ok so.. my sister and i had 2 different orders. order #1: Shrimp Steak combo, Chicken steak combo, burger sub combo all with ginger ale's. #2: chicken steak combo with ginger ale, 9 wings with bbq and ranch sauce on the side, and order of mozzarella sticks. (delivery)(Sister doesnt eat meat) When we received our food order #1: (2) Steak and cheese sub combos and 1 burger combo with ginger Ale. #2: chicken steak combo with ginger Ale and 9 wings with bbg on side. We called back down to Pizza Bolis located in Laurel, MD to dispute our order, a lady name Karen answered the phone whom is the same lady that took our order. Our Receipt states our correct order with the exception of the mozz sticks. Karen argued with us over the phone saying that we were wrong and she wasnt going to replace or refund our money. ( Manager was not there and she did not know whe he/she was going to returen but then said they will return in an hour) We clearly have the receipt of our orders. Karen argued back and fourth with us for over 15 minutes. While on the phone with the restaurant my sister calls corporate office to escalate the issue to get it resolved. Spoke to Salvador Cador..(Name may be misspelled) He called down to the store and spoke with Karen to figure out what was going on. While on hold to get a resolution, he tells me that I am getting a credit for the next time i order from them. We were unhappy with the results he gave us and he stated that it was corporate's policy. I told him that i am a Pastor and that I will no longer support their business and my friends. Mr. Salvador laughs and says, "You're supposed to be a Pastor and you're gonna tell people about what happen? You're making threats." Terrible. I ordered a pizza for us while we got ready to go out to a cocktail party, because we knew the food there would not be sufficient to keep us tided over. Pizza came beyond wrong. They put broccoli on it. WTF? Btw, when broccoli is cooked into a pizza, you can't PICK the broccoli out, it just falls apart when you try to pick it up. Because we were hungry and couldn't afford to wait ANOTHER hour for a pizza, we tore the crusts off, ate that, and hurried out the door. Ordered my food online, got two subs special, there was supposed to be one sub with mushrooms and one without mushrooms! I am allegic to mushrooms and regardless of my allergy if a customer did not request a item on their food then it should not be on there. I picked up my food get home and notice that BOTH subs had mushrooms on them. I had to drive all the way back to the shop to be told, by the manager, that my sandwhich could not be remade because the cook said he didnt put mushrooms on my both subs. Ordered a Greek salad and buffalo wings from them online. After the hour wait the food arrived, the driver had left it with the receptionist since I paid and tipped online. When I got the food back to my desk to eat it I noticed the salad looked quite disheveled. The container had lettuce sticking out of it, the feta cheese was smashed on to the lid which was covered in finger prints on the INSIDE! It was a mess! I went to open the wings and the staples they secure the Styrofoam container with ripped apart. I called them immediately. I was told by the gentleman that answered, first there was no way this was the case. Then I was told, "go back online and get a refund! I would definitely order again from this food deliverer. Here's the break down. I waited for about :45 to an hour. I thought that was a bit much but it was during dinner time so it wasn't a terrible wait. I ordered the following: wings, cheese steak, teriyaki wrap, mac and cheese, cheesecake. I did a special through eat24 or something like that and it included two subs 2 chips or $2 up charge to something else and two drinks. All of this totaled to $37.00 (some change and not including tip). Wings: Got the teriyaki wings good flavor mostly large wings. Good taste no complaints, next time im going to go with my classic bbq sauce though. Cheese Steak: I was super pleased with this because of the amount of meat you get. The sub is pretty soggy but I don't care bc that's the juice from all that meat. It's awesome! literally I was licking my fingers it was great. Teriyaki wrap: not that pleased. Honestly I just opened up the wrap and ate the chicken in side. The chicken inside was moist so that was okay I guess. -.5 points Mac and cheese: your classic non baked mac and cheese. It was fine. -.5 points cheesecake: pretty good although I didn't like the crust because it was made of oreo's and I don't like oreos and that wasn't mentioned on the 24eat menu. So I just basically ate the cheese. I am a huge foodie and you'll see more reviews from local eats as I just moved to the area. Additionally, it took a course of 3 days to eat all of this so maybe the microwave affected the taste of some stuff. I called to place an order this evening from an ad that I received in the Winter 2012/2013 Best of Laurel mailer. The ad includes one XL 5 Burroughs pizza for $11 or two XL 5 Burroughs pizza for $18. When I tried to place the order, I was told that the 5 Burroughs pizza is only available in large and that they would charge me $13.99 for it. I don't understand what kind of business would you send out an ad for a product that doesn't exist (and consequently, a product which I have ordered in the past). The coupons in the ad do not have an expiration date on them, but those of other advertisers in the flyer are in February 2013. I only received the flyer this week, so it is not as though I'm trying to order from an outdated flyer. Either Pizza Boli needs to better control its advertising or it needs to better train its staff. I am writing this post because I called and took advantage of an offer this company had. I ordered my food and gave a credit card to pay for it. I was told the payment was accepted, but when the delivery guy showed up, he told me that I still owed him the money. He the asked me to give him my credit card, when I refused, he just walked away with my food. I called the store and was rudely told to go "f..." myself. I think this location of pizza bolis is one of the best pizzas in the area however their customer service is not the best . The first time I ordered a pizza the person that answered the phone did not seem to know anything about the menu. The second time I ordered pizza I ordered it online, the pizza never arrived although the app did say it was delivered it never arrived. Today I decided to go back to pizza bolis and get carry out instead since there was an issue of the pizza not being delivered however when I was on the phone placing my order there was an Indian male answering the phone I couldn't really understand him with his thick accent and when I arrive to pizza bolis, the same male who answered was rude as well. He was more frustrated that I couldn't understand him but I couldn't hear or understand anything he was saying to me at all. I think Pizza Bolis is fantastic especially for the price. Large is $12, XL is $14. They offer really great deals (Buy one get one free on Mondays, XL + 12 for $21, etc). Whenever I order, I make sure to get their lethal wings too, absolutely delicious, jumbo & SPICY (believe me, I know spicy). Last time I ordered I got a deal for an XL 2 topping plus 5 lethal wings for $17. You can't beat that!! From what I've heard, their subs are also dynamite. Asked for extra sauce on the Side and it was placed on the Pizza. Son ran down the driver before he left the hotel and he said he would bring back the peppers and lo and behold he brought them back ( nice touch). Worst customer service I have experienced after ordering from Laurel location for over 5 years in the last 2 weeks alone I have spent over 130.00. Always tip well drivers are always friendly. He tried to rush me off the phone by saying do you want the driver to just bring the right food and return the wrong food. Then he hung up I called back and asked him to spell the owners name after yelling at me while he spelled it I asked him for the corporate number he said I'm not giving that to you. I let him know I will never order from them again and they lost a customer he shrugged it off and said the driver is coming back. After waiting now 40 minutes he has yet to come back to return my money. I called back he said the driver is leaving in 5 minutes since it's all about the money to you. What the hell??! They refunded me for the missing toppings, but refused to believe that they gave me the wrong salad because they "remember" making the sauce. Seems silly to be so sure since they already forgot part of my order! I offered to send them a picture or have them come confirm the mistake, but they said they were positive they didn't make one. The worst place to order from in Laurel!! I ordered a pint of ice cream, a slice of chocolate cheesecake, and 15 pieces of fried eggplant at 7pm. You would think that that would be quick but I didn't receive my food until 9:50 pm. I called the store around 8:20 to inquire on why it took so long. They gave no explanation and told me the driver was on his way. Once he arrived I was handed a bag with the wrong flavor of ice cream, a regular piece of chocolate cake, and ice cold, soggy fried eggplant. This is a pretty decent pizza joint that i used to eat at a lot. Their pizza was alright (kinda greasy), but nothing to brag about, whereas their cheesy bread was delicious. If you go here for pizza make sure you pick up a box of cheesy bread with it. Their subs are also tasty, with a good amount of toppings to add. I've only really tried their philly cheese steak and chicken fillet subs, and they were pretty legit. Pizza Boli has the best pizza in Laurel, MD. The sauce is fresh and well seasoned with a thick and crispy crust. I love it. Sometimes, I'm in the mood for their Ravioli Burro. Simple and delicious.
