I like Pizzeria Classico the best, or Frankie, Johnny and Luichi's in San Jose. Heck, even Round Table is better than this pizza. I have been eating here for 30 yrs n decided to buy a Groupon where for $23 you get $40 worth of food. So I went to pick up my pizza which was around $30. I asked the gal for some sort of receipt that indicted I have $10 left. She said oh you have to use it all at once. I said why didn't you tell me I would have ordered more food. Spoke with Mgr and told them your employees should advise us of this. He said yea it's only good once. He offered no apology no concern I was bothered n no offer to get me more food. Purchased (group on) for $20 worth of pizza I had PF before in Southern California I like that one so didn't hesitate to purchase this deal. So I walked into this location "Omg I wanted to walk out 1st the ambiance was boring old and smelled HORRIBLE no pizza like." I was the only customer there at 3:07pm on a nice Tuesday. The cashier was sitting down he looked out of it my kids were already excited because they were having Pizza so I just had to order I got two Pep/Cal-zone as I waited for that my 9 & 7 yr old seen a tiny arcade which is dungy looking. After 14 minutes my order was up. 14 minutes felt like 2 hrs!!! There soda machine was out I got Sprite. I got my order and left I had to cross the street for a soda even though I paid for my sprite @ PF. Ugh what an inconvenience. The calzones where gummy and way too greasy. While the pizza was okay, the poor service and absolutely filthy conditions makes this one of the worst restaurants I have EVER been to! There was silverware in the caddy next to the fountain drinks. It was filthy with trash all over it! None of the tables were a bussed. You had to either move the trash and food off of the table if you wanted to sit down or go try and find someone to do it for you. We saw someone go and get a person to bus their table and he brought out an absolutely filthy gray rag and wiped the table down with it. Yuck!! I saw a little boy waiting for someone to go get him a straw. He was being ignored. So I found someone and asked for a straw for him. He went to go get one. When he didn't return after 10 minutes I went to go find him and he had totally forgotten! The bathroom was worse than those I have seen at bus stops. The floor was absolutely filthy covered with food and stains. When the whole restaurant is that dirty do you know that the kitchen is it going to be any better. No one was wearing any gloves or hair nets. I saw one young man preparing food In the kitchen area who continuously run his fingers through his hair and then was touching pizzas and putting them in boxes. I've gone here 3 times so far, and still haven't had great pizza. The dough is thick and 2 of the 3 times has been slightly overbaked. We ordered a extra large cheese and combo; the two pizzas came out to $54. The combo didn't have plentiful toppings all over the pie, somehow only in the center. My kids enjoyed their cheese, but I don't think I'll try this again. I've only had the pizza, but not too impressed. I enjoy the local Costco's over this one. Sorry. The pizza here is OK, not great. They had a coupon for a two-topping pizza and I ordered two and asked for a one-topping pizza and a three-topping pizza as a substitution. I was rudely told they wouldn't do it. Other competitors will happily make that adjustment in the interest of good customer service. Short of physically picking off the topping from one pizza to another, I couldn't see why they wouldn't make the accommodation. They have permanently lost a customer due to the poor customer service. In these economic times, one would think that a business would do everything possible to keep customers happy. Warning - Very BAD decor. But...GOOD PIZZA to die for!!!! Great place for take out. Sitting in the place was pretty awful. Dirty carpets. Old red Formica tables and green lawn chairs (??). Photos on the wall of the Lyon's Club and 4 wheel drive trucks. Definitely not a first date type of place. BUT - The pizza is excellent - the best I have had in a long time. Dough is fabulous flavor, soft inside and lightly crispy on the outside. Good quality toppings and very good mozzarella cheese (needs a little more I think). I am a pizza snob and I would go back here again for sure. But I would take it to GO! I usually take one star off for really poor decor - but the pizza is so good I do not think it matters here. No complaints here! Pizza Factory in Loomis has awesome pizza and friendly service, just like the Pizza Factory locations I've been to in Quincy and Ione (great stops during motorcycle rides!) My husband and I shared a medium pizza, half Hawaiian and half pepperoni mushroom and it was delicious. I had the worst experience. I will never return to Pizza Factory. The principle of customer services is completely lacking in that restaurant. The owner who you would expect to try to retain customers was completely rude and unfriendly and convinced me never to come back. I spoke to her on the phone she completely did not care about my concern. I picked up pizza for a sales meeting so my first time having their pizza. I was not expecting much, but was pleasantly surprised that they had a great pizza. I was a former pizza restaurant owner, and they nailed it with the quality that I am familiar with. #1 crust......awesome, crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside. #2 sauce...excellent taste and perfect amount. #3 cheese and toppings, perfect amount, fresh, quality. The owners were also there to chat while I waited for my food, very nice people who appreciate your business. I live in Roseville , but will definately take the run to Loomis for this pizza again. Round Table doesn't hold a candle to this place. They do not have scales to measure what they put on your pizza. Good old common sense. I love it. As far as the decor, who cares? read more

My family has been going here for a year now because of its convenient location for my family and other relatives. The whole family was having a great time until one member showed up late and we ordered a pizza for them it took over an hour for the pizza to cook when it came out it was soggy with Grease and was cold when asking for a refund the staff rudely declined acting like it was not there fault they brought out a cold pizza that has been cooking in the oven for an hour. To sum it all up...the pizza is decent I would compare it a place like pizza guys but with 5x the grease and a lot more expensive. I overlooked their almost water consistency salad dressing a few weeks ago along with what looked like a pack of animals who had just played games in the toppings.
