$50 for this and a large pizza with 2 hairs that I've found so far. Pizza Factory has gone insanely downhill. Go to round table or little Caesar's. At least there's a small amount of pride in how they cook their food Pizza factory is an absolute waste of money, and don't expect any courteous employees either

I was dissatisfied & disappointed with our usual pie order. I've been craving their pizza for weeks because their crust is the best. The sauce is usually spread to the edge. A good inch if not more around the whole pie was devoid of sauce & toppings. The toppings were skimpy at best. And it was burnt in areas. The crust was still good though & certainly didn't stop us from eating it.

    paper cups

Service was extremely slow, pizza had no sauce, zero time management, I was there for about an hour and a half and one worker went outside to talk on the phone, a good five or six times very loudly. I'm not sure why there is paper cups, my drink was about to seep through the cup. When being there multiple people canceled their orders because it was taking way longer than they were told. If I could leave zero stars, I would I keep coming back here to give it another chance but every time I'm disappointed. I wouldn't be surprised if this specific location shuts down soon.

Needless to say, they have room for special events and private parties. So if you are looking for a venue keep them in mind. The Prime Rib was outstanding. Indeed, it was the best Prime Rib I have had in a very long time. Our waiter and the Maitre de were outstanding. They made us all feel so welcome and almost like we were family. We all are still raving about the Prime Rib. There is something so wonderful about a place treating you like family. The human connection is something we all want. It is so awesome to feel appreciated and connected to our world and others. The staff here were outstanding. Everyone commented on the service we received. The appetizers and salads were tasty. The family members who had the salmon said it was excellent. Everyone was pleased with their meal. Portions are generous. All of us remarked on how good the food was. Not to mention, the price was right. The ambiance might be a little lacking. There are no tablecloths. However, keep in mind that tablecloths come with a cost of their own. They need to be laundered and then some need to be replaced. So there would be an added cost. So the question is would you prefer a little more ambiance or a cheaper price for an excellent meal? However, if you are looking for excellent service with delicious food at a reasonable price then this is the place for you. Not to mention, that the drive to Carson is beautiful. Plus there are plenty of things to do in Carson to enjoy. Perhaps it is time to beckon back to a slower pace of life. Take a nostalgic trip to Carson to see the Capitol all decorated for Christmas. Stop in at the Nugget and enjoy a dinner at the steakhouse. I wish I could remember the name of the Maitre de and Waiter I hope that management sees this review and gives the KUDOS and a big SHOUTOUT for delivering such great service. THANK YOU BOTh from my family.

We were told that the chef was on vacation. Should have just left then. Then after being seated and given menus, they came and took them back and gave us this paper revised menu since the head chef was out. Our actual waitress was Chelsea and she was fantastic. If not for her, I would give 0 stars if possible. The restaurant itself we really did not get to see much as we were tucked away in the 1st dining area by the entrance. No worries. It was nice and quaint inside and that's about where it stopped!! I asked about bread, and a different lady brought us 2 rolls that were barely room temp. Basically went from bag to bowl. We ordered our prime rib medium. As anything over that gets tough. We also ordered it with broccoli and when it arrived it had inedible asparagus. I mean they were so fibrous we could barely cut through them. Chelsea apologized and brough us out some broccoli on the side, and just like the rolls, it was barely room temp. Not her fault by no means. Now onto the very overly cooked prime rib. There was 0 pink in it. It was well done and very tough. It was also barely 1/4 inch thick. I mean the thinnest prime rib I have ever seen for supposedly being a 9oz. I have had 8oz at other restaurants twice the size of what we were served.. I managed to cut a couple pieces for my husband to eat. I dd not eat any of it. Basically we sent the majority of it back when we left. The only plus thing about this visit was the mashed potatoes and gravy. Still luke warm at best. I ate about 3 bites of food and was done with it. It was the worst prime rib I have ever seen/tasted in my life. Now Chelsea went and got our receipt for us, which of course was no charge, but if it was, I would have never paid 22.99 for what we received. It was that bad. Chelsea apologized several times and like we told her, you do not control what comes out on these plates. So yes she did get a nice cash tip for being such a sweet waitress and trying to do what she could. As far as the restaurant, we will not be going back for anything there. It is also only open Friday and Saturday from 4-close. I came home and made a sandwich for my now late dinner!

While I believe in supporting local services, true professional accountability requires consistency and respect--even when receiving constructive feedback. My primary concern stems from how client input is handled behind the scenes. When a fair review is posted, it is met with a courteous response here on public review platforms, yet taken as a screenshot and posted to the owner's (Jim Palan) personal Facebook page to complain publicly about the customer. Using client feedback as content for personal social media commentary, rather than addressing the core issue directly, undermines trust. Constructive criticism is an opportunity for operational growth, not public conflict. I hope the team chooses to handle future customer input with the consistency, discretion, and professional grace that customers deserve. Mocking someone for using a tape measure isn't the flex people think it is--it just reveals a tolerance for getting less than what was paid for. When I write a review, I prefer objective facts over guesswork. The pizza was objectively undersized. Sorry that basic geometry offends your feelings.

The indoor dining areas on the front get a view through the curtains of the parking lot. The one in the back and partly the one on the South side have nice territorial views. Nice bar area but no views to speak of but there is a glass door to the parking lot so not a total cave. So your view (if any) can vary greatly depending on where you are seated. Huge menu with most every protein including steak and a variety of seafood. Prices mostly ranging in the $35-50 range seem steep for an upscale but casual restaurant in Carson City. The few entrees below $35 bottom out at ~$28 for pasta/chicken. With an appetizer and a drink or two (or a dessert in lieu of drinks) you could easily get up into the $80+ per person range. Unlike many other fine restaurants, a gourmet burger is conspicuously missing on the menu. The wine by the glass list is gigantic. My glass smelled like it was at the cusp of starting to turn. Maybe a drawback of offering so many different wines by the glass. Food is solid, very good but a bit short of what I would describe as "memorable." Steak and fish were cooked well. Warm sourdough bread wrapped in paper was nice. Side dishes are basic uninspired choices (potatoes, rice, veggies.) My Caesar was carpeted in cheese, and it included quite a bit of Romaine leaf not just the hearts like other restaurants. The dressing was average for a Caesar. I only mention this because they advertise their Caesar as being "Famous" Service was very good although a bit slow on drinks. Wine pours were average at best. On the spectrum of good, very good, outstanding, I'd describe the food and overall experience as very good. 4 stars on atmosphere (more if you get a view table), 4 on service, 4-1/4 stars on the food, 3-1/2 stars on value = 4 stars overall. For steakhouse fans with deep pockets or less price sensitive on a special occasion, 5 stars may be reasonable even though something like a Texas Roadhouse may be the better value. However, compared to many similar establishments at this price point I've eaten at in the past, I feel 5 stars would be a bit overrated.
