First time here and I'm in love. Both the food and service were excellent. My fiancé and income here and tried the Chicks Shwarma platter and small Chicken Tikka pizza. They did not disappoint. We used the little coupon in the back of the menu and got a cheesecake slice for free because we spent over $30.00. Even the cheesecake was on point. The small pizza was so good we ordered an extra large to go. So glad we stopped in. Another great experience worth mentioning was that when my fiancé went back to purchase the pizza, an older gentleman, (possibly the owner or manager) offered him a sample mango flavored ice cream on the house. I drove 20 minutes to try this place after searching for a spot with good pizza. I was disappointed. The meatza pizza was undercooked. The meat was rubbery while the dough was still raw and it resembled Play Doh. The chicken wings were undercooked - very pink at the bone. I came out here with some friends who are regulars at Pizza and Gyro. We got the chicken tikka pizza and it was amazing! There's nothing I wouldn't do for a good Halal pizza joint! So happy to find one close to me. Additionally, their service was quick whereas many pizza places take at least 30 to 40 minutes to prepare your pizza. The pizza was a perfect blend of a little spice with an ever so slight sweetness. A large was definitely a good size for three people and we had leftovers still that I plan on enjoying today! I've been to this place 2 or 3 times and I wish it was closer to where I lived because I definitely would go more often. Everything I've had tastes good. Specifically their gyros and pizza (hence the name I guess). I love French fries in general but their fries are the perfect crisp to potato ratio. After a bad start to my morning, I sped to my cousin's (Alexis K.) down 95 S in the rain. I was tired, angry, and hungry so we decided to order delivery through yelp. We were being fatties and decided to get Pizza & Gyro! We ordered the spaghetti and meatballs, fettucine shrimp alfredo, cheesy garlic bread, and fries. The food took a long time to come sadly (75 minutes) and the food was not piping hot. We aren't picky eaters but the highlight of the meal were the fries, THE FRIGGIN' DELICIOUS CHEESY GARLIC BREAD, and the meatballs in the spaghetti! The spaghetti itself was alright and the fettucine shrimp alfredo I do not think I will be ordering again (kind of bland). I definitely give this place a 3.5/5 and want to try their gyros or a box of pizza for next time! I cannot get over how good that cheesy garlic bread was with the tomato dipping sauce. I made my own pizza (NYC style) by the order online via yelp: provolone cheese, black olives, fresh mushrooms, and pineapple, fresh tomatoes and extra cheese . Small size, as you see in the picture, and I think it has to be cheaper than $13.24 any add by $1.25 , The menu is very rich of choices. On one occasion I had food delivered and on another I went in, both times customer service was gratifying. They have now expanded to having space to dine in! This is really awesome considering they only had takeout before. The prices are justified with the consistent freshness and high quality taste. On average, an 8" sub w/French Fries is $7. Pizzas are a bit more, but the taste and customization are worth. Plus there's a monster 24" pizza for $19.99, so there's that. You have to try the cheesy bread, you can thank me later. They ALWAYS have coupons either online or on the back of the menu in store and they're not stingy so that's pretty sweet. What I can really admire about this place is that although it's not a large, they're always working hard to make improvements whether it's the interior or the menu. Unprofessional staff, and RATS all over the place. Went to this place about 2 years ago, ordered food, after the order I saw about 3-4 rats inside the restaurant around the doorway, table area and behind the kitchen/register are. I wasn't comfortable in taking the food so I refused it cause of all the rats over the place. Lady told me that refusing the order, she would put me on a list that they can't serve to me, since it was already made. Whatever. I kept getting Auto text's from this place, "try this coupon, etc, we miss you come to pizza gyro etc" 2 Years later I thought I give this place another try, maybe they have cleaned up their act. So I called, dude picked up all confused, told him my order and he said hold on. Came back and said "I can't take you order" Then he hung up, So I called back to ask why, he the. hung up again no explanation. This is a typical shady business, don't know why they kept sending me texts messages to come back then to refuse my new order. First of all if you guys didn't have any RATS all over the place maybe I would of took it, it was your mistake of not keeping your restaurant clean. Food is mediocre, there are plenty of other places that have way better food and no rats either. If a restaurant has rats walking around your feet, would you order? Just think of the kitchen, food and cleanliness. Check out another review on here, that said there was Roach in her food? That was 3 months ago! Disgusting! I've been looking for decent pizza delivery in N Springfield since I came home 12 years a ago. How hard is it? It's pizza not a soufflé. I finally found this place. I called them, a very nice young man answered the phone and took my order. He also delivered it. I believe his name was Larry and he'd just started in the past couple of days. I think they should work to keep this young man. I never have high expectations of the pizza. No matter how many topping you want it always looks like you just got a couple. Not here. I ordered 5 toppings and the pizza was packed full and piled high, and it was good. I'll be keeping them in my contacts under pizza. I'll have to go buy and check them out in person. So glad I found this place. Three things I like about this place is that it's easy to find, the price is right, and the portions you get is great. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak 12in sub which costs $9.99 along with fries and a soda. They don't skimp on their fries either. I paid $15 for a sub/fries/drink and onion rings. This will definitely be the go to spot for me now. Also you get ketchup from the cooler with the sodas. I don't think they have ketchup for to go though. read more
