name, but we all thought it tasted and looked very different than marks, which was good! That being said, they really gotta work on improving their pizza-making. The crust was good, a bit doughy as some mentioned but we tend to like that. However, we got a white and red pizza. The red pizza was light on sauce and the white pizza was even worse, some slices seemed like there was no sauce at all. The breadsticks were probably the best part as they were essentially just a pizza with garlic and red sauce. They really need to use the amount of sauce on their breadsticks on everything else. The chicken on the white pizza was pretty bland as well, making for a doughy, dry, tasteless. The meal wasn't terrible, the pieces are there to be good, but execution for a pizza place is lacking considering there is some good competition around.
