We tried the pepperoni, combo, and white sauce pizzas. The pepperoni was simple yet delicious with just the right amount of saltiness and a nicely balanced cheese-to-pepperoni ratio. The combo had good toppings, but I wish the crust had been a little crispier to give it more texture. The white slice was easily the standout of the three. It was loaded with a concentrated garlicky flavor, rich without being overwhelming, and the slice I'd order again in a heartbeat. The pizzas were a tad oily on top, but that's pretty expected for a New York-style slice and didn't take away from the overall experience.

And the white slice was a disappointment - I've had better at Whole Foods and Prime Pizza here in L.A. And it was sooo greasy - yes, traditional NY style slices are supposed to be greasy and maybe this is a side effect of getting older, but my stomach could not handle it. I don't know Secret Pizza, maybe it's time for us to part ways. You are a good value on the strip though. Maybe I'll give cheese another chance next time, we'll see. On a side note, I used to always get something from one of the Art-O-Mat vending machines at the hotel back when it was $5 per item. When the price doubled I protested. I guess this place only sold whole pies until fairly recently. Their ad reads that the slices come with either a beer or a "craft soda". I wasn't feeling like a beer in the middle of the afternoon, so I got a soda. A can of regular Coke. Not exactly a craft soda, IMO. Anyway, the slices came a few minutes later, and they were good, thin NY style slices. No complaints about the taste and quality of the pizza. The reason I'm giving this place a 3-star review, and not 4, is basically because of the price. I realize that everything is way more expensive now than it was a few years ago, but $15 (with tax and tip) is just too much for what I received.
