Steak & Cheese Worst Ever! Where's the cheese?? So the steak was plentiful even though kind of dry like my mother's Thanksgiving turkey, but I could not find the cheese. I literally called the restaurant after it being delivered because this was so bad. I almost had an argument over the phone with the gentleman at the restaurant who made my steak and cheese stating he placed slices of cheese on the bread and sure enough I found a tiny amount of cheese stuck to the bread but I urge you to look at the pictures of my sub and you tell me.. is this how you imagined your steak and cheese??? They are going to being another sandwich to my home but WOW... OMG talk about CHEAP! I was told "if I wanted shredded cheese I should have asked for that"... WHAT?!?

Rude, horrible, expensive, unhygienic service. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

As a business owner believe me I rate negatively with hesitation. But this place will bring the worst out of anyone. I wish there was a way to rate with muktiple negative stars. This establishment deserves even worse. Ordered a small Italian philly steak pizza, delivered late and all scrounged up to one side of the box. Called the store, put on hold for 10mins, hung up, called back. Person who picks up the phone rattles off in some Indian language with someone else, who told him there was nothing wrong with the pizza, the manager isn't there, call back at 5pm and hangs up. I open the box to try and make some sense of it and I pull out a strand of hair. I will announce this EVERYWHERE and tell EVERYBODY. DO NOT ORDER RROM HERE. Rude, unhygienic, ecpensive, the worst service ever.

I have ordered pizza from them over the years and was never disappointed. I was in the mood for Chicken Alfredo and laziness won. I looked on line to see the menu and saw that the chicken broccoli and shrimp was $10.99 and I thought hmm... Anyway I called and placed an order for delivery of shrimp and chicken alfredo add broccoli to the chicken. The lovely voice on the other end said $35!!! Are we padding pockets here I thought. She ran down the list of fees and charges. I took her I'd pick it up but on line the price was $10.99. It was honored but she charged me 2.00 for broccoli. You know that ain't right!! Anywho, I get home and open it up and it is enough for one person or two small meals. It looked and smelled great. The chicken and brocoli had a vey nice taste as well as the shrimp. The shrimp were salad shrimp, but a lot! The pasta was cheesy and saucy like I like it and the garlic bread is garlicy...like I like it! The place is OLD. I don't understand why they won't invest a little something in a new floor and paint... Anyhow they only get 4 because of the appearance. I'll be back!

Gave three stars for the pizza, always loved pizza from pizza bolis but felt it was rude for me to come in to order and have an employee sitting at the front desk look at me then go back to his cell phone leaving me to stand there and wait for help.

Initially slow to get going because we asked our server for a few extra minutes to peruse the menu (we MAY have been chatting too much!). Then it almost felt like they forgot us. But once we ordered, the service was great the rest of the time. We drank a lot of water, and the server brought a bottle so we could help ourselves. Nice touch. I had an excellent panini and chose the mixed greens instead of fries as my side. I had never heard of "cistecca" before, so I looked it up. Fun aside: both of my searches returned only Italian language responses! Anyway, it's a made-up word for a Philly cheesesteak. And it was delicious. Lots of beef steak strips, gooey, melty provolone, and boom-boom sauce. I took half of it home because it was very filling. The greens were meh. Not enough dressing and just very basic. I guess it's a lunch special but it doesn't appear on the online ordering menu. It was $18, very reasonable although I consider that only for the panini as the greens were probably about $1.00 worth. Wish I had gotten fries. One friend and I each had a decaf and it was the only surprising price: $8 for a very small cup! We were seated in a corner, which helped us to hear each other better. Parking is ample and free. It's on the end of a strip mall, easy to spot.

We do frequent Maple Lawn, but I guess we are creature of habits because we've never looked at Galliano. First thing I did was take a peek at the cocktail, then the food menu and saw that the drink prices were comparable for the area and found one or two entrees that caught my eye. We called to make a reservation at 9:30p, although they said it wasn't necessary. It was an impromptu Saturday night and we got there right after the dinner rush so it was perfect. We sat outside, there was was beautiful, and the patio was clean. Our server Joe was phenomenal and incredibly personable. I ordered the Fettuccine Mediterraneo and my husband got the beef tenderloin (pics included). (Not pictured: Meat Lover pizza which was also very good.) The beef tenderloin It was cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious and the scallops and shrimp were massive and so fresh. Keep in mind while these two menu items were pricey, the portion size is large and I had enough leftover pasta for lunch and dinner the next day and my husband had his leftovers for dinner on Sunday. We also ordered the espresso martini, Italian margarita, bourbon bramble aaaaand one other one but can't remember the name. We also had a nice chat with the young man named Chase who was clearing the tables and tidying up. I think it's important that you recognize and acknowledge when you have wonderful service, especially for young people who are just starting out with their jobs. (I'm sure he was so over us telling him how proud we were of him!) We definitely were not planning on spending that much money on ourselves for dinner, but hey--toddler parents need to be spoiled every now and again... it was absolutely worth it and we do not regret it. The only thing we regret is that we didn't try this place sooner! Thank you, Joe, Chase, the wonderful chefs, bartender, and a back of house staff. We can't wait to come back and try a new items! One thing of note: the restaurant is on the first floor of an office building and the restrooms are shared with the offices. My stall did not have toilet paper and neither did the one next to me, but thank goodness someone came in and was able to give me some from another stall. I take away nothing from the restaurant because of that.

Since living in Russett, I've gone to my nearest Ledo in Laurel multiple times in the past 5.5 years. Their pizza is great. I've gone for their 3-topping lunch special on a few occasions, and their pizza is top notch. They are efficient with getting the order in a timely manner, but they aren't terribly friendly. I most recently had the $6 Tuesday calzone, which was good, but a lot of bread, which I left some behind last time on April 7. The thing about the Calzone special is that there are no substitutions or I don't want this or that. I don't eat pork, which eliminates the meatlovers one off the bat. I don't like onions, so I could get the chicken one, but I'd have to deal with picking onions out or dealing with a few, same with the veggie one. So, that left me the Buffalo one. I didn't want tons of Buffalo sauce as I just wanted plain chicken in the first place. It was pretty good, and it thankfully wasn't drenched in tons of Buffalo sauce. But I still would've just wanted plain chicken. I think no substitutions is fine, but I think subtraction of an ingredient should be allowed; they would make more money with one less ingredient. Overall, Ledo is solid in spite of a couple of flaws.

Hours later, a paper slip marks another ritual: french fries, five dollars, golden and crisp like relics of a lost civilization. Their shells shattered with the sound of brittle leaves, yielding to a soft, cloudlike core, a contradiction that somehow felt inevitable. I was here for lunch around noon and the sushi looked ok, but not particularly fresh. (I'm not saying it wasn't fresh, just that it looked like it had been sitting around). It tasted fine. There is a broccoli with chicken and broccoli with beef stir fry. The broccoli in each were outstanding. Fresh, crisp and delicious. Two baked fish entrees (salmon and a white fish) - both were very good. Nothing fancy - just tasty fish. There's a fried fish (tilapia or some type of white fish) that was very good. The breading was tasty and not too thick. There's a cocktail sauce on the salad bar that is good and goes well with this dish. The hot and sour soup was tasty.
