Even though it's a 18 minute drive, my deep-dish craving was unquenched and I made the trip. Great service, great ambiance, all friendly and congenial. The best part was the Caprese Deep Dish. Oh my god! Tons of sauce, thick and juicy and with the aroma of garlic and olive oil. And although I ordered a personal size (my other half got chicken and spinach thin crust), I was only able to eat two slices, they are so thick and good we ate two more days out of the pizza....
