I've been a few times service has always been great and the food tastes good. I love their wings. Wings are usually a hit or miss these are a hit for me. The toppings on their pizza are always fair, some places give like there is a shortage and charge like they have a michelin star. Here it's fair priced for the service they provide. read more

Poor service! We ordered online and the confirmation stated it would be ready in 25 min. We get there and Ally at the counter said it would be 45 min more. We showed her the online confirmation stated it would be ready then and she said the online ordering is wrong. Bottom line, online ordering is not reliable. Too many other pizza places to put up with this poor service. Do NOT recommend! Unreliable! I'd give it a zero star if that was a choice. I drive down from Big Bear after a terrible morning battling snow chains and terrible road conditions. My kids didn't get to eat breakfast and were starving. I called WAY ahead to put our order in. When we got there it wasn't even ready. Then they brought them out and had made both the large and medium completely wrong. The ladies were both incredibly rude. They offered a refund of only the toppings because my two youngest (who were absolutely starving) ate a few pieces of the pizza. We are 4 pieces of the large and medium. My kids asked me if they should wait but my youngest was crying he was so hungry and I told them to eat anyways since they'd probably just throw them away and chances are we'd have to wait another 30 min (we'd already been there almost an hour at this point). They finally let me talk to the owner who then said they'd be remade. Instead of the large and medium they brought out 4 very small personal pizzas which was not acceptable at all. Will absolutely never come back here. Rude customer service. Or should I say zero customer service. When you make an order wrong you make it right now matter what. Truly advise everyone to take their business elsewhere. Update: It wont let me reply to the owner so I'll just update my original post. I was asked if the orders were "to go" and said yes, that we'd probably eat a few pieces there since my kids were starving but would appreciate them being boxed so we could take the rest to go. The hour I notated was over 20 minutes to wait for the pizzas that were made wrong AFTER we'd already called them in ahead of time, then when told they'd be remade, it was another 15 minutes before she even came back to tell me that I was refunded a few bucks instead as we sat there thinking the new pizzas were being made. The only reason we ate was knowing that the original two pizzas took 52 minutes. Then it took another 10 minutes before I went to the counter while she was calling the owner after I explained why my kids started eating the pizzas because they literally couldn't wait for new ones (hence the reason we called the order in way ahead of time in the first place). If that is your policy, then why did you leave the pizzas there on the table? You should've taken them. You have to account for the waste? On my dime when it was your error in the first place? That is just terrible customer service. It isn't waste, it's called a mistake and you should correct it regardless of whether that pizza went directly into the trash or into the mouths of two kids who were so hungry they couldn't help themselves. There was 2 pieces gone from one pizza and three from the other. Hardly "half". And again, we expected the pizzas to be ready upon arrival and after being told they'd have to wait for a whole new pizza to be made it was an easy choice to let them eat the pizza that was LEFT there since they were starving. Both ladies were incredibly rude. In fact, Savannah just tossed the owners business card at me and walked away. Sadly your in the business of customer service and I'm usually a very kind and patient person. But your businesses customer service was non-existent. I'd advise anyone looking to eat here even more now to take their business elsewhere due to the lack of accountability and completely inaccurate information provided in the response. Should've thrown tiny mini pizzas away (which were overdone and burned on the bottom) and demanded a refund. Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else where you are treated like an actual customer and not an inconvenience. read more

The only thing great about my order was that it was made on time. I have been to a few Pizza Factories and this one is the first that we're extremely minimal regarding ingredients. I ordered a medium awesome combo, a med. Canadian bacon and beef and a medium cheese stick. First off these three items should have been extremely well made for the price that I paid for them. The biggest disappointment was was minimal amount of cheese on the CHEESE stick and half of the crust wasn't even covered with it. This poor Pizza Factory location has just gone downhill since taken under new management. My family has frequented this location since they opened, and while back in town this past weekend for Mothers Day, my mother requested to go to Pizza Factory. The food was fine, but the service was awful. We waited over an hour for our food, and one of our meals was made wrong, or as the guy with the ponytail said, "I screwed up your food so I guess I'm going to have to make it again" which resulted in us having to take that meal home with us. I also feel bad for the young lady who was trying to take her lunch but kept getting summoned back into the kitchen. I'm shocked at the poor service when we were one of two families in the restaurant; seems like the employees would have rather hung out with the guy at the bar. Ordered a meat lovers pizza, chicken Alfredo, and some boneless Buffalo wings. The pizza was good as always, wings were great too. The pasta was really disappointing, the Alfredo sauce was bland and tasted old and watered down, the fettuccine itself seemed to be undercooked too, there was a lot of cheese on the top of the pasta, which was a failed attempt at making it any better, which is surprising since I love cheese. Really good pizza, but watch for how they ring up your order. I had to talk to them twice to get their "special" price. Once they hadn't added it on at all and the other, they still hadn't applied to my pizza. When they finally "fixed" it we still paid more than the special amount.
